Excellent products and great service! Will come the next time...

They sent me an item in the wrong color and are being very difficult to work with, They make an offer for a partial refund, I accept then they change the terms. Its a back and forth, they made the mistake and dont want to fix it. They dont answer my questions or address my concerns. Their customer service is horrible and I would never reccomend them to anyone else!

I ordered on March 31st and received a confirmation email saying processing will take 8-12 days and shipping time 2-8 days. The maximum would be a 20 day wait. On the day (April 20th) that I expected to receive my shoes I got another email telling me my shoes were shipped that day and it would be another 2-3 day wait. That should have been April 23rd and it is April 26th.

These shoes cost me $63 and the problem is they were for prom. My prom is this Friday and due to the product not coming I had to buy another pair of shoes. They then told me I cannot have a refund today because it is now en route but I do not believe that because I ordered a month ago.

I just bought a yellow jumpsuit with the fear that it didn't have any reviews. I usually buy things online when they have very good reviews (photos and a minimum of 4 stars). But I decided to give EricDress a shot because I saw very good reviews in many other items and the result was great.

The quality is very good, I love the color, material and style. The only thing that bodered me a little is that they are using pictures of a model using the jumpsuit backwards... and if I try it like that it feels very uncomfortable and it creates some wrinkles that don't look good. But either way it is very pretty using it the right way. I'm happy!

I ordered a dress from Ericdress last year. They took money from my account but never sent dress. I have emailed numerous times but no reply. Beware, don't touch them!

Since my review was published, Ericdress got in touch through Sitejabber and confirmed that they would send the dress. Eventually a dress arrived in the post. It was tiny (I had ordered a large size) and useless for me. I gave it to charity.
The moral of the story is NEVER ORDER FROM ERICDRESS - EVER. They will will pretend to try to rectify the situation when publicly disgraced but they are incapable of doing so.

First off, MOST, if not ALL the positive reviews about Ericdress.com are completely FAKE! Secondly, these people are such liars. I wrote a review earlier this month and they quickly (same day) responded by lying that they never received any of the several emails I sent them and that they will contact me soon. Yeah right! Of course they did not and will not refund my money and they refuse to send me 2 of the 3 items I purchased. Such thieves! It's companies like theirs that gives other China based companies a bad reputation. I've contacted everyone I know to tell them to avoid Ericdress at all costs. The pictures of the items you see on their site is NOT what you will receive. When they do feel like sending you the items you purchase, it's some extremely cheap, knock off version that is laughable at best. It's too late for me, but do yourself a favor and save your money and lots of headache. My guess is that when they receive this review, they will respond pretending that they know nothing about the problems I had with them even though we went back and forth on email several times to no avail. Hey Ericdress, stop stealing from us you pathetic piece of crap!

So I ordered two dresses from this site and one is actually a tunic and the other is a shirt. I also was charged a foreign bank fee. It took at least 6 weeks to arrive only to be sorely disappointed. Buyer be "wear", pun intended.
This company messaged me and asked for the ordered numbers, I gave them the information they needed and their response was to apologize that they were too small (they were not) and told me I could send them back. I explained that I had already donated them to charity and could not return. They then responded they would refund half my money back if I would take my review down! Scam Scam Scam!

I received my dress yesterday but unfortunately it is to small. What is the best way to return the dress and get a larger size?

Also I would like to change the colour. Will this be a problem for me? The dress is beautiful with different colours of beading (or rhinestones) on it. What happens when you order a different colour, do they change the colour of the rhinestones to match the colour of the dress?

I have selected this dress for a summer wedding. It is well done, the materials are of a good quality. It took 1 month to actually make the dress, but it was shipped in just a few days ahead of schedule. I am a satisfied customer.It fits me perfectly.
