I have been a customer of Entertainment Earth for several years. Never had any issues until a recent shipment was sent to an old address by no fault of theirs. I contacted their customer service and they assisted me in rerouting part of my shipment. The other part that was already delivered they refunded what was not available and the reshipped the items they still had. No questions asked. They also updated my account to remove old addresses for me. Veronica was absolutely the best service agent. Excellent prices and deals on shipping. I will shop here for as long as they are around. Highly recommended.
They said they had Magic cards in stock. Took my order, then the item sold out everywhere. 3 weeks later they are still waiting on the item they didn't even have and weren't actually getting. Now because they were trying to grab market share with merchandise they don't actually own to sell, I can't get the thing I had the money for. After looking at this it seems this is a common occurrence with this crappy company.

This company looks legit, with their « risk free pre-order » and « free shipping » and « no hassle return » but do not feel this company is safe.
I ordered one item with them, then cancelled my order when was able to find it with a store with better shipping options. The cancellation felt easy an item was removed from my account page.
A month later they still shipped the item, denied the item was cancelled and I am forced to pay for both the item and the shipping. If you call them claiming you cancelled the supposed « risk-free pre-order » then it is your word against theirs. Stay away from them.

My nephew used my card to by a dinosaur from them a few weeks ago and then last week I had a random charge on my account from them for $26.86 that I did not authorize. I have sent an email and tried customer service twice. The first time I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes, I am currently on hold with them now and we have clocked in at over 20 minutes again on hold. So either they stole from me or they are a terribly run company. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my bank tomorrow. Very annoying.

My advice, be wary of pre-ordering any MTG products with them. I pre-ordered Phyrexia All Will Be One Compleat Bundles at $80 well in advance of the 3/3 release date. As all MTG buyers know the price of these spiked before release to $120+. No shipment. I've now sent two emails asking for an update on this order, both getting receipt confirmations, but neither have been replied to and it's been about 10 days now since the first (they say 1-3 business days for a response). So they can take pre-orders but not fill them, so don't waste your time especially on products that go up in value before release, they won't deliver. And before they go there, yes, I already checked my SPAM, junk, and every other folder for their reply and there has been zero communication back.

Entertainment Earth is so hit or miss. Sometimes items come great, sometimes they come damaged. 50/50 chance, but god forbid you return or replace something because a refund takes about a month, and a replacement takes about the same amount of time to simply get on a waiting list for a replacement. Entertainment Earth has a lot of older products (specifically Funkos) so if you're not hard set on mint condition then order from them, but if you want guaranteed mint condition go literally anywhere else. They really should say "Mint Condition Guaranteed (If you're willing to send the items back and forth and gamble with our shipping team)." All of the shipping boxes come in great condition so any damaged products I get are willingly sent like that. I'm sure a representative will respond to this and then offer to send a return label and blah blah blah but life's too short to deal with that $#*!. They'd save themselves a lot of money if they just cared enough to actually do product quality checks and shipping checks at the start.

Entertainment Earth had a fantastic selection of toys, and popculture merchandise. The only problem is that they ship purchased items at a snail's pace. They can take 7-10 days to process a purchased order. It took 15 days to receive an item, that anyone else could've shipped in 4 or 5 days. They need to hire some more employees or something. If you don't care about long waits to get your stuff, go for it. If you want your toys in a timely manner, go somewhere else, because Entertainment Earth takes their sweet sweet time sending you your packages.

We strongly do not recommend working with EE distributor in 2023. Customer service trapped us with the manager's knowledge and approval and didn't cancel our pre-order we placed 3 months ago and forced us to pay unfairly. In our last meeting with the manager on 27.01.2023; He said either pay the money or go.
They have the worst give employees policies to work for in America. They do not deliver the products on time and threaten you with their policy to pay a penalty.

Ordered a couple small items from them. After two weeks my order wasn't shipped, so I complained. They sent me a "tracking number" aka they created a shipping label. But over a week later and they still haven't actually sent the item out. It's been almost a month, and they've now stopped replying to all emails. Will have to report the fraud to my credit card company. Stay away from these thieves!

Ordered 4 items in September 2022. It said delivery was expected in October 2022. It is now January 2023 and I contacted Customer service who said "Veronica D.Hello, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the ETA was pushed to this month. We do not receive specific ETA dates from manufacturers due to variables in shipping and production times, just a general month estimate. This item is now expected to arrive sometime in January and it will be shipped as soon as it is delivered to us."

I placed an order on Sunday 11/27/22 for 1 item that was listed as instock. Entertainment Earth got around to charging my card on Wednesday 11/30/22. As of today 12/2/22 at 3pm my order is still listed as processing and not shipped. It will not be shipped tomorrow as EE does not work weekends. More then likely it will begin moving Monday 12/5/22 where it will then take a week to move across the country. In short, Entertainment Earth warns of "transit delays", any percived delays however are not from tranist as nothing is in transit. The stated delays are soley due to Entertainment Earth and their inability to operate their business efficiently as any look at previous reviews can attest. As a further warning, given their previous history, if you do not currently have an order placed and processing with this company, chances are orders placed from this point out will not make it in time for the holidays so I would suggest looking elswhere to better assure an arrival.

I recently placed an order using a promo code that they provided. The promo code didn't adjust anything on the price but shipping was free when I placed the order. Then they charged me $131 extra for shipping without my authorization. The box would normally ship for at most $15-20 within the US (even for the longest distance). When I contacted them, nothing got adjusted. That was clearly a ripoff. Today I checked my credit card statement. They keep charging me small amounts that you wouldn't notice ($5) for the same invoice for no reason. I'll keep opening disputes with my CC company. Stay away from them unless you want to experience similar fraudulent transactions.

The price on Amazon is cheaper than some of the wholesale items.
Customer support is good but it's not worth buying things from them.

The product doesn't have much info, like when it launched, how many buyers were interested, etc.
There are no ASIN#, that will be great to have ASIN as well.
Many products which I searched for were extremely costly and not feasible to sell on Amazon.

I ordered a funko pop two months ago. It never arrived. They promised to send it again. That never arrived. My son also independently ordered an item and it never arrived. This company will take your money but you may never receive you items even when you follow up diligently.

In August 2022, I ordered a Halloween item. On the receipt it clearly reads "Coming in September 2022." Weeks later, when I emailed to inquire about its arrival, I received a 'copy' of my receipt, now amended to show "Coming in October 2022" and excuses about how they can't control shipping and manufacturing. Well, that's exactly what's required of providing "holiday" themed items. If you don't have them to ship, or can't guarantee them, don't sell them. As a customer, I shouldn't have to keep inquiring about my delivery; if you're unable to provide it on time, you should be providing me with updates and alternatives.

I ordered some collectibles here and I must say My 1st experience was a good one. My order shipped out to me one month early! It was well packed and came in a fresh cardboard Box with Plenty of padding. It came in better condition than a lot of things I ordered from Walmart and target. I will definitely be coming back! Not to mention they had a promo going on which gave me free shipping. That helps a lot! I hadn't heard of them prior to this experience but now I will keep going back.

Answer: They don't care. Just about pocketing the majority of the shipping and sending to you the cheapest way possible. They even do this their wholesale customers too, but worse.
