This app makes it easy to fit workouts into my busy day, with quick and effective routines. However, the wall workout exercises can be challenging to do if space is limited. Overall, it's a great tool, but some exercises require a bit more room than I often have available.

I already go to fitness training three or four times a week for one hour a day to build strength with heavy lifting. What I didn't realize is my flexibility was horrible. When I went to a yoga class a friend suggested chair yoga, which I thought would be absurd boy was I wrong This is a honest and true workout that does help with flexibility and burn calories at the same time I've moved from beginner to advanced, and I'm absolutely loving it. Can't wait to see what's next.

I've been at it for less than a week but have enjoyed the numerous features that BetterMe provides. I'm actually having fun tracking my calories, workouts and daily activities. I love the little daily reminders and touch points.

The first thing I think needs to be different: include the smart band in the subscription after trial period as an incentive to continue receiving monthly subscription. I can cancel after 12 weeks and find a different program, but would be more likely to stay if I had the smart band tracker. I will not pay extra for something I don't necessarily need.
Second: day 3 fitness class felt rushed. I am not fit and flexible just yet and I struggled to hurry to get into position for the next workout.
I love this, it's my first at home instructional fitness and I plan to keep working out at home but may explore other companies since there's no strings attached here. Thanks!

I signed up for BetterMe as a way to freshen up my workout routine and "force" myself to do a little strengthening each day (because I paid for it!). I am really enjoying the routines so far, especially that they are quick, simple, and easy to fit into a busy schedule. My only suggestion is to provide an option when signing up on whether to include the food tracking portion of the app - meal tracking is not always healthy for people with certain food-related issues the constant notifications to track meals could be triggering.

Enjoying the daily workouts since I work at home and just don't move enough. They keep me on track. Meals look great but logging could be a bit easier for stuff off the plan. The serving sizes are not really applicable on some things so you have to create your own.

So far I have been able to keep up, and enjoy my workout. Before or after the yoga program, I use a peddle machine for 30-40 minutes. Had a little hip discomfort, but I am working through that. Only one of the workouts was just too easy, and I rated it as a thumbs down

I absolutely love the design of this app. It's uncomplicated which makes opening it everyday a breeze. The workouts are paced really nicely with plenty of opportunities to add more if you want to. So far it has been the perfect way to get me motivated and back to working out daily after an unintended 3 year hiatus!

The work outs are 13-18 minutes, so you're not overly exhausted! I was so sore after my first one, that I took a day off after. That's what you want, that's how you know it's working! You don't need any equipment either. I'm a mom of a 2 year old who is trying to tone up and lose some weight b

I've been trying the workout program for a week now and, even without registering meals and counting calories (just cut carbs and reduced quantities) I must say that the suggested workouts are very effective and help feeling better and toned so far. I takes few minutes every day but helps a lot! Would definitely recommend to bust mums.

I have a background in fitness coaching and am a certified trainer (yes, even a coach needs a coach), this app checks all the boxes for anyone who wants to put their best foot forward with at home workouts.
The workout science is great, the verbal cues during the workout are well thought out, and the user experience is friendly.

Having a background of disordered eating, I frequently found myself enrolling in various programs to change my body, only to give up on the first day. I ended up wasting both time and money while punishing myself for my repeated failures. However, a post from Better Me inspired me to give it another try, even though I expected to fail once again. Now, I'm on day 5, and I really appreciate the simplicity of the instructions and the motivating prompts, it also is helping my negative self talk of failure and comparison. I can't quite pinpoint what is working for me, but I will update you on my progress at day 28..

I needed to get back in shape after progressively getting less fit due to a pretty sedentary job. I have loved the workouts - they are NOT boring (my hardest issue with exercise), they switch up the moves more quickly so I don't burn out too fast, and I'm already feeling stronger and more energetic! I started Better me a few days ago and I'm already starting to feel more energized throughout the day. I used to work out frequently and was in the best shape of my life around 2018, since I stopped working out due to the lack of extra time with having kids I started letting myself go. I've always worked a physical job where I'm constantly moving and burning calories, but I've definitely developed a bigger belly and haven't been feeling that great about myself. Been absolutely great so far. Workouts puts you at your limit and you are sweating. But it's short bursts targeting a specific group. I'm on holiday currently and I still manage to squeeze in this in the mornings.

I have tried so many different workout/exercise program, but I never end up making it past a month. With BetterMe I am now two months in and exercising nearly everyday. My husband has even started exercising with me and would love it if there was a program created like this for males. This app has helped me keep track of my food intake, water intake and weight loss journey. It provides accountability and positive reassurance. I do not like that it won't let you modify the diet recommendations to exclude allergy conditions. So I cannot use the recipes provided because 95% of them contain the item I am allergic to. :( Other than that, it is a great app.

I've enjoyed my first week of Chair Yoga! As a 66 year old interested in losing 30 pounds, motivated by my nephew's upcoming wedding, the 20 minutes of daily exercise with BetterMe is easy to schedule. I feel good after my chair workout, and usually do the ab workout as well. I'm looking forward to exploring all the other workout options on the site.
