I ordered a white dress on June 27 2019 for an event July 27. It is July 24 and still NO DRESS! Customer service said contact FedEx, FedEx said contact USPS, and USPS said contact the shipper. Do not order from this company, they are TRASH!
I am not at all satisfied with the shirt I bought. It is not the same as the picture. The material is like that of a costume. It is not a material that you would want on nice clothing and the stitching job is abysmal. I am very dissatisfied with this shirt and with the company for misleading the public through these pictures. I tried to return the item but was told I would only be refunded $17 when I paid about $30 for the item. I was told I would not be refunded the shipping fee, which means not only am I losing over $10 of my refund, I also have to pay out of pocket to ship the item back to be returned. This is unacceptable.
I ordered a pair of shoes and a jumpsuit over a month ago for my daughters wedding that is Sunday. I received the shoes and got the biggest size they had which stated it was a 10 and then got the shoes and they were an 8. I ordered a Mother of the Bride Pantsuit. The pants were too long. The top that was not made to the same spec as the pants, so it does not properly fit over the waistline as it does in the advertisement. The outfit is beautiful, but you can't wear it unless you're an amazon with strange proportions. I sent three messages since I received the package on 6/22/19, and the only correspondence I have received from them is that they have received my messages. I will never order from them again!

Ordered 4 items over 3 weeks ago, and they have only sent one. The one item they sent was a pair of pants that no one could wear and didn't look anything like the website. They were a piece of junk with Chinese writing on the tag so you don't even know what the material is they used. Did I mention they hide the fact on their site that they are based in China? There is no phone number to call either and their customer service is run by a guy called Ice who only half writes back any answers.

Ordered a pair of shoes as a birthday present and 6 weeks later they still have not arrived. I had been tracking the package and it was in my area, out for delivery. It then went back to a distribution center 6 hours away from my house. I emailed the customer service and all they had to say was "just wait". After a week of seeing them sitting in the distribution center, I expressed my concern that they would be shipped back to China. Again, they said "just wait". I emailed them and explained multiple times stating that I needed the package as a month had already gone by and the birthday was fast approaching. Finally, somebody gave me an answer other than "just wait". They told me that they looked into my package and it was being sent back to China. The good news is that for a small fee of $17, they could send it back to me. So, you're telling me, that after I catch your mistake, warn you about it, and continuously get told to "just wait", because your customer service is too lazy to look into my order's progress, I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN?! I will be disputing the charges for my order with my credit card company and never ordering from them again. Absolutely outrageous.

I ordered this dress in the color Grape. When it finally arrived it was a plum color. I contacted the company, I was told the color was very close and they could not get the color exact because it was hand dyed. They offered to refund 40%. After going back and forth for 2 weeks I finally had to dispute the transaction through PayPal. As soon as they saw the picture they started the refund process.
I sent the dress back through USPS. It cost $65.00 to return it with tracking. Of course I want refunded this amount.
Ordered a gown for an affair following the size chart to order my size. I needed it quickly even spent extra shipping to get it quicker. (Make sure you read every page of their shipping details) when it said 3-5 days... that didn't include the 15+ days to process the order. These items are coming from CHINA! Thru many emails and a threat that if I cancelled the order they work charge me half of what I paid... So I just let it go through. One customer service person ICE got the dress to me quickly... however... when I got the dress it did not fit. I quess it was made for a junior sized person. The arm holes are too small which does not allow you to pull dress down to waist in order to close zipper. Even friends agree it is made for smaller person even though we followed size/measurement chart. Btw. A returned email stated I should not follow chart... WHAT? How else would you figure out your size. So. I attempted thru emails to request the proper return information. Now... They are refusing to take it back. Telling me to take it to a tailor to fix it. Well... ya can't fix a garment that's way too small. Also... They actually want to only refund half of what I paid for it. Please be cautious of this company.

They split my order into shipments and sent me the cheapest item first which was $16.32; the dress didn't fit the description. Size was too small it could fit a 6 yr old(American).
