Hello-

I have been trying to find a way to cancel this App for months. I believe this organization makes it difficult to cancel the app so that we are NOT able to cancel within our 14 days and your can keep taking our money!
There are MANY reviews on the play store concerning the cancellation problems your consumers are having. If you truly are consumer- focused, why not fix this issue?

The app is actually not too bad however cancellation is a nightmare are the app is much more expensive than alternatives

This is an App. I did the 14-day. I followed the directions for canceling but they were inaccurate and there has not been anyone to call.

Where is my order? I tried calling the customer service number and it says disconnected. I also tried using the chat which says they are not online. It has been 3 weeks!
