Ordered 4 items in September 2022. It said delivery was expected in October 2022. It is now January 2023 and I contacted Customer service who said "Veronica D.Hello, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the ETA was pushed to this month. We do not receive specific ETA dates from manufacturers due to variables in shipping and production times, just a general month estimate. This item is now expected to arrive sometime in January and it will be shipped as soon as it is delivered to us."
Our apologies for any inconvenience the change in the manufacturer’s estimated arrival date may have caused. Please be aware that manufacturers may alter or update their ETAs at any time. Unfortunately, as a distributor, we have no control over these production and delivery decisions. Keep in mind that we will not charge your payment method until an item is available to ship to you, and we ship all items on a first-come-first-served basis as soon as the merchandise is delivered to us. We certainly appreciate your patience in the meantime.
