We had a great experience with eSURRANTY. Made the claim on-line. Replacement phone was delivered less than 3 days later. Instructions were great and easy to follow. Got the phone operational and sent the broken phone back. The pre-paid shipping label makes this process painless.
Same thing. I sent my Surface 3 for screen fix. After 2 moths they told me that they can`t fix it because is to new and that they talked with Microsoft and get a new one. Is about over 3 months since then and nobody answered i send emails called tickets and no answer, so i got burned for $1500 easy.
We switched to Esurranty about 2 years ago and wouldn't consider any other service. They handle all of life's mishaps... with teenage children it's a must! Devices are expensive today... especially cell phones... the risk of damage/loss is high because we carry them around all day, every day. I feel a lot better knowing no matter what happens, we're covered.

I was lucky enough to get our coverage when a 30% off offer was made available. We got 3 years of coverage for 2 phones for the price of 1 phone with Verizon. I cancelled our Verizon coverage a month later. We've not had our phones lost or stolen, but we're covered now. We don't plan to make any claims, but we sure do feel safer now that we have made the change.

They offer a very fair pricing for a comprehensive coverage. Have not had to file a claim, hopefully won't ever, but it is reassuring to know I am probably covered. Very easy enrollment process. Bad claim reviews give a little concern.
Was really looking for an alternative from Assurion and Apple care. After doing some really intensive research I found out about Esurranty.com. I have been very impressed with the customer service and price thus far. I would highly recommend them for your phone insurance needs.
My friend has also has eSSURANTY coverage for his mobile. He got his phone damaged and claimed. His case was worked very fast and the service is good. Another thing is they gave him a total check when the exact piece is not available.

I filed a claim for the Iphone I lost.
They asked me to provide couple of documents with notary. I did provide. They still want me to provide more documentation which could take weeks if not a month.
I got fed up with this process and bought an unlocked iPhone at the Apple Store.
When you file a claim, they play the delay tactics and ultimately make you exit and give up.
I cancelled my claim (btw there is a deductible amount of $286 which isn't cheap) and policy as well.
Total ripoff and fraudulent company. They didn't respond to my emails also. The person I worked with was Rick Lewis.

Singed up 2/2/18. Cancelled 3/9/18. Was told to wait for refund 7-10 business days later. Not the case. Had to file dispute with Paypal. Barely got a refund message sent 6/4/18. Stay away if you like money well spent. Customer service number does not connect you to live rep, forced to leave endless voicemails. Emailing also does not guarantee a quicker response. Bad customer service.
The claims process is fast and easy. I have had Esurranty for 2 years and my last claim was handled within 3 days. Now they are offering same day repair which unfortunately I had to use this week. It was easier than I thought. I filed a claim, got a confirmation number within a few hours, dropped my phone off at 11 and had it repaired back to new by 2pm. I didn't have to be reimbursed any money. I just paid my deductible online with Esurranty and that was it. I will always be a loyal customer because they are always on point!
Very happy with eSurranty! Their online portal was super easy to use. I got signed up real quick. Don't buy AppleCare or insurance with your provider, use eSurranty because it's cheaper!
Also, when I had a question about my policy, I was able to speak to a human being who explained so much of how the cell phone insurance industry works!

Whats wrong with your company? Its been more than a month and i did not hear anything from you guys regarding my claims.
I went through the reviews on yelp, google, etc., everybody has a complaint on you guys. Why esurranty is troubling customers. I am fed up i request to either process my claims or just refund all my amounts, would rather purchase some mobile with that refund amount. I feel that its waste of waiting trusting esurranty.
Did a google search and found eSurranty after I bought my iPhone 8. My phone service provider doesnt offer insurance themselves so I wanted to find coverage since I just dished out close to 800 bucks for the phone. I couldnt find any other insurance that also covered Loss or Theft... definitely wanted those covered for such an expensive phone. It was VERY easy to sign up on their website and I felt their price was reasonable especially compared to other companies plans that did NOT cover loss or theft. So far so good with this company! Definitely recommend!

I have paid my deductible and done everything I was asked. I have not had my phone in over a month now and I still don't know if or when I'm getting it back. I've gotten no more responses after I was told a week ago it would be fixed and sent back. It's a shame that legal action will probably have to be taken to see any results. That's the only way to get anything done now a days. I should have just paid the 300 bucks to fix my Note 8 screen, because you get what you pay for. Assurian is more expensive but I've never waited more than 48 hours for any claim. So now I guess I have to take Xtra steps just to get some info on my phone. I will never use them again or refer anyone to them this is ridiculous. The customer has absolutely no control over anything and we are talking about $1000 phones. Wow!
I tried for 3 days to call the 800 number and could not get through after waiting on hold for 10 min you get and automated system recording saying all attendants are busy please call back. Fortunately i was able to get everything done through email.

When I was researching insurance for my new iPhone 6 eSurranty kept coming up for customer satisfaction. I wanted a plan that would cover loss along with needed repairs. The price was reasonable with easy signup. The first year of owning my phone I ran into a problem with the screen freezing up. Filing a claim was super easy and they actually called me back to me in 30 minutes. The weird thing was it was a Saturday night. Who gets back to you on a Saturday night? I got the necessary packaging and easy to follow instructions on Monday along with a replacement phone. My phone was returned to me within a week or I should say a brand new (not refurbished) Apple phone was given to me. ESurranty is great with giving you discounts when you renew your policy. I found the whole experience a little bizarre since their incredible customer service was something your rarely see nowadays. I definitely give them 5 stars.

They started out good when we needed a warranty repair for a broken iphone screen, but after we sent in the phone, they stopped communicating with us, and now after almost two months we still do not have our phone back!
The last we hear was a month ago they said it would be back in 2-3 days!
No explanation, no apology, and still no phone!
We have insured our phones and smartphones with the "other company" for ages. When it came time to choose insurance for our two brand new Google Pixel phones back in December, eSurranty rose to the top of the list - on coverage AND price. Answer: I am sorry you are having an issue with your claim. You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at claimsdpt@esurranty.com and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.
Answer: No. esurranty.net was developed after a person not affiliated with the esurranty company attempted to register the domain. It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.

In regards to being cost effective, we advise that a 2 year plan is usually more cost effective as the price generally go down for the coverage after the 2nd year.

Your chose the monthly payment option for your coverage and non of your monthly payments were approved when billed. There are 2 declines for your monthly payment obligation. Further review of your claim show that a new device was scheduled to be sent to you via USPS signed delivery. This delivery was cancelled because of the declined payments. Once your account is brought up to current and you have paid the declined payment fee's, then your replacement device can be sent to you. Your account is not with our Fraud/Risk department for review.
