This is an update to a previous review I provided in December 2015. They sent me the completely wrong jacket-a very cheap looking one compared to the $60 one I ordered. Then they ignored my attempts to get it rectified. Finally I got their attention when I wrote my first negative review. They required me to send photos twice of the jacket and labels and then decided it appeared I was sent the wrong item. They asked me to send it to a California warehouse and told me to insure it and get tracking. So, I spent the extra money and mailed it exactly as instructed. I provided the tracking number and saw confirmation that the package was delivered. EricDress is now not responding to any of my emails. I guess they feel happy with themselves getting my money and a jacket back! What a rip-off!

This dress is nothing like the picture. It was cheaply made. If I could upload a picture of the dress they sent me you guys would think twice about ordering from them. I had a ball to go to and I had to go out and buy a new dress. I sent the dress back and they never gave me my money they said it's my problem now. Please don't order!

Sent a jacket back 90 days ago. Still do not have my refund. Their standard reply for 3 months is that is their busy season. I have never dealt with such a deceitful company before. I will never order anything from China again. I seriously question their business practices and honesty.

Showing nice picture and selling one of the rubish product. To attract buyer giving nice offer displaying was $95 now $34 at last sending very cheap product which will cost only $4. This is totally cheating the customers by showing good n crazy offer.So, I am writing for all of the online shopper guy please please dont buy any product from this eric.com. I dont know how come people give this shopping sites good review. Review can be done by their people as well. Dress arrived earlier than the estimated 10-20 days. I was very pleased. As with most of the items I purchased from Ericdress, I will buy one size up and it fits perfect. My only issue is I have a short torso and the dress is half an inch too long in the back. Not their fault as they wouldn't know what my torso length is and it's nothing but a small and quick alteration. Overall I love the dress!

Answer: Avoid this company, the sizing is inconsistent,, small being very small and the large extremely large. Even when you use their sizing guide there does not seem to be consistenency from one style to the next style of dress. YOU WOULD BE VERY DISAPPOINTED IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM.
