So they accept return or $10US refund... if i keep the jacket...
I checked with the post office and cheapest shipping return was $42 CAD
So decided not to ship as there is no point...
So i contact them again and they decide to refund $15 US and they did.
I placed an order for expedited shipment as stated in the shipment section I should receive my package in 2-5 business days still haven't recieved it. Have emailed this company 3 times with no response. Terrible business

Web page was very easy to navigate. Found exactly what I was looking for! Processing was very quick. Will say it's a good site.

I ordered three pairs of boots from EricDress. Not one fit properly. I have been trying to contact them through email and the international phone number they list. I have gotten no response. By time they do get in touch with me I am going to be over the 30 day return policy. I have every piece of correspondence saved so this does not happen. Could someone please get in touch with me regarding how and where I return my order and when I will receive my refund? You have my email address because I am constantly getting notifications. While I checked the sizing carefully, as I knew an Asian site was likely to be offering small clothes, I still ended up with one item small enough to be unwearable. Here's a list of my purchases.
Striped sweater: this was a paler colour than the photos had appeared and not in a way that could be accounted for be chromatic aberration. There were random threads hanging out where seams hadn't been finished properly. It was too small to wear and smelled horrible. The yarn was scratchy, synthetic and cheap feeling.
Two items were actually nice (both long sleeved t-shirt tops). No complaints about either.
Another long sleeved t-shirt was made of such thin fabric that I couldn't wear it as it's basically transparent. Again the colour was paler than the photo and clearly made from different fabric. The photo was sections of green and grey marle. The item green and white. In addition the white sections seemed to be cut smaller and from less elastic fabric than the green sections so the fit was poor.
An 'OL style' dress was quite a nice cut but the finishing was poor with threads everywhere and paler stitching used on the label than the seams. The fabric feels thin and cheap and I don't trust it to keep its shape after washing.
A cream coloured long cardigan is ok but again cheap finishing spoils it. This time at least the yarn doesn't stink and feels quite nice but it's not a good item.
So six items ordered: two unwearable, two good, two poor but wearable.
Don't bother.

This sites clothes are without doubt beautiful but they are not made for the European market as there sizing issues are completely wrong when they say something is a size 4xl it is in fact a uk size 10 which is useless to fuller bustested women so until they use proper sizes I would only recommend this site for anorexic tennagers
I am very disappointed with my order, first of all when we order online, you guys never tell customer that i have to pay customs and duties. When I got delivery at my door they wanted another $40 for custom and tax. Second, when I opened my packet, I was very disappointed with the quality of clothes, they are so cheap that even cleaning clothes have better quality. Third, I ordered Large size for my clothes, all sizes are look like small size, None of the clothes fits. Basically I end up wasting my money ($250) and time. I would never use your website and will never recommend anyone to use your website to buy anything from you guys. You guys made fraud and rip off my money. I wasted my money, now I am going to put my reviews on all website and will file complaint against Eric dress through my lawyer. I need my refund or you guys need to resend my order properly, and I will not pay any taxes or Customs. I bet, you guys loose loose all your customers like this.

I order on 12/11/15, I got it more than a month later. All the clothes don't have any quality and are very very small, I got large sizes and it only my 12 year old daughter could try it, and she didn't liked. I returned items, payed for mail because it's shipped to China. It was expensive. They asked me to delete he bad experience review I had, and told me the were going to refund $65, I never got it. They keep sending emails asking me to talk to my bank. So I did! My bank told me it is a scam. Please don't it anything with Eric, what they are is a untruthful company and have no respect for costumes. I will open a clam and hope I see my money back! And I won't delete any reviews. Why are the clothes of such poor quality? Not only is the material terrible but stitching is also pathetic. Come on people, take some pride ericdress, at least give the customers half the value of the products they buy from you. Prices are reasonable on the website, pictures are lovely but unfortunately everything nice ends on the website itself. Crappy products are sent to the customers and it takes close to a month to receive the rubbish that they send. Tacky clothes is an understatement. I wouldn't pay 1/3 the price that I paid for the jackets that I bought if I knew that they would send products which look very much like rejects from rejects. If people looked at the products first they would never buy from you. I was stupid to have fallen for the pictures and not read reviews before buying from Ericdress. Hope no one else has to waste money an time like I did. To return the products on fast shipping costs too much money, products have to be returned within 30days from delivery of products but they didn't give me the return address until 20 days after the delivery of product and that too only after writing back reviews, not before when I made calls and sent e mails and communicated on live chat several times about my jackets. Look at the shine on the jacket, I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that, it would look like I've wrapped myself in plastic stitched by a 7 year old kid. Take a look at the photos attached.

My US size 10 dress finally arrived and it was barely a UK 10. There is no paper work included for returns. After emailing customer services 3 times to be told the dress was custom made therefore I can only have a 50% refund. Custom made? I ordered a US10 off a website. I expressed my unhappiness about this so they emailed a link for me to log my complaint and record the measurements of the incorrectly sized dress. This link is invalid? I ordered a dress drom this company and it was not toy expectations. Very cheap. I contacted customer service for a return and was given the run around. They stated they tailor made my dress (?) It was simply a 6... nothing extra or special to it. They told me to keep it for the next occasion. I stated I have no use for this low quality dress. They said they have no use either. NEVER AGAIN! I urge everyone to avoid ordering from this company. Frauds. Dont bother reading the return policy cause they will not honor it.

Perfect Fit, perfect coat, colour is very bright, fits me perfectly size 8 just nice. Arrived in about 10 days, very pleased with the coat!

My experience of shopping with EricDress has always been good. Goods are sent quickly and arrive in good time. The dress I have recently bought is lovely: the quality of the fabric is good and the dress is well made, without annoying hanging threads that make any garment look unfinished and I must say that I like the styling of EricDress garments which I find very refreshing and unusual.
Beautifully made dress, the quality was actually better than I thought it would be. The dress was a bit snug, I wish I ordered a size up. I'm 5'5,138 pounds, bra size 34D and I ordered a 6. It was snug around the upper part of my back.
I really like my jacket! It is thick and warm and well made but it is a little small and I got a medium and I'm a size 2-4 therefore a medium should fit well so if you order, order a size up!
