I started BetterMe as a way to begin moving my body since I have been pretty sedentary in my habits the past couple years. The workouts are laid out in an easy to understand video tutorial for each individual exercise. I really appreciate that there's a verbal and visual instruction to each exercise. It builds up more time and difficulty as I've progressed through, keeping me challenged. I like the option to rate the workout once I've done it, and the option to do more if I feel up to it. There's lots of additional content to choose from when I do want more. I appreciate the options to log meals, water intake, sleep, steps, and other relevant information. Altogether I feel like this app is well put together, easy to use and understand, and visually appealing.

Through the week time is very limited I find this working great I do a days worth each night and again that morning before work and again at lunch. This gives me just enough to do in a short period each day today is Sat. I will go back and practice each of the last days workout and tonight due a new one and repeat each week. Glad to have print out booklet to use at work instead of phone for video. I feel better about me and can tell a difference in my much needed

You can build a work out based on your strengths and weaknesses. For someone who does zero working out but yet not overly overweight this is a great start for myself! I signed up for the 12 weeks and I am a week in and loving it. I don't feel beaten down!

I've enjoyed my first week. I'm excited to see where I can go and how much flexibility will increase. I wish some days were a little harder or would get my heart rate higher. I started this to add to my regular exercise.

Definitely feeling it. I've always prided myself on my physical ability, but due to health issues my fitness has diminished. I knew I was over weight and out of shape with massive muscle loss. By the end of my second work out I realized just how bad I had gotten and how much work was in store. I'm finding it easy to stick to the plan cause it's doing the job but not leaving me soar at the end.

I was in a health slump because of the holidays, a lot of eating and not enough moving. I saw the Better Me 28 challenge and signed up. It's my first week but I really like that the daily work outs are only 15 min. There's really no excuse to not do it. I'm also trying to walk 10,000 steps daily. I think the combo will make a huge difference!

I love how each exercise gives you a demonstration before you begin the workout. That way you don't take time learning the exercise when you're suppose to be performing the movement. I personally have the fitness coach and I find it could be improved. I pay $47.99 and I only have access to ask them questions (yes you can pay more for 1-on-1 sessions) but this still feels like a lot of money for little service. One of my favourite aspects of this app is you can log your own workouts and food but it also gives you recommendations on meals with recipes.

The only downside was that I initially chose workouts with an emphasis on the chest and abs, and one of the classes was entirely dedicated to the legs. A useless and unnecessary class for me, which I simply scrolled through. Also, sometimes there is little time to change your position between different exercises. In 5 seconds you need to finish the previous class and change position, which most often I do not have time. Especially when you need to lie from one side to the other, or from a sitting or lying position you need to get up. But overall, the app is good and useful. I will continue to use it

This program was the perfect little push I needed to get back into my exercise routine. It's not a huge time commitment but I can still feel the muscles working and the lovely soreness the next day proving the exercises work. Most of the exercises are beginner friendly but I can adjust the intensity as I see fit which is great!
So glad I made the decision to download the program.

So far this app has been amazing! They are short and comfortable on the body but still challenging. At the end they always ask you if you feel like you could do more, if it was perfect or if it was too much. I love that feature. Really enjoying!

Convenient - I just slip on my shoes and start, even if I'm still in pj's. Standing/walking routines mean I can exercise anywhere, anytime. No need to create a designated space or clear a spot, as you would for a floor routine.

The chair & floor exercises are explained and shown before the timer begins giving you more time to actually do the full workout without trying to see and understand it first. I'm really enjoying my morning mission to feel & look better.

There are a lot of different work outs tobxhoose from and it also logs your daily work outs and water. My only suggestion would be to improve the food log because even when you search certain items do not come up other then that I am very pleased so far.

I am very disappointed with BetterMe's customer service. I accidentally purchased a coaching plan, not realizing it was not included in my promo plan. Less than 24 hours after the purchase, I noticed the additional fee on my credit card and immediately contacted the company to request a refund for the coaching fee. Unfortunately, they refused to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and understanding from their customer service is very frustrating. I expected better support and care for customers, especially given how quickly I reached out. I will think twice before using their services again.

I'm extremely overweight and find a lot of the exercises quite challenging as I cannot complete them the same way as shown in the video, however, I do my best and hope that one day I can do them as shown. I just find it might be happening a bit fast and I'm not able to have my posture or what have you correct, so could be straining other muscles perhaps while doing it. I'll keep going though.

Started two days ago and found after the first session I was better prepared on the second day.
One has to get used to the format of demonstration,actual movement and then rest but it is easy once you get into the groove.
The food ideas are great too and day three will see me ramping up my water intake.All helps

I downloaded the BetterMe app because it said it was kind of a one stop shop and had quick easy workouts, this was the biggest selling point for me. I was a previous Beachbody doer and now those workout times are not realistic. I really enjoy the workouts! I am a mom of two and a teacher so time is limited! After having two kids I needed to get back into a healthy lifestyle. I like that I can track my food, but whenever I scan an item it doesn't come up with the serving sizes on the packages I can adjust it when I enter the item but I would like it to automatically use the servings on the packages.

I really liked the questions at the beginning in order to see where you are at and your goals. It seems so personalized which is great. This app had me use a machine I've never used before and probably wouldn't have but thanks to the very thorough instructions. I just wish the app could run in the background while doing other things like skipping music.
