While I have been mostly a happy customer since last few years, Last transaction with them has been frustrating. I paid using Paytm which their site mentioned as declined and then did the online transfer.
Seems like Paytm had happened and they received the money twice.

It has been 1 month, multiple emails, calls,, WhatsApp chats, they have not refunded the money yet. Keep giving some excuse every day.

Not sure why do some one needs to cheat and lose customer?

Fastest and cleanest way to insure your electronics. I have not used the claim process yet but I am sure it will be great too
