BetterMe has helped me get into a routine and help guide me back into getting in shape. It is extremely helpful because workouts are planned just for you. I already feel so much better mentally I can't wait to see my body progress too.
This app is not for me. It is a full-time job to use it. The Fitbit app is more intuitive. I could not unsubscribe before my trial ended. Then, I found several step processes that covered four pages of instructions.of which would make most people walk away. If anybody is reading this, please cancel my subscription and refund my purchase.
Loved it! As a former personal trainer and gymnastics/dance coach i was a little timid doing polities let alone anything virtual, but i gotta say i already feel the stretching affects and it's definitely helped my mood within just the first workout! I can't wait to see if it's possible for me to reach my goal and continue this happier & healthier new chapter
The first days workout was good, second got a little harder but I think that's mostly my personal life making me too tired. I'm sure once I'm able to figure out the definitive schedule I want to follow it'll be even better
I'm on day 4 of my 28-day program. Each day I learn a little more about the app and am now tracking my walking but also my water, food and intermittent fasting schedule.
The only negative is that we actually have to hold our iPhone while walking on treadmill for steps and distance to be logged, otherwise it doesn't register (even if the app is connected on my Apple Watch - this should prob be fixed since most other fitness apps are able to accomplish this).
I've only just started using the app but so far I enjoy the way the program is set up. Good visuals, step by step easy to follow workouts and lots of extra amenities like calorie and hydration tracking, mental health awareness, coaching, extra challenges, etc.

This is the first fitness/wellness app I have used that has me feeling like I will actually stick with it long-term. It introduces lifestyle change in a gentle manner and doesn't discourage the user with overwhelming workouts beyond their capabilities
I've only completed one workout so far. I just subscribed the night before last, but I liked the workout. Being able to track steps, water intake & meals are helpful. I'm enjoying the articles regarding the fitness journey. They're very interesting and informative. I am curious to know how my suggested calorie intake was calculated, and it would be great if I could AirPlay the workouts to my Apple TV to see them larger on my tv screen. Maybe that's something I need to figure out how to do though. I'm new and learning!
The workouts are very achievable and work out all the muscles. I am sore in a good way today! Love it. I can't wait to see my progress. They offer all kinds of different things. Tracking meals and fasting etc.
I find that the diet has been easy to follow. I think there should be some credit for doing vigorous housework. I didn't buy your product but I have an Apple Watch. While it gives credit for steps lifting and stretching are not included.
I got off to a slow start as my 65 year old body prefers it that way lol. I have found that with each day, I can do more and feel my strength increasing. I think psychologically, that the questions after each workout are great. You are empowered and not intimidated, to continue the workout or not. Like most people, I have tried many programs, but did not find success; maybe it is just the right time for me or maybe it is because I strongly do not want to go on a bevy of medications. I am logging my food and really giving this program an honest shot. Thank you for providing an easy to use app.
The less than 15 minute workouts are perfect because they focus on breathing and being present. It gives me a few minutes to relax and not be distracted and I always feel calmer at the end of a session.
After eyeing the BetterMe advertisements over a few weeks, I decided to sign up! I am a walker 4 times a week, attend a weekly stretch/cardio and still wanted to add one more activity! The daily Chair Yoga exercises are just the perfect addition! I like the pace, the variety, and the intentionality—which is evident—of offering a customized program. I feel so accomplished at the end of each workout! And, I do plan to tell others about this fabulous in-home—non time consuming—workout. Thanks so much!
After few hard months, and after a personal tragedy happened in my life i decided on changing everything in mylife for the better and this app slowly but surely made me better by each day using it.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing so far. The meal prep suggestions have made it so much easier to portion my meals and make sure that i eat healthy food and not snack on unhealthy stuff.
I can do the workouts whenever I feel like, with tranquility. It is so important that I wake up and my daily routine already includes time for doing my workouts.
Also, listening to the counseling on different subjects, including mental health, emotions helps a lot.

I'm only just starting but this week I've stayed mostly consistent, usually with my diets I end up giving up after a while but better me is making me determined to. It seemed complicated at first but I slowly got in the groove
Simple to Use: I'm not a tech expert, but the interface is straightforward. Finding my workout for the day, calculating my calories, and even following guided meditations was simple.
Flexibility: The availability of time was beneficial. I wish there was more room to customize it further.
Monthly Cost: The free trial was fantastic, but the subsequent monthly charge felt slightly steep. It's worthwhile if you're completely devoted to using the app, but the cost may feel prohibitively expensive if you're more casual about your exercise regimen.
I'm enjoying the BetterMe Chair Yoga 28 day program. The workouts help me stay flexible and build strength in a safe way with my arthritis and chronic health conditions. Ranging from 10-20 minutes each day, they are reasonable in length which ensures I do them each day.
The app and website are easy to navigate, the workouts are great. The meal planner does not release info about the meal or ingredients until that very same day you're supposed to prepare and eat it which is very inconvenient. This means you need to go shopping every day for different ingredients. You should have access to at least a week worth of recipes to get your shopping in advance. I hope this gets updated in the future as aside from that. It's great and I'm really enjoying it. 4/5
I'm not so sure about losing weight this way, but as an elder I am happy because it helps me to move better. When you get older body parts tighten up and now I am able to move them more freely. I, also, like that it doesn't take an hour to do these exercises.
I went to the gym regularly til I reached the age of 60. For no apparent reason stopped going. Continued walking and playing volleyball, took up pickleball in a big way and did some in person chair exercises but realize I need the stretching and specific targeting which Better Me is providing. I'm not looking for apparel, coaching, or recipes. I may not know how to navigate the program completely on my own but I am doing 2 workouts a day, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. I like the opportunity to do as little or as much as I want. Let's say I feel like I'm getting back on track..
