My nephew used my card to by a dinosaur from them a few weeks ago and then last week I had a random charge on my account from them for $26.86 that I did not authorize. I have sent an email and tried customer service twice. The first time I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes, I am currently on hold with them now and we have clocked in at over 20 minutes again on hold. So either they stole from me or they are a terribly run company. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my bank tomorrow. Very annoying.
