THE WORST! I can't believe how rude the, supposedly "24/7 available customer service" is! Just like many of the other victims... er. Uh. I mean customers here, I ordered a couple things from here and a few days later wasn't able to locate a tracking number or even an order number! I contacted the customer service to inquire as to when my order would be shipped and in return I received a rude and b**chy email stating one of the items WAS DISCONTINUED and my options... with statements like this, "You'd better tell us the color and size that you need and we will sort this out for you as soon as possible." THIS ITEM WAS IN STOCK WHEN THEY TOOK MY MONEY! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING After reading all these reviews I will NEVER give these crooks another penny of my money. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I encourage you all here to do the same!

I believe this company is someplace is Asia. Unable to contact a person by email, their support center, try and contact someone - IT WILL NOT HAPPEN.
I paid to expedite my merchandise and it came in 17 days. One of the top are damaged. I normally wear a size large, I read a review and that perso THIS IS A VERY BAD ONLINE BUSINESS. N said the clothes run very small. Therefore; I ordered a XX2. It's too small. I have tried going into support.dresslily.com/ticketreview/ Nothing will come up on my computer. There is no such web site. I have several ticket numbers and I ended up with two order numbers. Still can't find the web site to see my review. The company still will not give a return address for items that need correction. I have changed my Visa, cancelled just in case they try to charge something else to my card. I have also reported this company to our Attorney Generals office and the Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order on Jan 15th 2017. After tracking the package to customs, where it remained, I contacted Dress Lily only to be told I couldn't ask for a refund until after march 20,2017. March 26th i filled out the forms to receive a refund, only to be told I didn't purchase insurance? What insurance? HORRIBLE experience.

Delivery time was 15 days which is well within the quoted 25 days.
Default clothing sizes are not the sizes i'm used to, but they have a helpful size conversion chart so you can figure which size to buy.
If you aren't in a rush and you want to buy interesting cloths at a reasonable price DressLily is good:-)
Oh and my parcel was tracked the wholr time so I could see it moving from place to place on its way here.
I cannot speak to the quality of these items because I have not received them. Very disappointing as i spent the money for expedited shipping so that I would have them for vacation, and now I am out the money and the items for my trip. There was no message sent about delays or compensation for the money I spent on shipping. Very poorly handled. There is an error in my email that I cannot correct under my account, and therefore I cannot even submit a ticket because you can't edit your email through the Ticketing system either. SO FRUSTRATING! I don't mind purchasing internationally when the company gives realistic expectations and handles customer service.

Order shipped in two shipments- didn't say that two items I ordered were OUT OF STOCK- sure... just take my money anyways $#*!s. First part gets here... its the size of a giant tent, terrible quality fabric and stretchy... I have written them THREE TIMES asking to return it so I can exchange it. Hi, I live in Portugal. I ordered two bikinis from Dresslily and they are very good quality actually (I got impressed), BUT they took so LONG to arrive. I placed the order in January and they only arrived now in March! Besides that, I wanted to track my order and it would NEVER update. I contacted the support many times and they a bit helpful.
I don't think you should order if you're not patient.
I ordered 3 tops 4 weeks ago, company sent email to say 2 items were dispatched 3 days later. 3rd item to follow. Last week they sent tracking number and I have been able to track it right down to today's delivery. Lovely items, well made and nice fit, I am a size 18 and ordered XXL. Trouble is I'm still waiting to hear about my 3rd item. If I had read reviews beforehand I don't think I would of taken the risk.

I ordered a sweater from this website a month or two ago. I tracked my order about a week ago and it said it was delivered that day, however it was no where to be found, post office had no recollection of a package being delivered.
