In January 2016, I ordered some items for a trip that I was taking to Mexico. I've never purchased from ELOQUII, but gave it a shot. The pieces didn't fit well & I opted to return them. Turns out that these items were FINAL SALE. Perhaps I missed that notation on the site? I don't know. But I was unaware of this. I promptly returned the items & followed up with ELOQUII a few weeks later. After a couple of calls, I received an email indicating that my purchase could not be returned & I had to pay $6.99 shipping to get these items back. (It was free shipping when I purchased). I NEVER would've made a first time purchase from a company, knowing that I wouldn't be able to return them. I spoke with a manager who was professional, but lacked any sense of customer service. She said that I had no choice. I think that's pretty ridiculous considering that I returned the items with their tags, within a couple of days of receiving them. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.
Be careful with purchasing e-gift cards. They take 3 days to process...if you are purchasing a gift don't do it.
I was so excited to see a site that carried such nice fashions for bigger girls. I wish I had looked up the reviews of this one. I purchased a four items, two I needed to return. I called first and was told that I could return them but only for in store credit. The items I returned happened to be on clearance and they refused to give me any credit for the merchandise. Not only that? They wanted an additional $6.99 to RETURN the $45 dollars worth of unwanted merchandise. Despite my best requests (like being a first time buyer), they refused to return it to me for free. I REALLY regret my decision to purchase from them. BUYER BEWARE!
UPDATE: I was recently contacted by personnel at the Eloquii who reviewed this review. They made contact with me and remedied the situation immediately by giving me a credit for merchandise I lost and made good on the matter. I don't know if they corrected their return policy but they did make good with my complaint. Just remember clearance are final sales with no returns. I will happily order from them again!
I never shop online for clothing. I dont even have nice dresses because when I go to AS or LB, I never really like their styles. I have seen ads for Eloquii, but I just couldnt afford their clothing. This Christmas I have taken advantage of their sale. I ordered 2 coats, a dress 2 skirts and 2 blouses. I must tell you I was prepared to return all of it. I didnt think it would fit or look good on me. Im smaller up top and hippy. I LOVED EVERYTHING I PURCHASED! EVVV-ERRRYYY THING! I felt pretty in each item. I went back to the site the next day and some other things I wanted were marked down even more so I got them. I especially like the fabric blend for the skirts. They have give and the patterns are so lively and vibrant. Not bland or just black! I loved all of it. Believe me, when there is a sale, Im buying all I can from them.
I placed a pretty large order and they just didn't send 2 of my items. I emailed customer service on the Friday my order was delivered and they got back to me on monday saying I need to call without providing a number to call. What is the point of having an email address other than to waste peoples time? Ofcourse they have very restrictive customer service hours so now I've got to take time out of my work day and call and it takes me to an automated system that has me input my order number and starts spouting off everything I bought. There is no option to speak to anyone so I just have to sit there repeatedly saying speak to a representative for like 5 minutes before it finally connects me to someone. I repeat the order number and tell them I'm kissing two items and give her all the details and then sit on the phone for another 5 to 10 minutes while they get the details. Then she just says we sent you a refund. When I was like um so I'm just not getting the clothes I ordered? She said well the warehouse said they sent them so we can't resend them. You can reorder them (at full price since I bought these on sale) if you want. Additionally, some of the clothes were like completely see through and not true to size so I had to return them and they make you pay an $11 fee unless you choose refund via store credit FYI. I wouldn't order from here again and would suggest you also don't unless you like getting scammed.
I purchased items and was not happy with all of them so I sent some of the items back with the pre-paid tracking label provided. 2 months later I still had not received my credit so when I called they told me that they had not received the package. I informed them that I always keep my receipts and verify tracking and that it was received over 6 weeks ago. Well me not knowing I was dealing with a company who doesn't know how to process returns well I threw my receipt away after it was confirmed received. So I know it was received but because it is sitting in the warehouse somewhere I cant do anything about it. After they gave me the run around for a month telling me they would look into it and then not calling me back, resulting in me calling them 4 times I was fed BS. The last time I was told to call USPS and give them the return address and they will be able to pull up my transaction and give me the tracking number. Well I did that today and that was false. So Eloquii just wanted to pass the buck and still leave me without my clothes or refund.
I want to share with the public a message I sent to the Eloquii customer service team:
Dear Eloquii team,
I wanted to write and say THANK YOU for a favor your Returns Department did for me lately. When I received my recent order and knew I had to return the clothes, I put a bunch of things in the return box to take down to the garage with me on the way to my car. Unfortunately, I had some tools in the box that I forgot to take out, and accidentally shipped back to you with my return!
Having attempted to contact warehouses and returns departments with other companies before and been told there was nothing they could do, I gave up the tools as a lost cause. My husband was particularly disappointed because they were part of our only consistent set of tools, and he's adamant about not loosing any. Oops!
So imagine my surprise and relief to get a package in the mail from Eloquii, with the missing tools in it! It was so kind and considerate of you all to recognize the mistake and send the tools back to me without me even having to say anything. THAT'S customer service!

First of all, I had been eyeing this blazer I had seen online and was really excited about. For the price (over $100.00), I thought, "this quality must be really good" and the pictures made it look like it would be a high quality piece. I waited until the item went on sale to purchase it. When it arrived, I couldn't wait to open the package and try it on. Unfortunately, when I opened the item, I was appalled at the quality. I kid you not, I have purchased better quality items from JC Penney and Forever 21. It was a thin, polyester-like material that wrinkled. The fit alone was terrible and I don't know if they just cut the piece blind or the dress forms or whatever they use is super skewed. In the chest area, there was fabric for the chest, but it was going "outwards" and looked very, very strange. I was even more annoyed when I went to set up a return of the item, that they did not have free returns... For the price of their items, I thought for sure returns would be free. So many of the most basic sites with cheap clothes allow for free shipping and returns.
Not worth your time or money. Trust me, the site looks fancy and quality, but if you're going to pay that much, go to EShakti or Navabi or literally anywhere else...
I ordered a red top for a special event and received white joggers. It clearly says on the label that it should be a red top.
The timeline on returns/exchanges is definitely slow BUT customer service is SO helpful in helping You find what you want, Honor promotions & discounts, etc.

I received an item for Christmas, contacted them within the 30 days, they're person didn't get back to me, contacted them a 2nd time they said they'd send me a FedEx label. Didn't hear from them so I contacted them a 3rd time and they told me the label would come from FedEx, found it, walked across the street to mail it with FedEx. Then received an email saying because they did not receive it back within 30 days I could either pay $6.99 to have an item (3x) that was too small either shipped back to me, no I could not exchange it for something else that would fit or they would keep the article of clothing and my money.?! So basically what your saying is either your stealing my money or I can pay $6.99 to get your clothes that don't fit me back?! Sorry she says, yes. I'm like do you realize how disgusting that is of a return policy? I've been in retail for 20 years! If I had run my companies like this I would have been out of business! I will never recommend or buy their clothes. Obviously they had documentation within the time frame that I was returning the item. Isn't that proof enough? So because their people dragged their feet on me when I was trying to return a gift I get screwed. Absolutely disgusted with there policy.
This is the first time I ever ordered anything from this site the dress fit me perfect the color is amazing the dress is just beautiful and I do feel like a princess in it thank you Eloquii!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed an order for a graduation dress around the 15th of May, so a month ago. I paid for shipping that made my shipping time 5-7 business days. Never received confirmation. So I called. Twice. Asked them to overnight it to me because my grad day was quickly approaching. I was assured I'd receive a shipping notification by the end of the day. Never happened. I eventually called to cancel. I was assured that it was canceled and that I would get a full refund on my card in 5-7 business days. Never got it. Received a call from a supervisor almost two weeks after I initially called explaining that they weren't going to be able to fulfill my order in the time I requested it and asked if I wanted a refund... I explained I already called go cancel it. I was assured that it will be canceled and I needed to wait another 3-5 business days to receive my refund. Well today is the 6th business day. Behold, no refund in my bank account. I don't know what in the heck they have going on in their system, but I hope no one has to go to this much effort to get the product they paid for, or even their refund. I will NEVER shop at elloquii again despite the fact that they have extremely cute clothes. I am sad as a plus sized woman I will have one less out of the very few places to shop but this is 110% unsatisfactory.
Worst customer service ever! They do not answer phone or emails or sent out necessary communications.
Sizing off.
Pricing is off.
Fit is off.

Answer: They have changed their return policy, they use happyreturns/eloquii, just enter your zip code and you can drop your return off at the nearest business that they have partnered with and your refund should post within 3 to 5 days.
Answer: I'm not sure what country you're from. In the US a 40 is a size 2-4 in clothing. They use the shipping you prefer.
