The site won't let me cancel my subscription and i get charged monthly - don't know how to make it stop!

Ordered what looked to be affordable dress with free delivery. Delivered to my aged, disabled mother who was charged $25 by courier. Turned affordable into unaffordable and i feel totally taken in. Soo pissed off with this company. Keep away from here!
