I don't like the crowds from the gym and prefer gone help but thought i needed the entire equipment to make a difference. It's been two weeks and I feel better and more active. The fact i can do this at home in private with nothing but myself has been fantastic. I'm excited to see the progress not only in my weight, but energy, flexibility, core, and tone.

I started my programme, but came down with an unseasonal flu and had to put exercising on hold for a week. I have restarted and am trying to do a bit of catchup now. So far it is going well and I have noticed improved joint flexibility while the scale has also started moving downstream, albeit slow progress, it is nevertheless encouraging.

I was already in reasonable shape, and normally slack off a bit in the fall. I was working out, but thought I would try your calisthenics program. I am 58, and it is difficult losing that little bit of fat around my waist. I did the low intensity workout for 2 weeks, and today switched to the medium intensity. So far, so good. I expect it will strengthen my abdominal muscles, and my flexibility. This is what I am looking for.

This is a step in the right direction for me. I've been kinda of a hard-core weight lifter most of my life. A few years ago I decided to stop because everything hurt. After a few years I've come to realize lack of mobility is killing me, extra body weight isn't helping and functional trainingis what i need before things get worse. I'm just doing 15 minutes a day which is easy to commit to and moment WILL build. It really helps to have a plan and no guess work. Doing things I likely wouldn't do on my own or just wouldn't think of.
App has been good and intuitive. The videos are easy to follow and paced well. I did take a day break and that really rejuvenated my workouts - perhaps asking a of a day recovery is needed would be beneficial. The macro counter works as expected. The water log is really helpful for me to keep track. I'd say biggest opportunity is with the meal plan. There are inconsistencies with it. The pictures are often not the same as ingredients. The portions per ingredient I find invalidated at times (ie an entire pack of cold cut turkey for one meal seems like a lot). While the meals are easy to make, they are pretty bland. Finally, when others in my household want to prep the meal for me, I can extract the recipe, on raw ingredients for shopping. To make this better, I would suggest more tasty means (within still the macro boundary needed), validate pictures and quantity on ingredients per meal, and maybe suggest alternative meals so one can decide to make something different without following the exact plan. Oh, the searching for a certain food is also difficult to find the exact right one.
