Really bad service

I ordered a deer shower curtain on January 17th. It is now March 20th and still now shower curtain. Also no response to my emails. What kind of company is this any way?

Worst

This is the worst company to deal with. Ordered ( Oct 2016) two pieces got one. I have contacted the company twice every month. They indicated they do not have control over the shipping because it comes from China. WTF

They are very very terrible. The shipping takes forever and quality on the clothes is beyond poor. They don't even deserve 1 star. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a shirt early December. They said it could take up to 25 business days. They showed me a tracking document indicating it arrived in the states on Jan 29th. Here we are mid March, no package. They claim it could take up to March 29th. I guess they are walking it from port to michigan.

I never received half of the order, unresponsive customer service, both by e-mail and attempted live chat, cutting my loss and NEVER ordering from them again. I would recommend the same to anyone.

Ordered 2 shirts on Jan 8th. Waited until March to see where they were and were told to wait a little longer. Now it is March 15th and the tracking on it last showed it at customs (about a month ago). After contacting the company to see what was going on. They said we had no proof the shirts did not show up and that we should have paid for special tracking on it. Still no shirts.

Update: Since posting this I have been contacted and received a full refund. Customer service was very polite and helpful. NOT A SCAM. Still no shirts, but feeling better about it :)

I think most Americans are too used to (or spoiled by) 2 day shipping a-la-Amazon. Thus they are not aware that to ship from China commonly takes a long time. Yes, an order can take 2 or even 3 months. It's not shipped fast; it has to go overseas via ship to Central America, then flown into Florida and shipped by mail to your home. My business ships product to Asian nations regularly and this is commonly accepted to and from China. It's not the big deal most spoiled people are making it here (though there may be some valid complaints I do not believe the ones complaining about slow shipping are valid).

That said my wife ordered a dress and yes, it took almost 10 weeks to arrive, but we expected that so, no big deal. When it arrived it fit perfectly, and was actually very well made. There are no threads hanging, the color has been fine even through washing.

If we had any complaints it would be that the washing instructions were in Chinese and poorly translated to English. Not a big deal. Wash in cold and air dry, apparently.

And yes, we ordered from them again. No issues. Just remember, you're ordering from China, not Colorado or something close & easy.

I ordered on Feb 16,2017 and paid extra for shipping to be faster and it is now March 10th and no order! After phone calls and emails, the only response was that all 3 items I ordered on backorder. Then called and both numbers did not work.
Dresslily company will be out of business soon because Americans do not put up with kind of business practices. This a scam and it is going down!
I expect an immediate response before I file complaints with PayPal, my credit card company, and Facebook for false advertising.My niece is a lawyer and she is willing to take this on!

THIS A SCAM

Read all stories posted here about missing-never received orders, and that's mine too. Yeah, sure, they will expediently tell you that in order "to help you" they can reimburse 50% (after they pocketed your other 50%) Just don't buy from them.

Time share exit team, Reed Hein, were advertised via radio ad, to help individuals be released from their timeshare. We were contacted, the sales rep told us to discontinue paying maintenance fees, and no communication. We paid them via check 4,935 right there and then. They told us it would not reflect credit, and be done in a timely manner, this was bk in March 2016. At first we recieved updates, then stop, no updates, no communications at all. We waited and waited, then they turned our acct over to one of their attorneys, who also never contacted us, or returned calls. Then we decided to run credit report, and low and behold, foreclosure in big red lettering. They never told us anything, never called us. I called, and listen to this, they said they got us out of our time share when it foreclosed, something we could have done ourselves and not pay almost 5,000, to a business that did nothing. I have requested my funds returned. I faxed them my credit report, which they didn't even know anything about, or the lawyer, and I paid these people 4,935! I demanded my fees refunded bk to me, and they keep stalling me, telling me to call bk in two weeks, have to discuss with my team member, I call bk, and still need to talk to team, I have called them numerous times, to no avail. I now, have filed a complaint with BBB. We are trying to get our fees returned, and will not quit, or stop trying, since we feels deceived and lied to. My caution to anyone, Do Not, deal with Time Share Exit Team, Reed Hein, out of Lynnwood WA. The way they make their money, is letting the timeshare go into foreclosure, or some timeshares,, making people pay more money to get out.

My order was "lost in shipping" and they said since I didn't buy insurance they weren't responsible for my loss. They gave me 3 options: re-purchase the item at 50% off, partial refund as store credit or even smaller partial refund to PayPal, which is all ridiculous b/c when my order from the other Hasan company, Twinkledeals, was lost, they refunded me the whole cost plus store credit! I'm a returning customer and already had another order lost. I should have learned my lesson the first time!
P.S. After posting a negative review & hounding them, they did give me my money back in full. Who needs the hassle?

UPDATE: Since writing the following and disputing the charge with my credit card company, I was contacted by Dresslilly and told they refunded my full purchase price. While I appreciate that, it doesn't seem that would have happened had I not been persistent.

I placed an order for a clothing item on December 8th, and didn't get notification that it shipped out until January 3rd. I never received the item. I contacted customer support a few times. To be fair, they responded quickly each time. But they told me the shipping time would "expire" on March 4th. When I contacted them again after that date customer service told me I should have purchased shipping insurance, and only offered to reimburse only half of the cost.

I have been watching this furniture for a couple of months and the prices remained stable and had discounts on holidays. I made my purchase with the assistance of the online chat and it was very easy and the Sales Support staff was excellent. I can't wait to receive my furniture.

I made one order at the end of the last year. The delivery time was a bit longer but the dress came just in time for the Holidays. I contacted the service center about the delivery and they ware very polite and in short time pass me all the info that I needed.
The dress is super cute and fits me perfectly which is amazing for first order.
Just in a few weeks I made a new order and can't wait to receive it!

I ordered swim wear one was the right size the other had the right size label but was too sizes smaller and no return label. The address is China therefore the postage to return it is more than the item ordered. Not good

I've had a fairly poor experience since my order never arrived. First of all, after 1 month, I was told that one of the 2 shirts that I ordered is not available, so they were going to offer me store credit. I requested a refund of that money instead. Then, after nearly 2 months, I emailed to find out where my order was. They said I can't claim that there's a problem until it has been over 60 days. I contacted again after 60 days and no arrival, and they again tried to refund money for store credit. I requested a refund to my credit card. I found out that they did finally refund my money, though I never received an email notification that they responded to me, so I didn't see that they did. After a complaint filed on here, they did respond and apologized and offered a points into my account. With this, my opinion has improved that at least they did refund my money and responded to my poor experience. I am still disappointed that it had to take so long (60 days is a long time to even ship across the country), but mistakes do happen and mail gets lost. I may give them another shot.
