I wish I had found this site earlier. I ordered a bag on 10/22/14 and expected it to arrive at 10/29/14 as they had promised. Somehow there was a slight delay and came in a day after. I am happy the customer service was responsive. And when they were offline I would get a response in 24 hours.

Ericdress is an amazing company with extraordinary staff. I received my dress and it is amazing. I did not have to wait long and there constant communication throughout the whole process was awesome. Their specialized custom fit department did a wonderful job. I had ordered a second dress from another company giving them the measurements they asked for. It did not fit at all!
