How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at BetterMe?

When you ask a question, they reply. When you ask to cancel subscription they ignore you

You can't. I'm positive that they don't even have a customer service... lies.

You can't get hold of them. That's the point. They redirect you to a site that is run by incompetents who want you to pay them to look into the problem. Sic joke

After repeated asking them to cancel and with them pushing me around in circles, I told them I'm calling my credit card to block their charges. They promptly responded with a confirmation of the subscription cancelation. So threat was the only way out of this scam.

You can't. There is no customer service phone number and no one replies to your emails. Save yourself the trouble and have nothing to do with this business. Worst customer service ever.

Impossible - I don't think they exist or they are just a band of robbers sat round the fire!

You might as well throw your money out the window! I had to threaten legal action before they even responded! 6 months it took me!
