Love how there is a lot to choose from.

They provide achievable workouts that exercise the full body.

Some of the excercises are difficult to follow because I don't know the wright tempo. For exemple when I can't see the video because I lie face down.

Satisfied with the level of exercise. Not hard to do and easy to comply.
