Great experience with eSurranty!

Really easy to navigate website. I bought insurance for an Iphone and we got rid of it and replaced it with a newer Iphone and essuranty replaced my insurance to my new phone without charging me.

I hope that is company has changed after reincorporating after bankruptcy, moving from Florida and perhaps some new staff.
Company has created complete fabrications with no proof at all. I have receipts and emails as proof that they owe me $675.00.
Just like others, they will not answer the phone, do not reply to emails, phone messages etc. etc.
The last email I received from them said they were sending me a check... have that email if anyone wants to see it. Complained to BBB and now reactivating that claim in Nevada. Look on the internet and just about every site has listed horrible ratings except for the one they pay you to leave a review. And for some reason they seem to reply to some on here but note how many the company does not reply to and those are ones which list the same complaints: no communication and they are owed money/phones etc.
It may be necessary to take them to court and I will do that no matter the cost and inconvenience since this company should not be allowed to be in business. I would not doubt they will be declaring bankruptcy again.

Just like a scam
June 30, 2018

I paid in full for a 1 year insurance policy in advance for my new Galaxy s8+. When I dropped the phone and the screen cracked, I filed a claim online. They then instructed me to have another 2 forms filled and notarized. I did so and after a few weeks of not hearing from them, I resent it via email and another fax just to be sure but still no reply from anybody in the company. The damage happened February 4th, 2018.
To date, June 30th, 2018 I have not received a reply, a reaction or an acknowledgement of the claim but, I did receive direct marketing offering me a discount if I renew the policy now... meaning while they are ignoring my claim, they shamelessly solicit more money. Some nerve.
I would recommend you don't use this company, It is a waste of money and your time.
By taking my money and making me believe they are for real, I was thinking I am covered and so I did not seek a real insurance company. So now I am out the money, the phone is not insurable cause it is damaged and I have to pay in full for the screen repairs. Needless to say, I am not insured now for anything else that will happen to the phone.
One can reach only conclusion: Its a Scam

I sent my phone in for repair, the send it back broken. I had to send back, they have my phone for over two months and wont respond. I have to file a police report to get it back.

Still haven't heard back

Think this company is fake

I literally think this is a fake company.

I got a phone stolen and submitted a claim, got the claim processed and notarized same day. The initial respondent, rick lewis replied within seconds of an email. Was shocked by how quick the response time was.

I asked if I could go ahead and buy a replacement, he said it was fine to do so. From there I bought a new phone and then sent the receipt same night. Got a response that monday for a clearer image of the receipt. This was in February of 2017... After a few weeks from not hearing, I followed up. No response. Followed up again a few weeks later. Same response. I literally followed up weekly until March, when I recevied a response that they were sorry it slipped through the cracks and then Nothing again. There call in number goes straight to voicemail and have emailed each contact info available. There is not a way to get any human on the phone.

At this point, I want to take to a local news chanel and report as a fake business or take to my rental insurance company to help dispute. I literally don't know what to do.

DO NOT USE!

Don't trust them

I sent my phone to them for a screen replacement back in June. It took them a week to send me a loaner phone when they said it would be overnighted. It has now been over 3 months since my Galaxy S8 was delivered to them and after sending multiple e-mails to my claims representative, messages through my account on their website, creating multiple tickets, multiple calls and even messages through their Facebook page I have not received 1 response from them. They are ignoring me. At this point I've been trying to contact them to give me my phone back, I don't care if the screen hasn't been replaced yet I just want it back and a refund for what I gave them to fix my phone. It should not take over 3 months when other places do it the same day. Not to mention, they sent me a faulty loaner phone that keeps randomly restarting itself, it erased all of my contacts, it doesn't let me view group messages and send or receive pictures. I wish I would have seen all the negative reviews before trusting them with my phone. I feel cheated and if they don't return my phone soon I will be filing a complaint with the bbb & federal trade commission and if need be pursue legal action.

Never received loner phone
September 1, 2017

This website is a scam. I paid over $100 to get m iPhone 6s sc4reen fixed and was promised overnight shipment of a loner phone and still haven received it. Its been over a week now. These people just try o rip you off and get your money honestly stick with Apple Care + because this is just sketchy and not reliable. I have been with a broken phone for a week and if I had gotten Apple Care + I would have had an operating phone by now. They never answer or call back on my voicemails I left them and I am truly, so very outraged. DO NOT USE THIS WARRANTY SERVICE.

I am sorry that your claim is not going as it should. In reviewing your account, I see that you were left a voicemail on Thursday explaining the delay in the loaner device. A loaner iPhone for AT&T is set to be shipped to you on the next business day. Contacting your claims representative directly or using any of our online resources to contact us is the best way to get information on any issue you may have.

Filed claim in October paid deductible 139 they kept my phone for 2 mths than sent it back after I contacted BBB these a holes could not repair my phone I have not received and money back after I requested a cancellation months ago they are a fraud company I ve called multiple times sent messages at least over 15 not one response pls do not spend your money they are a scam a fraud...

Thank God for Esurranty

I am very thankful that I found esurranty over 4 years ago. I have had 3 phones covered with them now and I can't beleive I had 2 claims this year when I didn't have a claim for the first 3 years of being a customer. As always, their customers service is great and when i got my new S8 last month after trading in my S7 that esurranty repaired for me they switched my coverage and thankfully they did because 2 weeks later i dropped this phone which I had no idea was so fragile and the whole front and back shattered. As usual, I logged in and filed a claim and within about 15 minutes I receive an email letting me know I could get it repaired at best buy and send them the receipt so they can pay me back or they can send me a loaner galaxy s7 and they will get it repaired at samsung. I opted for their repair since best buy was telling me it was $390 to repair just the front and another $180 for the back. Anyway, they sent me the loaner phone the next day and 5 days later I had my phone back working like new. I have been a customer for over 4 years now and they have never let me down. Esurranty is the best and I have always had great service.

All my claims handled fast for almost 2 years!

Esurranty has been my insurance company for the last year and a half. I have had 3 claims with them. 2 claims were for a cracked screen and 1 for water damage. The first time, I sent my phone to them an they fixed it within 2 days and sent it back. They offered to send me a loaner phone to use while they repaired my phone but I had an old phone so I declined. The second time they had me go to a repair center to get my phone fixed and they did it within 1 hour. The last time, they said that water damage couldn't be fixed so they sent me a new phone. I couldn't be more pleased with everyone at esurranty. I am going to renew again with esurranty this year and will keep them as long was they will have me. Their claims department is very straight forward and they don't play games. They get the job done right the first time and then follow up with you a week after your claim is done to make sure everything is okay. I have not ever see a company give service like this. Thanks Angelo and the esurranty crew.

They insure most cell phones and they don't have to be new. The sign up is easy and the cost is low for what the policy provides. So glad I found eSURRANTY!

DO NOT give these people any business! It is now 10/26/2018 and I have requested my claim to be cancelled on 9/26/2018 of which $159 was taken out of my acct without them even receiving the damn damage phone! I was told via email (because they do not call back when you leave a VM) that I will be refunded in 7-10 business days. Well I don't know what calendar they follow because it is WELL over that! I will now have to go through the issue of letting my bank go through the process of getting my money back! I wish I never paid the $79 to join this company which by the way I am waiting for too as I have cancelled this insurance on the same day. I have sent a total of 9 emails to Rick Lewis who calls his self the Manager of Esurranty Claims Department. Some manager! He does not return emails on inquiry regarding my money that YOU told me you will refund! He never replied after that when I wanted to know the status. I will also be reporting this company to BBB, you don't just get to rob people and get away with it!

Went to sprint for a new phone. They wanted $17 a month for 18 months to protect my phone. I priced with essurant and bout 2yrs subscription for less than what itd be for 1 year of sprints coverage.
