Loved it! Just my style

Easiest workout app I've had. It's straightforward and I like that you can follow along with the instructional video. You can choose your difficulty and your own pace. No ads also! It's important for a workout to be diverse, so it's nice that this has a different range of exercises to do. This helps me with my back pain since I'm not able to have physical therapy anymore, it's cheaper than paying out of pocket and honestly makes my back feel better.

Improvements

Two suggestions: a) on your app, make it more clear where to find an exercise program for those with mobility issues. Maybe a tutorial on how to use the app? B). I am not interested in starting to count my calories, but must admit it was helpful to use the food log in order to make better decision. Maybe, instead of measuring and weighing your food, have an image of a regular plate and what is healthier portion of meat or carb should look like on a plate (giving the measurement of the plate). Myself, I attribute some weighing their food as someone who has chronic eating disorder or diabetic. I am taking control now because I don't want it to become a medical issue. I need to relearn what is an approximate portion should look like on my plate.

I'm so happy to report that I have lost 4 lbs in two weeks by eating healthy foods and exercising. The workouts are not long, which is great. Most are 10-20 minutes, so they don't take up much of your day. There are plenty of workouts to choose from, and since your workout is marked as done, there is a coach to cheer you on. You can snap pics of your meals to share with your coach, so you can be sure that you are eating within the guidelines. BetterMe is a very easy app to navigate.

Feeling positive

Pain is gain

If you do it right you will feel the results. I did yoga for years. Pilates is very similar. And with the equipment gives you results even quicker. I've only been doing it a few days & when I woke up the next morning and felt the results I knew it was working..

A new movement pattern every day

Good quick workout

It's not a lot of steps but it gets me energized to be more active during the day. I use hand weights while I'm doing it, too, because I'm interested in maintaining upper body strength.
