I ordered a prom dress from DylanQueen and i ordered the expedient shipping and it said the dress would be here before the 7th of April. It is now the 8th and i have no received the dress or an email about the dress. DylanQueen also have no contact number. I lost my money and have to find a new prom dress before April 11th

I thought I was buying from the UK hence the. co.uk but it was from China.
I paid an extra £33 for fast delivery but it was anything but fast. I had to e-mail them a number of times asking them when it will be delivered.
The dress finally come and I cried, the breast covers in the dress were wonky. One up near my shoulder and the other near my belly. Thread and material is hanging off, there is pink thread on the shoulder, holes all over the dress, the material was cheap tat.
SO ANGRY about this faulty dress, I have been emailing the company for a few days. Who seem like they can just about speak English about a refund.
THEY OFFERED ME 10% REFUND of the price I paid, so £13.00.

I ORDERED A DRESS AND JACKET FOR A WEDDING AND PAID £99 PLUS £25 POSTAGE. WHEN THE OUTFIT ARRIVED IN A DAMAGED BAG THE JACKET WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE AND LOOKED AS IF IT WAS MADE BY SOMEONE LEARNING TO SEW. SEAMS NOT SEWN TOGETHER AND THE LINING TOO BIG FOR THE JACKET. I HAD SENT CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS BUT THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY MADE FAR TOO SMALL. AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS VIA EMAIL AND THREATS OF TRADING STANDARDS ETC. I WAS FINALLY GIVEN A £9.31 REFUND. I OBVIOUSLY AM NOT ABLE TO WEAR THIS OUTFIT AND HAVE HAD TO BUY A DIFFERENT ONE. ON TOP OF ALL THAT HASSLE WITH THIS COMPANY I HAVE NOW BEEN LANDED WITH A £24.51 IMPORT TAX CHARGE FROM TNT. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE DON'T.
The dress is made from high quality fabrics so that one about the quality of anything negative to say. Are also no problems with customs. If at any time what to order because what if I need special.
I purchased a dress for my Sons Wedding - when it arrived it was a cheap crappy version of the one in the picture. The quality of the material and stitching is appalling it is totally unwearable. I have been e-mailing and sending pictures since the beginning of the year and the only offer I have had is a 10% refund which amount to about £14 - whats the point of that. And despite me asking repeatedly they have not sent me a returns address.

Dress arrived on time and that is the only good thing
It was not as shown in the picture, it was poorly made with very cheap fabric, they wouldn't send me the forms to return it and eventually i had to get the cost refunded through my credit card company. Then finally i have now received a £24 tax and vat import duty bill from TNT

They answer in the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL matter "u" instead of "you" making a mockery of an email that did not have to turn into a COMPLAINT if they had just dealt with it accordingly.

The chiffon satin dress received in excellent condition and found fabric and colour as per the specification described. I am very satisfied the way order is handled and good product, value for money.
I ordered my wedding dress of this site on Sunday but then I came across the reviews on here so I emailed dylan queen told them I wanted to cancel my order and have a refund I've had an email back telling me I can't cancel as they sent my dress out on the 26th which is 2 days before I even ordered it so don't see how that's possible without these giving me a refund I have no more money to get my wedding dress and I get married in 4 weeks so I'm going to be left with no dress to wear! I ordered a black dress from this site... 3 weeks later I received a cream, cheap, DISCUSTING dress which did not fit me at all. I contacted customer services to ask for a return address, they were so unprofessional and asked if I could send pictures. The emails were all one words, SO unprofessional. I ordered my dress sent them a picture of off the shoulder strap for the gown. Shipping and making time was fast! I assumed they would acknowledge their error being that they are quick to respond to emails. I've explained and showed them pictures, upon arrival it was completely wrong they sent me long sleeves! I contacted them immediately that day- within the 7 days - they wanted me to send picture attachments which I already did and told me "the dress looks fine" we cannot do a return. Which clearly the dress "is fine" but it is NOT what I ordered. I've read the return policy and I know I'm entitled to a legitimate return because of an error on their part. They dress doesn't fit perfectly but that is fine I can get that altered I don't expect it to fit like a glove. I understand it's difficult for them to accept refunds because these or custom dresses. But the dress I ordered was made incorrect on a specific area and they will not acknowledge it! I won't say not to go through them I'm sure they've done a great job with you others but I wouldn't want anyone to go through my experience $180 including shipping isn't worth it! Because the alterations now will cost close to it.
This company does not follow their return policy and if they allow a return it'll barely be nothing!
I ordered a lovely looking dress from Dylan Queen for my son's wedding. It is listed as a UK based company... It is not. The dress should have been made to measure I could pull it down without unzipping it. It had a pin sewn in the dress. The chest area was uneven greatly, this is due to the fact the bone was sewn in twisted and the cup sizes were different. The ruffles were uneven and some were up the wrong way. The beaded flowers had gaps and look a mess. The jacket was stitched so badly and puckered looking and was tight on one sleeve. The collar was hugely uneven. The cuffs were flimsy and the weight of the beads pulled them down. The fabric was cheap looking. There is no way I would wear this dress. They saw my photos and disagreed with me and refused to refund me. I sent firm but polite messages. They offered me a 5% refund only and in their words whether I wear it or not that is all they will do. I explained it was for my son's wedding and my husband did not work for 5 months due to having a heart attack which led to a triple heart bypass so money is tight but they don't care at all. I feel disappointed, let down and stupid for falling for this company. Under no circumstances will I ever use them again. Thanks for listening to my rant.

I have been truly disappointed by this company.
I saw a photograph of a dress which I loved and ordered for my wedding. Their claims of picking the finest fabrics and talented tailors made me believe I would receive a stunning wedding dress. However, the reality was VERY poor quality fabric, uneven hemlines and a 30cm pull across the front of the skirt. I reported this immediately but was treated rudely by their customer sales team and after 30 emails between them and me and them refusing to give me a full refund I took the matter up with my credit card.
I would strongly advise people against this company, rude people are at the other end of your emails, they claim to be in the USA but they do not reply in full English and the workmanship on their dress was shoddy. I now have an unwanted pile of fabric to dispense of and to add injury to insult - recently received the tax request for import duties.
There are better companies out there if you are not the richest bride. Please don't use this one and be heartbroken as I was.
Don't go near as I bought a dress for daughters wedding when it arrived to say the least it was far to big and had to say 60 $ to get it altered so stay well away from this place

Answer: Please save your money and shop elsewhere. These people are a complete rip off. My mother in law bought a dress for a wedding and the size was completely wrong ( even though she bought it based on the measurements and went up a size to be on the safe side) and they refused to return it. It was obvious that it was made poorly but they refused to return or exchange it. The dress was also very cheap looking, nothing like the website. They're a complete fraud. I reported them and my mother in law filed a complaint with her credit card company to get her money back. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay away from these people.
