Had received my evening dress earlier than expected, it's beautiful! It came just 7 days after they sent it. It is exactly as shown in the photos and the material was very nice (just as other customers mentioned). I ordered a dress from Dylan Queen for a wedding. The dress arrived on time and it was the right dress but they sewed the dress and left two pins in it that could only be removed by creating a larger hole in the fabric. Getting them to refund me even 10% was extremely difficult. They were very unprofessional in their responses and didn't care that they had sent me a dress with pins in it. I would only buy a dress from this site again if I had exhausted all other options.

Do Not Buy From This Company. Firstly, the fact they are based in Hong Kong and you will pick up customs charges is very well hidden on the website. With a co.uk domain you would think they were UK based, but don't be fooled.
When the dresses did arrive they were way too long, the wiring on the bust was all at a funny angle so they dug into the girls. The colour wasn't similar enough to the sample shot on the website. I ordered what looked to be light and floaty dresses for my bridesmaids for an outside wedding in the height of summer. The dresses were so heavy and bulky that they made the girls look far bigger than they are, and would be so hot that the girls would have really suffered. I would ebay them, as we have absolutely no intention of forcing our bridesmaid to wear such awful dresses but I would be embarrassed to pass them on to another person in the state they arrived to me in.

My daughter saw a dress for her prom and fell in love with one off this website. I must admit that we were wondering why the dresses were so cheap and now we know why. When it came it didn't really resemble the one that we ordered. I was so upset, it looked like a mix of something victorian and a throw back from the 80's, It was far too long and the material very cheap. Luckily for us we found a fantastic dress maker who has made some drastic changes to the dress and one that my daughter will actually wear. All I can say is be very wary if you are going to order from this company as it might not be what you are expecting. Another issue was that I thought the website was an American site but the actual place it came from was China, after a few weeks of receiving the dress I received a bill for £25 which was taxes that I had to pay ontop of the price for the dress and the shipping fee.

I really happy with my blue dress which buy at Dylanqueen. The dress take me 135$, and i love the design of the dress. Besides, customer service gives some good idea for me to make sure the size.
