Worst 45$ I spent for a human hair wig. I threw it away because one should never have a bad wig. On top of it I had to wait almost a month for it. It was bulky. Oh did I mention it smelled like fish when I got it.
I had previously rated this company poorly due to a lack of response on a item that was shipped but never arrived. Since then, they have replied in a timely manner, and have re- shipped another shirt, plus refunded my money. I will see now whether or not it arrives, but am impressed with their desire to make it right.

The 3 times I have ordered form DressLily, garments didn't stand out, my items not made in excellent countries of textile origins: Malaysia, India, Vietnam, US, etc. Returns handled well. Merchandise quality didn't match other sites I use.
Cheap merchandise, and the sizes don't correspond to the measurements they have listed. They won't return their defective merchandise and their customer service is awful.

Wow - this company is a fraud! They not only take your money and do not deliver the order; the ignore your contacts/request/emails about the issue. They also use debit cards to charge people as ACH transactions. The result? You can't dispute the transaction. I will pursue this to the fullest extent I can though; I am through being nice about it.

I ordered three or four times, I like VERY much their stuff, it's original and difficult to find elsewhere. I also think their customer service is great, they helped me with a mistake (MY mistake) in order I had had sent, to my complete satisfaction. Shipping is not particularly fast, but it's free, so it's ok!
I like the shirt I order. It is a good value for the cost and it fits well. The delivery is slower than expected.

I made an error on the size of one of the items I ordered. I contacted support via the chat link and the correct size was immediately inputted. A rapid response indeed!
I have spent a lot of money, and had many orders with dresslily.com, and in the past have had real issues convincing them, for example, that two dresses really did not come, and I wanted my money back (they had a shortage of my size and never sent at all). I wrote at least twenty-five emails explaining that I had the shipping list with weight proof on my mailing package. Anyhow. This is the first time I needed to send three items back, all from same order (Easy right?!); well, they play the dumb card, and redundantly say; " what is the sku number of items, and bla bla bla bla" truly hate their organization. I have forgiven them too many times for their dumb act, but this is enough, about three time too much. Long gone. I like ebay and amazon; they just authorize the item(s) to come back. But lilly.com love knock out drag outs.

Their clothes are great and excellently priced! The process is a bit different but works great! They have an excellent variety.
When I finally recieved my order two weeks after ordering. It arrived in a plastic envelope, which was fine. But when I opened that, there was another plastic bag with a soaking, dripping wet bathingsuit. Like someone went swimming in it and shipped it.

This website has some unusual and vintage clothes but they are not sized for Americans. They are small; make sure you use the sizing chart and still order a size larger than it says. Refunds and exchanges are handled amiably but take some time.
