Nice programme but i need a more specific programme for walkingpad

Easy to start and adjustable to what you have or dont have to do tge workouts

So far, I am having a very nice, structured workout experience with my day to day routine. I enjoy the better me app

Simple to purchase and process, very easy to navigate and has kept me on track. Workouts have been relevant to my goals and very easy to follow.

I am enjoying learning Pilates with the mini reformer! Perfect 15 minute add on to my regular workout.

I have enjoyed the workouts, I like the AI person as I tend to feel disheartened with a super skinny coach. Like the option to do more at the end.

Easy to navigate with great workouts tailored to your personal experience and preferences. Not impressed with the meal plans and recipes.

Started to feel like workout wasn't for me anymore but now I want to find time during the day to workout! Love it!
