Cancer Recovery

Cancer patient and have lost a lot of muscle and gained weight during my treatments. Betterme has given me a program to ease into workouts. It's working and I have lost 3 lbs so far but feel better.

Amazing app

By far the best fitness app I have paid into.
After the first week of reminders to workout it's been a breeze, love having a schedule to know what to do during workouts. Has area to log food and water intake plus so much more. I'm already down 3.5 pounds and I started this app only a week and some days ago. Cannot wait to see what my final results are!

Home Pilates

Motivated!

I've been using this app for a little over 1 week so far. Everyday consistently and I feel good and motivated. Its definitely a workout. My first day I thought I was going to give up immediately. I have really bad sciatica pain and always avoided floor exercises. Been awhile since I've done any for exercises and immediately remembered why when I started. The second day I was hesitant BUT didn't want to give up. I decided to do some of workouts that require being on my back on my bed. After a couple of days of doing that I'm now able to go back to the floor.

Helping me get started!

After many loyal years of excercising and stretching and walking, I became a full time caregiver and my life got full of other responsibilites. I have been wanting to get started again and this program has allowed me to at least get in the practice of setting aside time to do the routines. I didn't realize in the beginning that there were different levels of difficulty. I was happy to advance to the medium level. It is a good way for me to get started again. The numbers of the clock are bothersome as they block the view of the person giving the demonstration. I wasn't able to change their position.

Great Accountability

I've been using BetterMe Wall Pilates for 2 weeks now, and I appreciate the accountability that comes with the plan. I appreciate that it comes with 28 days of pre-loaded workouts and that you can only move on to the next workout after you've completed that day, so there's no doubling up to catch up. This holds me accountable because I want to do as many workouts as I can in those 28 days. I also love that after each workout it asks you how the workout was, and you can choose to do do additional workouts. The Wall Pilates has been a great way to get back into working out. I purchased the 12 week plan, so I'm looking forward to how things are going after the first 28 days, and then at the 6 week mark.

Good and worthy

The app has been very helpful. There's music that keeps your mind occupied.
There is all types of exercises you can choose. Thi chi, back strengthening, upper, lower body, abdominal stretches and more!. You name it. It's a wet good app. I like it like it. I plan to keep doing it.

Great for a non-athletic person

I have not done an exercise program like this before and I really appreciate the discipline that I have to maintain to keep doing the exercises daily. I like that it starts off with simple, easy exercises. The video is easy to follow along. This program is great for a non-athletic person like me!

A Great Start

I've been pretty stagnant lately and have been looking for a way to move my body daily and stay motivated. Im only on day 6 of my 28 day challenge but I like the routine so far. There is lots of variety in types of movements and exercises. I do wish they would provide different angle views of some of the exercises so I can ensure proper form, and that more time was provided between switching exercise tools.

Slowly but surely

It is hard for me to stick with a plan. My desire is to create new habits that are healthy for me. The fact that this app reminds me to pause and work out - that it is a manageable amount of time (15 minutes), and that it also then gives me a short read (2-5 minutes) each day to encourage healthy habits - this is DOABLE. Slowly but surely, I can find success in creating new habits and a healthier life!

Chair exercises

At the moment I have a plaster cast due to a broken wrist. Therefore not able to do my usual exercise so the chair ones are great for making me feel that I am doing something to keep me moving and motivated.
