The sizing guide the provide is useless. I checked my sizes again the size guide they have in US sizes and ordered three tops in three different sizes. None of the tops fit. I have checked the measurements on the tops to the size guide they keep quoting and they don't match either. I think they need to quality check their Chinese suppliers. £27.79 paid £13.07 refund offered. Plus I get to keep three tops that are useless.
This is the worst customer service i have ever encountered... the phone number does not work you must submit a request on everything. Ordered 4/30/17, got 1 shipment in wrong size but kept it and gave it away--got 2nd shipment a couple of days later--did not open package--sent back within 10 days.
8/9/17 Still fighting to get $ back from a returned order.

My sister-in-law always has huge dinner parties over the holidays. These cute place settings will be a hit with adults and kids!
I've ordered almost 100.00 worth of product - didn't read reviews until alter placing the order. I went to my account and it shows it was shipped, went to track it and only a label was printed. I put in a ticket and now have received another tracking number... Went to track the order again and only shows that the label was made again. Fed ex has not picked up the order or they haven't sent the order to fedex yet. I hope that this isn't a scam - order was placed three weeks ago - I will report back on this site if I ever receive my order. I am beginning to wonder if the positive posts are true posts or scams as well. This is very disappointing! I have registered with fed ex to be notified upon any movement of this order. I will continue to notify this company if again I don't see shipment on the order... I am really scared I've been scammed.

I have made 3 purchases and have had problems with all 3 orders. Their sizing is not consistent. On this last order, I purchased 3 dresses in size 2X. One dress fit perfect. The other 2 were to big. I laid the dresses out and measured them at the waistline. The dress that fit measured 16" across. The 2 that are to large measured 17 5/8" across and 18" across the waist. Every single order has had this problem. They tell me they will ship me the correct size, but it never happens.

I am not the one to come on these websites to complain because I am a very strong believer of "benefit of the doubt". But I felt if I knew this before, I wouldn't have ordered from this website. I chose the option if delivery in 10-25 business days, and when it first didn't come, I opened up a ticket on their website and explained my problem. Yes, at first they were very kind about it, but for every question I asked they had they same response -
Q: On your website it says my Order has been received, it hasn't. Where is it?
A: We are sorry. We are responsible for you and your package. Check to see if it is at your local mailing building.
Q: How would I go about getting a refund? I checked and it wasn't there.

If I could give this site a 0, I would. STILL waiting going on 3 months for an item, was told they can't do anything until I wait some more then they offer to ship it again, doesn't even offer better shipping or a coupon off or ANYTHING at all. I love the prints they have and now that they show the US equivalent sizes I am sure I am getting the right size. I have never had any problems and have ordered multiple times. They provide answer questions and help fix any problems. Like the first order I made I had ordered the wrong size, I asked if they change the size to the remaining items in the order and it was done promptly. I have recommended them to others. I will continue to do business with them.
