I am enjoying the BetterMe app/program. I appreciate the flexibility it gives me. I can do it any time of day. Often I take a walk during the day and this gives me the flexibility to add healthy activity after dark. Also, I can add carrying weights to boost my experience. I also appreciate the opportunity to add additional choices of activity following my initial workout. This is especially helpful on bad weather days.
I am almost 1 week in to my plan, so far it's going great, sometimes I find the exercises a bit hard to do, but getting fit isn't supposed to be an easy task!

I was stuck in a process of random exercises, just going to the gym, and lifting weights. But now I have a structured routine, I'm seeing better results, and enjoying it more.
The exercise program I'm doing suits my time frame and, along with my other daily activities, seems to be increasing my energy and fitness levels. However, after 2 weeks I had hoped I'd see some weight loss but that's not been the case so far.
I'm trying to get into a routine and the app helps with that. I don't have all of the tools because of cost, but so far I like it.
I did the tai chi for 4 days asking with the senior fitness cardio. I decided to do the fitness programs only. I have to modify some exercises since I have osteoporosis, which is fine. I just keep moving. This program keeps me motivated to do exercises on most mornings.
Love the work outs with alternating walking indoors.
Love they are different everyday. It gives you a choice at the end if you thought it was good as is, want to increase or too hard. Happy you get a choice.

I really enjoy the app. It is motivating me to exercise more. But I feel like it should be easier to search for foods, and if it is not in the list specifically when you search up some foods. It will give you a brand it should allow you to add new foods. Also, the exercises allowed me to detail that I need low stress for my back, But it never an option to specify other areas such as ankle mobility issues. So that would help otherwise love the products and the app
The first 2 days had me sweating and out of breath and I was a little concerned
And then along comes day 3 and I'm less sweaty and out of breath
My legs hurt really bad for about 3 and a half days, but then by day 4, my legs were fine again
And after that, I've just been enjoying myself
I look forward to my session everyday and thoroughly enjoy each workout
I enjoy using the resistance bands and pilates circle. As a former ballet dancer (20 pounds and 10 years ago) my body craves this type of movement. I love the muscle definition it creates! I'm grateful for such a thoughtful resource.
