I have been an Amazon Prime member for 10 years. I do most of my shopping through Amazon Prime... music, movies, pictures, auto, pantry, etc. I usually compare prices with other stores and Amazon Prime wins. PLUS I get my packages delivered in two days with free shipping.
I have placed 2 orders. Two in June and I have not received either. I received an email on both orders telling me they were shipped but when you go to the info. It says no info available and not delivered. I can not find telephone numbers or emails to contact them.
