While I have been mostly a happy customer since last few years, Last transaction with them has been frustrating. I paid using Paytm which their site mentioned as declined and then did the online transfer.
Seems like Paytm had happened and they received the money twice.
It has been 1 month, multiple emails, calls,, WhatsApp chats, they have not refunded the money yet. Keep giving some excuse every day.
Not sure why do some one needs to cheat and lose customer?
