I've requested a cancelation via the app. Did not receive the cancelation confirmation email. So had to email them. Now I'm getting passed around from one person to another who keep asking me why I want to cancel. I'm repeated saying cancel. Still no confirmation of the cancelation. This is horrible. This is a SCAM.
