I have filed a claim on Jan 14th for my iPhone. Got small crack on back glass. It's very small crack but still they told me it comes under non repairable damage. So I paid $300 and I have sent my phone to their service center. They told once they received my phone they are going to send new phone to me. It's been so many days but still I did not received my phone and no one is responding to my emails. My claim manager is Rick Lewis. Initially he responded very well but once they got $300 and my phone from me then they are not responding to my emails. I have sent many many emails to him and submitted lot of tickets. Still no one is responding. They told me it will take 7-0 business days. I have started my process on Jan 14 and they received my phone on Jan 22nd. It's been so many days no one is responding. They took my money and my phone. It's new phone just six months old. I requested them to send my old phone back to me. Please please please if it is not possible to send new phone at least send my old phone back to me asap. I am not asking anything from you. I am expecting only my phone back to me.
I wanted to thank the folks here at esurranty. I am so happy that I bought my policy when I did. I was ENTITLED to get the repairs I needed and am happy again.

In reviewing the notes on your policy it shows that your claim was denied for no coverage because you filed a claim within the first 20 minutes of your policy purchase and yearly prepaid policies do not start until 11:59pm of the policy purchase date. Further notes state that the policy was cancelled and your premium was refunded.
It was easy to take insurance and covers all damage.
It also gives coupons which got 8 dollar off on the policy

This is a company you cannot trust. What ever you do, do not signup with company. Here is my horror story: Initial contact was made early August and was good with their employee *, and then it went downhill. I got the warranty and as my luck had it, I broke the screen on the phone. Sent it to them for repairs. Didn't hear anything back. Sent them an email and was told that it would take 10 business days for Samsung to repair the phone. 10 Business Days later, after not getting any update, I contacted them and was told my phone was locked to Samsung and Google and they couldn't replace the screen. Wait, since when does a phone need to be unlocked to replace a screen?
Especially since it's factory reset per their instructions. I sent a heated email and he didn't respond. Finally responded with a rude email telling me that if i was rude in my email again then he would not respond. Great customer service? NO! He then stated that my order to repair the device would be canceled and phone sent back. Now it's been over 2 months and the company still has not sent the phone back, has not responded to any emails and has basically stolen a $1,200 phone.
Update 10/12 - CEO contacted me and has sent my phone back. Very nice person on the phone. Being persistent pays off. After 3 months, I will finally get my phone back. I don't think it will be repaired but at least I get my phone back.
Scam. They stopped responding to any and all messages through multiple communication channels. DON'T USE THEM!
Customer service was great in the beginning but now I can't get a call or email back from the sales manager with the status of my Repair

If you have been contacting the sales manager regarding a claim, he will then send your request to the claims department as only the claims department can handle a claim. In the account notes, it shows that there have been 3 attempts to call the number on file for you to update you as to the claim and why there was a delay in getting the device back from Samsung but there has been no answer. I have sent you a private message with the number to call to resolve any issues.

My account is being investigated for fraud?!? Are you kidding? I bought the policy on 12/17/17, I did have a payment declined, but you where still able to collect. You have collected from me each month, bank statements dont lie. And further more ifnhave $30 in credit on the account that would be a default Payment anyways. I didnt even make a claim until April 1st for a cracked screen, you people dont answer the phone ever, or return voicemails. I also sent you several emails that feel on deaf ears. The only email I received for you was my fax wasnt legibal which I resent 2 more times and even emailed the documents you requested 3 times. If Im being investigated for fraud why still debit my account the $11.99 on may 1st? You reply to customers on here but not when they call your number or email you! You are a scam and a joke! I will be getting all my payment to you reimbursed! Dont bill me again you crook! Answer: I am sorry you are having an issue with your claim. You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at claimsdpt@esurranty.com and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.
Answer: No. esurranty.net was developed after a person not affiliated with the esurranty company attempted to register the domain. It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.

In regards to being cost effective, we advise that a 2 year plan is usually more cost effective as the price generally go down for the coverage after the 2nd year.
