I can highly recommend dresslily. They have a great range of designs and I found the sizing accurate and the quality good. The shipping is quick considering the price. I will order from them again in the future.
Seven orders all great! Check size guide to make sure that it will fit. They are in Asian sizes. Always had great customer service.
I have ordered from them a lot and I have never had a problem. Prices are good and everything I have ordered has been as expected.
The majority of goods are lovely quality. The only downside being slow shipping and lack of communication at times regarding items that may be on backorder. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from again.

Saw a shirt I liked, I wear a women's medium... and ordered a man's 3xl to be sure I could do something with it. It didn't even come close to fitting around my chest - at least a 10 inch gap.
The content description was cotton/polyester. Maybe the stitching was with cotton thread, absolutely nothing else had a whiff of cotton. Interesting that there was no content tag - thought that was the law. There was a tag that said "Dry clean" and right below that "Don't dry clean."
Would return, but the return shipping would be half the cost of the garment. Whew, last time I even look at their site.
I LOVE DressLily! It is like getting boutique clothing for HALF the price. Description and sizing is usually spot on, but you have to read the description on each item. You can't just buy whatever size you normally wear because sizing varies from item to item. I've had one or two items that didn't fit and DressLily's customer service department went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

Since my first review of Sept. 9, I sent one more message to Dresslily via Dresslily's website, reminding them of all of the documentation I have shown and proved that my package was received at the address DL provided me, and again, requested a refund.
This time, DL was cooperative and refunded the full amount of $140.95 back into my PayPal account. I am pleased they finally cooperated and gave me the refund I was deserving of, BUT, the following is what I went through to get this refund:
(1) it took since June to resolve this (2) I had saved every communication I had with DL and shown these communications to them, PayPal, and UPS on numerous occasions (3) created a Resolution case through PayPal and waiting for some resolvency (4) created an investigation with UPS for a mysteriously lost package even though I had an email proving it was delivered (5) created an account with Sitejabber and taking time to write a review and an updated review (6) All of these things that I had to do took a lot of unnecessary time.
Dresslily has a horrible reputation but maybe they are trying to mend and improve their ways. I gave them just one more star because they did refund me but it was not an easy process.
My dealings with Dresslily started in June. It is now September. I ordered a bunch of clothing from them (through PayPal) and received my shipment in a sufficient amount of time. No problem there. I was charged for three items that weren't shipped and there was no mention of when they would be shipped, which I thought was strange. I requested a refund for the items that were on backorder and Dresslily did refund me. I'll give Dresslily that much BUT, since then, it's been a horrible experience. Everything that did get delivered was either of poor quality, stained, broken, or too small. I have had many communications with Dresslily in the quest to receive a refund for the items I returned. NO SUCCESS with refund! The package I shipped out via UPS, mysteriously got lost in transit even though I have an email from UPS of PROOF OF DELIVERY that my package was delivered to the address that Dresslily provided to me: Robert Zhou, 10950 Arrow Rte, Rancho Cucamonga, CA
I even started a case through PayPal (was denied three times) and provided many documents to prove my communications with Dresslily, when I shipped my package via UPS, an email to SHOW PROOF OF DELIVERY that my packaged was received at the address that DRESS LILY GAVE TO ME:

Below are the documents that I presented to Dresslily and PayPal and I was still denied a refund. It is now September and Im out $140.95!
(1) UPS receipt of when I first shipped out (6/9/17) the nine items of clothing.
(2) Dress Lily's shipping list of the nine items and descriptions that I have returned.
(3) UPS PROOF OF DELIVERY of when my package was received at the address that Dress Lily gave to me; Robert Zhou, 10950 Arrow Rte, Rancho Cucamonga, CA (6/12/17,12:43 pm).
(4) DL RMA - Dress Lily provided this form to me to return the clothing items. Please note the return address that is provided on the form: Robert Zhou, 10950 Arrow Rte, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729-9998.
(5) DL returned items reason - I listed all of the clothing items and descriptions and reasons why I'm returning the items. THIS WAS DRESS LILY'S REQUEST SO TO PROVIDE A REFUND TO ME.
(6) DressLily communications (15 pages) - this is all of the communications I had with DL to ensure I receive a refund.
I have done everything that Dresslily asked me to in order to receive a refund!
I have provided proof of delivery that my package got to the destination that DL provided me!
All I ask is a refund of $140.95 that is owed to me by Dress Lily.

I never received one of the two items from my order. I emailed them without receiving the item or being reimbursed. The item I received was not sized appropriately. I would never recommend anyone to ever order from them!
It's an absolute shame that these companies can't be sued for false advertising. The clothes I received are all wrong sizes, poorly made and I swear the material is some kind of rubber.

Made a purchase of three vests on July 15th, ordered the size according to their guidelines, two arrived, both too small, one didn't arrive (ever as of now September 9th, 2017). Contacted customer service on August 3rd, they advised me to wait until I received the third vest to see if I'd keep that or return all three, but as I said, it never came. Contacted them again on August 25th, received no response this time.

Im a NEW CUSTOMER. I did rec 1st order and partial of my second... if the place just had a live person... real tracking#. Not in Russian and doesn't translate all the way... how would they feel?
