I have tried many other forms of fitness/ diet regimens, but this one really suits me. Really easy and straightforward to follow. I'm feeling the results already. My stomach muscles feel tighter. That has to be a good sign! 😁👍
This app is not for me. It is a full-time job to use it. The Fitbit app is more intuitive. I could not unsubscribe before my trial ended. Then, I found several step processes that covered four pages of instructions.of which would make most people walk away. If anybody is reading this, please cancel my subscription and refund my purchase.

This is the best exercise experience I've ever had. Since I'm a lazy person, this type of exercise fit me perfectly. Every once in awhile I take my dog for walks. But with this chair yoga exercise I'm more motivated to do the daily workouts.
Started late, life got in the way, and 2 days in Hurricane Milton hit us. Evacuated, safe, and headed back home. So far I find the exercises challenging enough and the instructions are great. I'm hoping to get on a schedule and seeing it through.
Been doing program for a week now and am pleased so far. The workouts are good for me being older, with bad knees, and starting out very inactive for a few years. The calorie counter is easy to use and I like the water intake tracker too. There are other features like step counting that I haven't used yet. I'm happy with app so far and lost 2 lbs.
As a new user of the app, I have a suggestion that could significantly enhance its functionality.
It would be great if the calorie log could automatically adjust to include the calories burned during the day. For instance, if I set my daily intake to 1,500 kcal and burn 350 kcal through exercise, the log should update to show a total of 1,850 kcal.
This feature would help me stay on track with my daily calorie goals by factoring in my exercise.

Undertook the first day's exercise a few days ago, with every intention of following the same every day. But then other stuff has happened for me to attend to and have been too busy to carry on, or too tired by the time of evening that I could've done otherwise. Hoping that I can still go back to it when I'm able and that I don't lose what I've paid for?
It's been some time since I've moved my body with intent, consistently. BetterMe has allowed me to ease back into it, while encouraging me to challenge myself. I love the way the workouts are guided. The instructions are clear and concise!
I am motivated everyday to do the workouts. The sessions are different each day, and I really like it. If only there is a feature in the app where I can cast it on my tv screen, that would be fantastic.
I am an active senior and was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my hip and four bulging lumbar discs. I used to walk on the treadmill every day, but had to stop because of the pain. I started putting on weight and feeling depressed, so I decided to try Better Me. I am truly enjoying it and am starting to see a slight difference in my body. Hoping this will be the start of a new activity I can do for the rest of my life. It is badly needed!
So far I really do enjoy using the app. It tracks your water, meals and so much more. The only down side for me is the NEED to buy the wristband to track and sync your walking. I was not ready for that purchase, even with the discount offered. It has made tracking ALL of my progress difficult but it's a fun app and fun 28 day challenge.
I gave birth to my little one 10 months ago he's my third and my body took a beating this time round! So starting this program has been a game changer cause it's only 15 mins and a busy working mum I have little time but I can do this at home with my baby asleep or awake and let me tell you my body and above all my mindset has improved dramatically really loving these workouts!
I do this workout in the early morning right after waking up and before showering. It really helps me get limber and stretch out. As we age this is important in order to avoid injury. Its a good wake up tool. Gets the blood flowing. I love it.

I'm an over the road driver and I'm gone for months at a time. Most of these exercises are easy to do in my truck, which makes it way easier to do every morning.
I have bad knees so when the do lunges I can skip them hit I can also add other exercises. Great program. For me at least.
I've only been using the app a few days, because I began right before a holiday weekend, and it's a bit overwhelming but I am sure I will figure it out. I like that the regular price per month is under $40 if I pay 12 weeks at once.
I just started a few days ago and in addition to eating somewhat better I'm already noticing improvements. My favorite part of it is how manageable it is to do even on days that I work or am super busy. It's super organized and guides you every step of the way!
I am impressed! I love the ability to choose from various food plans. Something for everyone! The recipes are easy to prepare and don't take large amounts of time as well as being healthy and delicious. The questions helped pick out the best program for my personal needs. I began the high protein program and in two days lost 1.5 pounds without feeling starved. This fits my goals the best.
I am enjoying my workouts so far. I can definitely feel them while doing them, even though short. It also doesn't take away from my day to do them. I'm not utilizing anything but the workouts presently, but the price is good just for those alone. I'll have to take a look at the other stuff soon.
