I really like the wigs but I'm still missing a wig from each of my orders. I've ordered twice and I just hope the other two wigs are on there way
THEIR SIZES are two sizes smaller than American sizes. So remember that when you order! I warned you - If you are a med order an extra large!
All though they didn't have to do It, DressLily granted a full refund of my order after I ordered some T shirts that were far too small. They didn't even ask for me to return the Items. I must say that the shirts that I ordered are the most beautiful tie-dye T shirts I have seen. But the buyer needs to be cautious when ordering clothing because the sizes run at least 2 to 3 sizes smaller and the size chart is not always accurate. I commend DressLily for making good on my order even without asking them to. Thanks DressLily for making a negative experience turn around

Following my review Dresslily refunded the cost of the item WITHOUT BEING ASKED, cannot fault the customer service
Liked the look of various items and ordered a top. I am 12 stone 5ft 7" average build, ordered a large, far too tight but it fit my wife, so fair enough, ordered another top, XL could'nt even fasten the buttons, absolute shame because the designs are really good, I would say XL is the equivalent of small
Not going to change my review of the quality of the clothes but I will say that their customer service contacted me after my last review & refunded the whole order wo asking. I didn't expect that at all. I have no problem paying for what I buy but it was very generous of them. Still 1 star for clothing quality but 4 stars for customer service.
Super cute on the 10 lbs models. Real women, I'm 5'5", 145lbs, it's not true to their size chart, cheap material, looks different than in pic, & they only accept returns if the product is damaged. I've ordered from Asian companies before. I understand that their clothes run small. I've also gotten super cute clothes from them & had great customer service. Dresslily IS NOT that company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
So far I have been completely unimpressed. I usually shop china inventory on DH Gate which I have never had a problem with. They offer free shipping and I typically see my products within 3 weeks. Alibaba is even better on delivery time line if goods, however they do charge shipping.
I paid for expedited shipping with dress Lilly FOR WHAT! They took me for another $15.00. Seeing how people have waiting up to 3 months is very discouraging. Not to mention people saying the quality sucks. I can hardly wait to see what month my BS products Show up by. Another sight that has encouraged me once again to BUY LOCAL and quit giving China more of my hard earned money.

I like what I bought, at least the one thats arrived within 10 days, I'm still waiting on another one. My order last moved IN my state on the August 17th. There hasnt been any updates or anything of that sort. We ordered 7 day shipping, WITH the tracking number. The one day came the 8th day (not too much of a big deal for that) and it was better than the one Im still waiting on. I think this was my only experience trying to buy from this site..
They completely ignore emails when you try to cancel your order. You definetly need to contemplate whether you want to buy something or not.

They told me the tapestry I ordered was out of stock (it said in stock when I ordered it), when I asked why my item hadn't been shipped 3 days later and when I went back to check it still said it was in stock, and then went on to tell me that it was the most popular item on their website (imagine that). Basically, they will try to sell you an item regardless of if they actually have it in stock (and they don't notify you when something is out of stock). Just checked again and would you look at that, still says in stock. What a joke.

So I ordered from DessLily on 8/4, received notice on 8/5 that 1 part of my order was shipped and on 8/8 the other part was shipped. Mind you BOTH emails I have about BOTH orders say that I chose Expedited shipping (which I did) and according to their website Expedited shipping is 3-7 business days. Here it is 8/18 and I STILL do not have my order.
I was told via their chat line that only part of my expedited shipping covered my orders and the other was processed as "standard" which is 8-15 business days.
Now, I was then told to contact *******@dresslily.com and complain to which emails bounced back FIVE TIMES! Looks like I won't get my items or a refund for crappy service in time for what I needed them for. I guess they count on you not contacting them. Oh and OF COURSE their live chat and phone calls can't assist with "after sales" orders.
Maybe one day I'll get my $75 in items... I'd really like a refund and they can have their items back.
Hoping they see this since I can't email them or get resolution over the phone/chat and maybe they can do something with the order

I just received my third order and I am delighted. The product fit the description and arrived within one month of ordering. One month seems to be the norm, as my other two orders arrived in the same timeframe. A month isn't bad for free shipping. Thanks, DressLily, you have a satisfied customer.

Dresslilly just refunded the money for the dress into my PayPal acct. I e-mailed them about their refund policy. I told them that it wasn't the size of the garment that was the problem; I just didn't like it when I put it on. I told them that they should allow for a try-on period like a lot of other online companies. Not sure if they heard what I was trying to say. But they refunded the full amount of the dress and didn't ask for it back. Ok Dresslilly, I give you 4 stars for the refund, but -1 for all the effort to make things right. Thanks.

You order an item and wait for shipping confirmation. After about a week you message them asking why it hasn't been shipped yet and then get the automated response saying that "the item you ordered is popular and so has been back-ordered". Sure. This is the third time ordering from them and always get the same response. Even if it were true, any reputable brand would let their customers know that there is a problem with their order.

Ordered 7 tops May 25th. The first 6 tops arrived June 9th. All are materials that you feel cheap and you can see thru. I tried of every top and all of them do not fit. Their sizes are so way off. But ok, I can return them right? Contacted support on their website since no phone number to call. They said I needed to wait until the last item arrives to return them. I asked if the final item can be canceled since it was on back order. They said no it was already in process, whatever that means. So ok, I think wait a few more weeks. Well receive an email with a China tracking number. Keep checking when I don't get anything for US tracking number. Finally I ask the support team again about the shipment I did not receive yet. They said that it was shipped no priority since it was a second part of the order and it would take time to be delivered but they can't track it past that it entered the US from China but to give it until 8/7 to ensure it doesn't get delivered. So now 8/10 and still no delivery. Added another message on support to ask how to return the 6 I did get again. Now waiting for response. A bit ridiculous for an order to take this long getting resolved. If I had known it was shipped from China, I would not have ordered at all. Be aware when ordering from Dress Lily. I will not order again and just hope to get my money back.

I ordered 2 tops from DressLilly, was easy to track. They shipped order out as soon as payment cleared. Once tops arrived I discovered the plus size does not match U.S.A. plus sizes. Communication with DressLilly was fast and courteous. They gave me a refund the following day. IF DressLilly ever decides to match our measurements, I would definitely order again. :)
