DO NOT USE THIS SITE - ordered two dresses, both wrong size. They are being very obstructive trying to return them. They are based in China! The voucher codes on the site do not work. Do not be fooled by fake reviews. Avoid at all costs. Have almost certainly lost £135 and have no bridesmaids dresses!

I ordered four white flower girl dresses from Dylanqueen UK and they are exactly as represented on the website. The value and quality are good and they arrived much sooner than anticipated. Due to this experience I will now be happy to order dresses for my flower girls. Very nice shopping experience.

I'm appalled at the service Dylan queen offered this site is obviously a scam. Firstly the image on the website was nothing like the dress i received. Secondly as soon as i opened the package (which took 25+ days to come) and unzipped the dress it broke. I couldn't believe how poor quality this dress was. Then when i went to email the company, they offered to pay to fix the dress. Basically admitting they knew it was faulty. After i explained how i didn't want it fixing, but just a return they ignored all my further emails. Don't buy from this website its a scam. And I expect all posit reviews are from the company its self.

That is what my only daughter said upon receiving my birthday gift for her. She loves fashion so much. I'd say it's her passion. Hahaha. I am one proud mama, I say. She's smart, creative, elegant, sexy and stylish just like the dress I bought for her. I mean, it's perfect! Thank you DylanQueen for the fast delivery and wonderful experience. :) We'll be shopping for more soon. :D

I ordered several items for dress and got 1st class service, fast delivery, great communication when I asked questions. 5 star service all round. Will certainly buy again. Many thanks for service, I want to recommend thus site to everyone.

I bought my prom dress on this site, very happy with the quality of the product and price. At first, Reading all these comments a week before I must say I got very scared but now it's arrived it's more and more beautiful in person! I'm imlove with it! Thank you so much!

I ordered my dress for prom and it came within a month which was fine, however it was 6 inches too big in certain areas and they did not make it clear enough that there was a further price to be paid for going through customs to be shipped.. That was an extra 25 quid on top of the 112 I'd paid for the dress plus p&p! I emailed them and I feel like Ive been the dog on a chain and Ive been running around in the same circle.. When I finally get a response after months of waiting and photos being sent and telling the problem I had many times.. All I get is a 5 percent refund of the dress price alone which was 86.62 quid.. That's ridiculous, Ive had to pay for alterations to fix their mess and that's all I get.. Told me I would have a satisfying solution.. Well one thing for sure is I'm not satisfied in the slightest.. Glad I'm not the only one with a bad experience.. I won't recommend it to anyone.. It's definitely only a place for looking and not a place for buying at!

I came to Dylan Queen for my step daughters prom dress as the prices were in my price range and I had a budget. The dress came and couple of weeks later so did a invoice for taxes and duties that I had to pay. I don't think the information is clear enough on the web site. I have ended up paying a lot more. Will not be buying from there again.

My excited daughter received this dress and within minutes was in tears. The dress was not anything like on the website. We complaining that we had no idea the dress was coming from China and it was not fit for purpose; it supposed to be a cross over back strap and looked nothing like the dress ordered. We asked for a returns and sent numerous photos of the dress as evidence each time we had a different reply. My credit card company is making me a refund but I had to go to a reputable Prom Dress shop for them to write it was not as advertised was poorly made and was not value for money. On top of that I got today a £22.88p customs bill from TNT; and we thought this site was in England. My advice is get to a Prom shop and buy british.

My friend told me about dylanqueen when I told her I wanted to buy a dress. After I went home and search it on my laptop and to my surprise I saw many nice dresses that I wanted but one thing that I never believed it is their pricing is relatively so cheap compare to all place here in London. The color and size are true to the charts on the site and it fits perfectly. I was considering ordering a mini dress but had never ordered from this site before and was a bit worry. I decided to order this as a trial because I thought it was something which I could at least wear more often if the quality or color were not what I hoped for. The dress arrived within 5 weeks of ordering and it is fantastic quality, particularly for the price. The color and size are true to the charts on the site and it fits perfectly. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would have no hesitation in ordering more from this site.

Ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding in September. Thought it was a UK made dress as the site registered in the UK-silly me! Promised 5 £ off on registration-never had it, and no replay on my enquiry.
It was delivered in 2 weeks -promptly, but unfortunately 2 sizes too big, and also heavy with lots of padding (for Cyprus!) -looking completely different from the one on the photo.
The customer service after long email exchange declined to accept it as a return. Offered 2 new dresses for the price of one! It's hanging in the wardrobe-never worn. Had to buy another dress.
And then later-invoice for 23 pounds to customs! So I found a little print at the end of their webpage where they mentioned possibility of another charge-but not at the time of paying for the order.
I would never recommend to anyone to use this site.

I read the reviews which put my mind at ease so i ordered it in my normal size. I can't believe how beautiful it is and I can't wait to wear it. They were long as everyone elses reviews had said, but the color was perfect and the sizing was pretty accurate. They were shipped in days, which was fantastic, and ordering was super easy. Great value, great price, great workmanship, great fit, shipment was fast, express company kept me informed on the shipment. I will be ordering from you again!
