I have shopped with Eloquii a handful of times but that comes to an end today. I received a dress that was too big and the fabric was some of the scratchiest I've ever come across. Eloquii did not send me an email confirmation of my order. After calling customer service, I was assured the order was placed and that I would receive an email confirmation when it shipped. Again, I did not receive that either. I did receive an email after it was delivered. Then I had to go about figuring out how to return the item which was not straightforward, so again I called customer service. The "365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day" touted line was "not open." So I called again on a weekday and they helped me with the return.
Here's the caveat: there is no way for you to receive a full refund unless you choose the gift card option. I wanted the money returned to my card. If you choose that option, they charge you $10.99. That was more than my shipping was at $7.99, so at this rate I lost money on this transaction by shopping with Eloquii. After speaking with customer service and complaining about this, I was assured I would hear back from them within 24-48 hours--again, they did not live up to their word.
It's disappointing because I do think they generally (though not in this case) have good quality clothes. Due to their customer service (or complete lack thereof I should say) and the fact that shopping their return policy is bullocks and costing me money when I am not receiving any product, I will no longer be visiting any Eloquii website ever again.
I ordered a dress that looked very cute in the picture. When I received it the fabric was very heavy and hot. I understand that that is a you take when you order online. You don't know what the garment us going to actually feel like until you receive it. BUT, to then be charged shipping costs AND a return fee is unacceptable. I will never shop here again. Not worth the risk.
Overall my experience was poor.
My order said it was delivered; however, it wasn't and it took 6 business days to rectify and delivered. In general I found the quality and sizing poor. I returned everything.
Return process was easy; however, it did approx 3 weeks to have my order returned/ processed. Additionally, I'm Canadian aka International shopper. My original order was $400.22 USD. I was charged $20 x 2 for shipping (which I was aware of an okay with) and $58.11 in duties for which they have told me is not refundable. That's $98.11 USD = $135 CDN for trying a new retailer. I purchase from the USA all of the time and I've never had an issue with a refund return of duties. Buyer beware!
Eloquii be assured you will never see my $ again.
I ordered a dress and it was to big. I had to return it. I called customer service 3 time at different times of the day, the 3 time after 10 minutes a customer service representative answered the phone and stated that she did see the return in the warehouse system, however it would take 3 additional days to see in the main system. In their return and exchange instructions it states I will be charged the $7.00 return shipping fee which is understandable, but the additional $6.99 it never states that in the instructions. I won't ever buy from this company again. Very Poor Return Policy. Be ware
I mailed my return a week before the 30 day deadline. I mailed this order the same time as I mailed an Old Navy return. Old Navy never has problems with receiving my returns and crediting my account. Old Navy has never needed tracking to monitor their provided return labels. They process the credit within a week of my shipped return. Eloquii has done none of these things. They lose the return and then it's my fault. They need tracking on their provided return labels and still lose the return. I will never order from Eloquii or recommend Eloquii to anyone ever again.
I was so excited when I learned Eloquii was coming back. I immediately ordered a shirt. The item I received was not only the wrong size and the wrong color, it was a completely different shirt. I called customer service and they fixed the problem pretty quickly. Oh, how I should have paid attention to this warning signal. I spent hundreds of dollars with them over the next year. Again I received an incorrect item and in general had a few problems. Then came the quality issues. Every single pair of pants I ordered (around 10-12) towards the end of my association with them were defective and needed a tailor to fix them. Then they refused to accept a return of an item I had received in November 2015 and returned in December 2015. Their solution? Extort me out of an ADDITIONAL $6.99 to be sent an item I DIDN'T WANT AND COULDN'T USE. The other option they offered me was to keep my money AND the product. Needless to say, I have reported them to the BBB and my state's attorney general.
UPDATE 3-9-2016: I have recently been contacted by a company representative who is attempting to drastically improve service. I am very happy with her solutions and I will give them another try. She is also addressing the quality issues I had.
I ordered my regular size, fit perfect. Used my shop runner account for free 2 day delivery. Not sure what all the complaints are about from the other reviewers. Going online to order more!
I order from Eloquii at least once a month and I have never had a bad experience. Merchandise takes a few days longer then most places, but nothing crazy. My returns have always been handled quickly. One customer service rep gave me her direct # if I had any issues with my return. The only issue I have is that their system will automatically charge you a $7 return fee even if you've paid your own return shipping cost. But, every time I call them there is never an issue with crediting my account for the fee. I do hope that they fix this problem at some point; it gets a little annoying to have to call every time this happens. Overall, I would recommend them to others, actually I have. Love the style, quality and sales. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed.
I have ordered several items from Eloquii and I really like their clothes, but if you what buy does not fit, you are out of luck! Their return policy is horrible, and when I have sent things in to request different sizes, it's as if they don't even read the information you sent them. Twice now I have requested different sizes and they've sent me the wrong size, or a completely different item. Despite the fact that I like their clothes, I WILL NOT be purchasing from the again.
Update to this review: several months after the incident, Eloquii's newly hired customer service manager contacted me to apologize for the poor service, and asked what they could do to remedy it. She went out of her way to make sure my issue was resolved, and I appreciate that. I would be willing to give them another try (and I will hang on to her email address just in case there is another problem!)
I read other reviews... each person has their own experience. I ordered from this site and had to return something. My return was smooth. I mailed it back and received and email that they would be crediting my card. I ordered enough where i received 5 spend $50 get half off cards. The cards didnt work however when i called they took the #s off the cards over the phone and gave me the credit. One criticism is the cost... wish it were affordable to all. Plus size women deserve style that is not frumpy. As a pastors wife there is often a need to go to dressy events. I love Eloquii... ordering a few dresses today.
I bout a lot from eloquii. I used their sizing charts but nothing fit, it was all too big in the chest. I returned everything. I emailed customer service and I called, they are very slow to respond to emails, and their phone hours are horrible because they are only available when people work. They do charge 7.00 to send anything back, for the shipping costs. They are so slow to process any returns! It takes almost 3 weeks for them to email that they received the package, and I can't imagine that the mail takes that long. Then it takes them another week to tell you how much your refund is. Then it takes 2-5 days to show back up in your account. The quality of their clothing is very good. If anything fit I would keep it, but they don't make anything for woman who aren't curvy up too. Their are just so slow, unresponsive and don't have realistic hours for their customers.

I purchased the Botanical Green cold shoulder blouse I like it but, the only thing is it's kind of a heavy material but, It looks great on and not so boxy at waist when you put on a belt with it. I wore it with some great high heels and some rip jeans got lots of compliments.

I ordered a size that fits from most mainstream brands and stores (Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, Talbots).
The sweaters were a nice fabric and construction, and moderately (not cheap) priced, but at least one size off (small).
I had been several business trips on my schedule so I set the package aside to deal with when I returned home (1+ months on the road).
When I went to return the sweaters, and order another size, I learned that the return police for this company is 30 days! This is highly unusual and I contacted them.
They confirmed -30 days, period.
BUYER BEWARE.
Given that you can get the same quality and pricing at Nordstrom's sales, and have an unlimited time to make returns, I recommend you stick to tried and true, unless Eloquii makes a dramatic turn-around in policy
I am extremely reluctant to write this review as I applaud any fashion company which caters to plus size women, and offers clothes that aren't just shapeless tunics or skin tight club wear. However, I'm very disappointed with the pricing of these clothes. Their quality is adequate, but not exceptional, and the patterns are only rarely unique to what other new and upcoming plus size fashion lines are offering at a substantially lower price. I strongly suggest to the company that they lower the price of the clothing to match the quality.
I must be honest this is one of my favorite stores but the customer service simply sucks. Each and every time I've called I've been disappointed. As of this email I still have yet to hear of a resolution to my last issue. Order placed 9/7 said it was shipped 9/11 then email sent 9/12 telling me one item is missing due to limited availability just for me to go online and see 7 of the item left in my size. I sent two emails and never heard back. I finally called 9/14 since no one responded to my emails just to be told "were going to check our Canada warehouse and see if anyone else is having this same problem and we'll call you back and send an email". " There must have been a problem because we would never not ship it due to pricing". Now I'm not sure why someone else's complaint would have any bearing on mine but apparently it does. Smh. It's now 9/16 and I still haven't heard back. The bottom line is the customer service SUCKS, and the item was marked down to 29$ and went up tremendously and then disappears from my order. I believe they must have made a mistake with pricing and made sure if I did get it, it wouldn't be for 29$.
Just like the previous reviews stated, I will never shop here again due to the ridiculous return policy. I ordered a dress for my mom. The dress didn't fit. Returned the dress thinking I would just be charged the 7.50 for the shipping cost. (Which is still ridiculous) Once my card was refunded... I found I was charged an additional 6.99 for a return fee?!? Customer service is unapologetic. $14.49 for a return?! Unheard of. NEVER AGAIN!
I have to admit, I learned of this brand by seeing it on Rebel Wilson. I took a chance and bought a jumpsuit and kady pants. Order arrived quickly. Packaging was standard polybag. Nothing special here. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Very nice fabric and construction. The fit was also very good, true to size. Overall, pretty happy with purchase.
As the other reviewers have stated Eloquii has a horrible and frustrating return policy. I had to leave the country for a medical emergency due to a family members sudden illness. I attempted to return the items I ordered but were delivered after I left because their sizing is way off (the pants were at least 6 inches longer than normal) and the clothing is cheaply made so alterations aren't worth the price. First I was told the return had been okayed although outside of the 30 day return window.
I sent the items back and then received an email saying the items couldn't be accepted because they were returned outside of the 30 day window. Now I have to pay them $6.99 per order to have the items I can't use because they don't fit returned to me. You've been warned!

I ordered a sequin dress before xmas 2016 tried it and decided it was to long so returned it. Fast forward to 4 weeks after i sent out the return still hadn't heard from them. So i call them. They have no answers except that the warehouse has received my item and to give it another week. Couple days later i get an email saying they have recieved my item... couple days later i get an email saying they issued a refund for my dress. I paid 91 dollars for the dress minus 7 dollar return shipping which brings us to 84 dollars. Okay ill take that it was my bad i should have paid attention to the length. As if thats not good enough they then take a 7 dollar return free. Wow. Really? 14 $#*!ing dollars and about a month to return something.
Bringing my refund from 91 dollars to 76 dollars.
Never buy directly from this website. They really put the screws to you.

Answer: I'm not sure what country you're from. In the US a 40 is a size 2-4 in clothing. They use the shipping you prefer.
