The email came in saying can you write about your experience with EricDress, normally I would have gone to 'Delete' but when the experience has been good why not SHARE IT! Just wish the did baby clothes as well. Lol
I ordered 9 items and ended up returning six of them because the quality was so bad. Now they are giving me a hard time going back and forth asking me for the same information over and over instead of just refunding my money. I have spent a half an hour on the phone with them and have sent countless emails only to receive the worst customer service ever, and I still have not gotten my money back. I am contacting my credit card company. The clothes may look cute online, but don't waste your money!
3/1-UPDATE Today I sent my 20th email about this, and have spent 42 minutes and 28 seconds on the phone to get this resolved. I'm working with my 3rd customer service rep., and was told by the second one that the first one was "green hand and have no experience in solving customers' problems". Yes, they were all from the "customer service" dept! Why do you have someone working in customer service that has "no experience in solving customers' problems?" Let's see if the 20th email is the one that gets my refund processed. I'll let you know!

Amazing dress. Its beautifully made and fully lined and fits almost perfectly to the measurement i supplied, as a plus size girl i was a little nervous about having a custom made dress but i am completely overjoyed by what i received. I ordered this shoe on 1/15/2016. By 1/24/2016, this shoe still had not shipped. I had to open a pay pal dispute after several attempts to reach the seller went unanswered. They finally shipped the item and I received it on February 19th. The ugliest shoe ever. The top is a satin purple but the platform, heel and straps are a black suede/velvet and the bottoms are red which is not shown in the picture or the description. I immediately requested to return the shoe for a full refund and they only offered a $12 refund! I will never shop on this site again. NO ONE SHOULD WASTE THERE TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SITE!
