There is a big variety of colours and many available sizes, so I was able to find exactly what I like and what it fits me. I ordered from similar sites in the past, but I remained unsatisfied because I didn't receive what I paid for. The dresses at DylanQueen has vivid colours, good quality and they are real handmades! I ordered a dress in plenty of time for my daughters wedding. On the website it looked really stylish, but having just received it and after paying over a £100 I have to say it is poorly made and finished and the material is a horrible pink with bits of lace attached, very badly the dress I have received is nowhere as nice as in the photo. There doesn't appear to be a return address for me to send it back and get my money back. Will not be recommending this company to anyone.

They promised 5% of the money back. Bull$#*!! I didn't get anything back (its been more than a month now). PLUS they told me to pay the parcel company for delivering the goods. I told them I will NOT pay, they can pay themselves! I have spent over 100 with them, weeks after I got a letter on the post of the payment. I am moving to another country anyway so I don't care and they better settle the bill themselves! Want nothing else to do with this $#*!TY company.

Some sites that I have ordered from have sent me clothes that resemble nothing like that of the picture. This dress was exactly as described. It was very easy to order and the process took less than a minute to fill out. I'm also a big fan of their points system towards a product purchase. I received 18 just for the dress alone. Shipping was no problem. I needed the dress for a party so I payed for express. I ordered on a Monday and got it on Friday. Dylanqueen is a reliable source for high quality fashion. I wish I had come across this site before I purchased a prom dress for my daughter. My feedback is line with all the others listed. The dress is the worst workmanship I have ever seen. Clearly there is no quality checking done. They obviously just take a chance with what they send out and hope that some customers cannot be bothered with the hassle of returning. I have now gone through my credit card company to have funds refunded to me and more importantly removed from their account. I have sent emails that do not get responded to. It will be interesting to see if they respond now I have informed them that the money is being withdrawn from them!
I hope you see this site before you make a purchase and if not hope that you have the back up of a credit card transaction to fall back on if you have been as unfortunate as me and the other unlucky customers who have made a purchase.

I ordered a made to measure dress it came - how disappointed was I! Nothing like the picture different material looked like a sack didn't fit too big. Contacted Dylan Queen and I got no help at all they wouldn't tell me how to return it for a refund and are ignoring all my emails. I am claiming through Barclaycard now as I cannot get a response over £100.00 and disgusting service. Stay away.

I had a flawless experience with this website. I was looking for a nice wedding party dress for my best friend - something simple, elegant and beautiful, but also not prudish or too stuck-up. She's all about balance in things, so dress shopping can be difficult for her. I found a really nice dress on this site and ordered it without really thinking. It was such a good deal I kinda couldn't help it. I got the dress after about a week, pretty fast shipping. Gave it to my friend and she absolutely broke down, she loves it. The fit was perfect, which is the danger with online stores for me. The quality of the dress is very high. The colours are also great, it looks just as it did in the posting. Online dress shopping is one of the biggest risks you can take, so I'm quite happy with my purchase from this store. I'll be coming back.

I bought two of these dresses for my bridesmaids and am absolutely thrilled with them. Both girls had very different body shapes so I was a bit concerned but they fit beautifully. Both girls are quite big chested and the dress provides excellent support while being very flattering throught the back and stomach. The colour was a bit lighter than expected but the dress was beautifully made and the price was amazing compared to what you would pay in the stores. We've recommended this site to everyone we know.
