I have been trying to find a way to cancel this App for months. I believe this organization makes it difficult to cancel the app so that we are NOT able to cancel within our 14 days and your can keep taking our money!
There are MANY reviews on the play store concerning the cancellation problems your consumers are having. If you truly are consumer- focused, why not fix this issue?

For iOS users:
- if you purchased the app via App Store, you can find more detailed information on iTunes subscription cancellation here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
- if you purchased the app on our website, you can open the BetterMe app, then select More-->Help-->Manage subscription.
For Android users:
- if you purchased the app via Google Play Store, here you can find more detailed Google Play instructions on how to unsubscribe: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481
- if you purchased the app on our website, you can also open the BetterMe app, then select Profile-->Help-->Manage subscription
Additionally, our customers can also manage their subscription on our website: https://app.betterme.world/ --> Account --> Subscriptions.
Just log in with the email address and password you previously used for your BetterMe app. In case you experience any difficulties during the process, you can always contact us at care@betterme.world and we will be more than happy to assist you.
