Horrible customer service. Do not buy from tgis place. They have no respect for a customer. Never seen anything like this. TERRIBLE! If i could leave at no stars, that is my review.

Please do not buy from Dressale! They will send you $#*!ty merchandise and then if you want to return it you'll have to pay hundreds of dollars. I can't believe I didn't research more before buying--this has been the worst online buying experience of my life. Customer service was terrible and now they are threatening to SELL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION. Filing a complaint with BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I guarantee any good reviews are being written by their cheating, scheming, horrible employees.

In just one word TERRIBLE stay away from this website nothing is true. I have ordered wedding dress and evening dress they came on time as promised but they look nothing like the picture it was shone in their website. The quality was horrible the color, fabric what ever you name it was horrible nothing was smiler to the picture. Try to contact these people for refund sorry to say but they don't understand what you talking about I told them them the dress doesn't look like the picture and I want to return it instead they offering me a discount for next order I would be so fool to order again from these people. Please DO NOT spend your money on these dresses and this website their return policy is not the same as what they say on the website everything about them is lie stay a way. I spent over 500.00 on these dresses and still fighting to get my money back. Please don't order this is a warning don't pay attention to the good review I believe they are lying. I wish I could post a picture from my dress so every one could see it.

First of all for anyone who is reading this, note there is a difference between dressale.com and dresssale.com
I ordered a dress from dressale.com (with 2 S's) and although it was delayed a week, I did receive it and it did not at all look like a bad sewing job, as others claim. It was very well put together. Other than the late shipment there were 3 other problems (that I don't really mind because I'm pretty laid back and they weren't major):
1. It was a slightly different color than on the computer, but that can be attributed to how computers present images and what not
2. It was a bit too long
And 3. The zipper by the sequin belt around my waist was a little hard to zip up
Of course 2&3 can be tailored, which is no different than last years prom when I had a store bought dress.
I did like that price was significantly cheaper than other sources and that they had dresses I know can't be found anywhere I live, so I'll be unique at prom.
Overall I might order from them again, but I'm not really a big online shopper.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! IT IS A SCAM! I ordered my dress from them about a month ago and when I received the box it was half way open. When I opened the dress it was WORSE. The stitching was HORRIBLE. The material was NOT THE SAME AS ADVERTISED and the craftsmanship looked like I had made the dress MYSELF WITH NO SEWING ABILITY! Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from them! And they do NOT have a freaking phone number and give you the run around also. I was offered 10% back on the freaking dress and they asked ME to come out of my POCKET to get their poor craftsmanship skills corrected "locally". I am still trying to get my money back! All of the good reviews on this website are a SCAM please DO NOT DO IT! D

I Bought a dress from Dressale. As stated by most reviewers they don't know how to make a dress, nor do they have any standards or customer service to fulfill an order correctly. They steal your money and have you emailing back and forth to no end. Now that I have returned the dress directly to their sweat shop in China (Address and Account is on the label when the dress arrives - save the shipping label) I have an insurance company writing to tell me that someone has submitted an insurance claim for the exact amount I paid for the dress I ordered from Dressale. NOW what do you call this? Someone has used my name to submit a claim to an insurance company for the exact amount I paid Dressale for a dress that was returned back to them, which was made WRONG and NO good to me! I am seeking further action. BE AWARE!

Dove right in and ordered a dress before reading reviews. I know, I know... shame on me. Once I had read some really bad reviews I decided to cancel since it was within the 24hrs of placing my order. Talk about unprofessional! Begging me to keep my dress and saying they'll talk to the manager about CONSIDERING refunding my money. I demanded my money and bombarded them with emails threatening to contact my bank over the matter. I recieved an email back saying "we are refunding the money for you. Don't contact the credit card company plz. Thx. Best wishes, Jewel." Got an email from paypal this morning saying my full refund was sent via paypal, just waiting for it to show on my account. They are a scam. Their fear of me calling the card company validates that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SKETCHY $#*!ES!

I bought my dress because it looked nice in the picture and it was on sale. The sale was ending that night, but when I visited the url for that dress again the next month, the sale was still going on. The sales just repeat so it looks like you're saving money. The sales representatives are very difficult to communicate with because they don't fully understand English, though they design it like an English-speaking website. They try to justify any errors in the dresses by saying they're all "handmade".

My dress took about forty days to be made, then I got an email saying it would arrive at my door in 3-5 business days. I contacted them 10 days later saying my dress hasn't arrived yet and they said they would email me later about the problem. They never did. I contacted them again two days later and they told me that I'll probably have to wait another four days. When I quoted their late shipping policy, they only responded with "." twice, then stopped replying to me. The live chat screen doesn't load at all now. They never gave me any compensation for the lateness.

After a quick search, I found that most of the "good" reviews on here are fake, and the pictures on their profiles are taken from girls (mostly non-English speaking, Italian girls) without their permission. A waste of a good amount of money.

Do NOT BUY ANYTHING from these people! They are a cheep Chinese knock-off company. They show pictures from legitimate gown company's, then sell you a worthless rag. I bought a wedding dress from them, and when it came in I opened the bag it was sent in and it STUNK LIKE FISH! I called them and they only offered to sell me another one at a discount price. The fabric has stains all over it. My whole house smells like fish every time I take it out of the sack. This dress is absolutely useless. Save yourself a lot of heart ache, money and time, ONLY BUY from a legitimate LOCAL store,

I ordered a custom wedding dress. The measurements I provided were spot on. By the time the dress arrived, I had actually lost some weight. I could not zip up the dress. When I measured it, the dress was made 2 1/2 inches too narrow in the hips. When I contacted the company about the problem, they refused to issue a refund or replace the dress, claiming it is standard for the finished dress to be an inch or so off. My dress was more than an inch off and they did not disclose this on their order page. Had I known I would have added that difference to my measurements. Their solution? To offer me first a discount on my next order, then a 10% refund. They also suggested I could take it to a local tailor "to have it fixed". Why should I do that at additional expense? I already ordered another dress from another company because I did not have time to go back and forth with this company. Don't order from them. They have unethical business practices and don't care about their customers. By the way, I am out over $250 for a dress I cannot wear. I will say the finished product was beautiful and well made, just the wrong size.

HATE HATE HATE THIS COMPANY! Please avoid this site! I cannot express how utterly frustrated and frankly, disgusted I am by this service. I wish the shoddy workmanship was the only problem I had with these dresses. One of the bridesmaid dresses I ordered only has ONE BRA CUP!? After pointing out to them that my bridesmaid has 2 breasts and the dress needed to be replaced, they suggested I take it to a local tailor to have the bra cup sewn in, oh and they would give me 10% my next purchase.
I am still arguing with them via email... There will NEVER be a next purchase. Do yourselves a favor and never use this company.

I wanted to give the company 5 stars, but I know that way, it would seem too sketchy. I made the mistake of ordering my dress before reading reviews on the website, and I immediately panicked about it. I messaged live chat asking when my order could possibly get here by. My prom is May 31, and I ordered April 24 (late for dress shopping, I know). I asked online on April 28, and they said that my order was already finished, will ship in 1 days, then they would email me a tracking number within the next 24 hours and they did. I was confused since my earliest arrival date was May 10, and latest date was May 24. It had only been 5 days and my custom made dress was already shipped. The shipping process began in Hongkong, and took no more than 3 days to get to Amercia. I ended up getting the dress May 3, less than 2 weeks after I had ordered my dress. The dress comes in a plastic bag, with the dress folded inside out to prevent any of the embellishments from falling off or being damaged. I tried on the dress, worried that they would just ship me a size 2 (I'm very short and tiny so I had to get a custom size a little smaller than 2), and it fit me according to the measurements that I gave them. I am very pleased with my order from them. I'm not sure how others could have experienced such a bad time with this site but I am super happy about mine! I know it sounds too good to be true that mine came custom sized and colored in a week since I've ordered it, considering I didn't pay for rush shipping like they asked, but I had a great experience with them!

I had a horrible experience dealing with Dressale.com. The dress that I received defies description but to say the least it was cheap, appeared rushed through, poorly crafted, made using cheap materials and when I removed it from the ups packaging the beating began falling off immediately. After a plethora of emails back and forth I knew that I would not receive a refund of my nearly $200.00. The last email from "Megan" at Dressale.com stated that the pictures from their website and the dress that is actually made is not the same and it's not made using the same material shown, but it's close.

Maybe you have a high expectation for the custom made dress. If you want the dress to be the same high quality as the picture shown, then the dress price will not be so cheap compare with some dresses on other websites. Please understand that.

I would hate for anyone else to have such an experience please do your research before ordering from an international company.

I have ordered 2 different things to collect from this store now and they both arrived 1 day before they said they would. Nice and simple. No complaints.

AVOID Dressale.com. I purchased a flower girl dress for my granddaughter from Dressale.com and it was not at all what we expected. We selected the size based on their size chart. After I placed the order they contacted me to make sure we wanted the dress as pictured. I replied yes and also sent them my granddaughters measurements. The dress arrived on time, but it was too tight in the chest, the arm holes weren't large enough, and the dress drags on the floor by several inches (when it was supposed to be just below the knees). They sew them after they are ordered, which is why I took the precaution of sending measurements along with the size. The sewing quality was sloppy--horizontal seams don't match up and fraying edges on the adorning flower. When I contacted them about returning the dress they were less than cooperative. They want me to send photos (which I will do) and they stated after seeing the photos we might be able to negotiate something. In short, I would not order a dress from them again, and I would not recommend them.
