I got a usd 253$ debit card authorization. I have no idea where it came from. Epoch wont help me. I had to cancel my card. The bank wont call it fraud and help me until it clears but it wont go off of pending and the money is just being held.
You can learn more about Epoch.com and find contact information for them here:

They have customer support agents available 24/7/365.
Epoch does not own the sites they bill for. They are an independent billing company for entertainment sites on the Internet. They are very easy to get in touch with and a very professional company.
I signed up for a $1 trial subscription for a website and ended up being charged for almost $60 fraudulently. I reached out to customer help which were massively unhelpful, online chat wouldn't work, phone number did not exist and my request for help via email was met with multiple "please call us" mails (even though the problem was I couldn't do it). Rated one star because I cant rate 0.
They are not only fraudulent in their business practice and many of their dating sites have been well documented to have fake postings and advertise on Craigslist of all things to join now for a good time. Seriously? Craiglist where you can talk for free with complete confidentiality. They have numerous reports of selling billing information to 3rd parties as well.
I am going to look it up but can anyone tell me very good sites to report illegal activity where action might be taken?
epoch.com is a crooked, thieving Co. I bought something for a one time fee of $59 and they billed me for $59 per month. I did not catch it for 3 months when my credit card was billed $177 and they would not refund one cent. They deceive you for something you did not order. They are total rip off artists
Funny how their emails say "call our 24/7 call center" but if you dont call between 9am & 5pm, you just hear their waiting music. I subscribed to 2 sites they handle the billing for that are completely abandoned & fraudulent. When i brought this up to them, they insisted the sites are valid & updated. I emailed the webmaster of the individual sites and never got a response. 25% of the content is missing from the site & epoch said "it's all there." one of the sites has an intentionally broken and corrupt "contact us" form that i mentioned to them that they denied.
There was a time where epoch handled billing legitimately & honestly, but that time has passed.
THEY ARE FRAUD NOW.
When I start buying tokens for the cam4 you made me a golden membership without my agreement. After that you charged my bill EUR 14.95 per month without any notice. I think I was cheated and demanded my money back
You receive email receipts for your purchases, so you should be aware of any charges. Also, full disclosure of all billing is at the top of our payment forms. You may cancel your subscription at https://epoch.com/. Simply enter your information (any 2 items) in the box titled "Account Management."
I wish had read this review page before. I did not cancel a subscription soon enough, so they had "pending" on my PayPal before I realized epoch was not going to cancel as I had wanted. I had to cancel at source since epoch would keep delaying until next pay period had been billed to me.
I'm glad I used PayPal, so I was able can cancel auto pay!
Website never let you meet anybody exchange information personal information it only comes back with buying more tokens so that you can talk to their website. But whoever's typing keep saying that they want to meet you and get to know you and do things together but when you actually try to do it it will not allow you to
This review isn't relative to Epoch.com.
They say that my account was block for suspected fraud and there is no way to unblock me. I paid with my real name, real email, real ip address. There was no reason whatsoever to think that I was committing fraud. Customer support is useless.
First they say give us 12 hours... No refund... Then they said give us 24 hours... No refund... They say give us another 24 hours and no refund... This company is full of $#*! just like the site I tried to buy a game package from hooligaps
Tried to sign-up for a trial, ended up getting charged for a full month. Tried to get a refund for it, couldn't get one due to the inept, awful and idiotic customer service. I'm so furious and angry with these people. Don't ever use them.
I had about $1200. 00 CA deducted from my credit card before I noticed the discrepancy, over about 11 months. Its was small amounts, a $40-$60 hit several times per month. When I got wise in May this year I was able to get about $372.00 back from my bank but getting back the rest won't be easy. The phone number for the website that scammed me was *******065 which turns out to be Epoch. My money is gone but I'm telling the world to WATCH OUT FOR HACKERS from web sites.
I tried to contact them in every way, they subscribed me to an unsolicited subscription (via a pre-entered check from the system that confirmed my willingness to update my subscription) and despite having canceled the subscription and tried to contact them (via chat, via email) before the payment was accepted, they waited until the payment was confirmed and they told me that they could not refund the subscription money. Ridiculous
Nicolo, something doesn't sound right. Did you contact Epoch support or the support of the online merchant? Our 24/7/364 support is always available. -- Additionally, you could have canceled your subscription any time (even immediately after purchase) by using the online cancellation form. The link to these services was included on the receipt sent to your email address at the moment of purchase. If you'd like to find out more, you can see your account details or contact customer support here: https://epoch.com
You subscribe for Camster to get 20 credits! Then 1 month after you get a mail from paypal that says you have authorized a transaction to epoch. (in my case 21)
I was able to change the setting on PayPal to remove that unwilled authorisation that allow them to heist my account. I assume I won't be able to claim that money back:(
Camster & Epoch are Frauds!
This company took my money 168.96 I have recieved nothing for my money. You stole from me. This is unforgivable and I will never shop from you. I am also telling people not to buy from you. Thanks for stealing my money.
They charged my card twice and i didnt get what i payed for not even a receipt and the worst part is that ive send emails and try to contact them but they wont even bother to answer, i won't even buy a cure for cancer if it was on epouch
Their rep said there was "nothing he could do" when I asked for a refund for a site that I had not signed up for. He said there was a checkbox that was on by default, and if I did not uncheck it, I was on the hook. I told him to send me the transcript so I could report them as a fraudulent company to my credit card company and the attorney general of my state. That changed his tune real fast, and I got my money back. Stay away from any service that uses this company.
Rein in this mess.

If this is balanced, unslanted news coverage I'm a unicorn. This "paper" is totally bias. Not worth the paper it's printed on. If you want to reinforce your own ultra conservative views then yes this is the paper for you. If you want honest unbias news coverage read something else.
Answer: Contact our customer support and they can tell you if your card is being denied by us or at the bank level. If we are denying your card we should be able to help. https://epoch.com/billing_support/contact
Answer: Yes. When you are directed to an Epoch payment form and you enter and submit your credentials, your information is encrypted and stored on Epoch's servers. Epoch is an approved Visa and MasterCard Payment Facilitator, and became the first company in the world to pass a third-party audit and be certified as PCI-DSS compliant in 2002 (when the program was called CISP). We successfully complete PCI-DSS Level 1 audits every year to maintain that status. In 2002, Epoch was also among the first companies in the world to adopt VBV (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard Secure Code
Answer: We can certainly help with that! Contact our CS department here: https://epoch.com/billing_support/contact

And about your bill, we do not bill "fraudulently" but it is possible you made a purchase you don't recall. You can search the email you used during your purchase to search for the term "Epoch" and you should have received a purchase receipt for any items you purchased via our services. Feel free to reach out to an Epoch representative for any clarification.
