So you get 10$ credit for deductible w/ each review. My last review i made no claims. This time i had a problem and have had my phone mailed to company for 3 weeks now and no routine updates... unanswered emails and i'm feeling bad i did not go with apple care. Please don't make the same mistake i did. I'll update once i have a resolution
