Dollar Tree

I inquired about a product (Cocoa Butter petroleum jelly) to a Sales Associate. She responded in a cold way said 'Whatever is the in the Beauty section is what's there.' She didn't even go out of here way to try to find the product. I'm now going to shop in Family Dollar Tree.

Dollar Tree in Eastover Shopping Center is very unsafe. My daughter works there and was assaulted on 8/27/23 by a customer. My daughter was charged for defending herself. GM ( Garvin) was informed of the situation and he stated call the police, no security in place no exit plan and no follow up. Non caring management about personal and no one showe up to see if employee's were able to leave the building safely. This company shows no regard for the security of life and the well being of its employees and customers. Please do not petrinize this establishment and boycott it.

Dollartree.com has many of the items you find in the store but in larger quantities. I was looking for inexpensive plates for a wedding and $1 was a great price. To get larger quantities you do have to order only and they will ship directly to the nearest store. Normally stores get a weekly delivery so as long as you order in time you will have everything in less than 1 week. I would definitely order from them again. The great thing is you can check the items out in the store before you order. The other item I got was the 2 pack of plastic champagne glasses. They were the most attractive and cheapest single piece plastic champagne glasses I was able to find. Definitely check these guys out for inexpensive party ware.

The Hamtramck location is the only dollar tree that always has long lines and only one lane open. Not a lot of variety and not organized. It's a mess. They need more cashiers for the long lines and more workers to unload and stack and keep it clean. I've been to other locations and the difference is like night and day. Who do we complain to?

I am a Huge dollartree fan. I shop there for everything under the sun. I am on welfare and disabled at that. I would love to shop on line and pick up in the store. However you have to pay online as well. That stops me every time. You know why. I have food stamps to use in the store. I can't use them online. I want a case of some stuff that is hard to keep on the store shelf like coffee and creamers. Or even sardine and crackers.

I don't want to miss out and keep going trying to meet the truck. I pass out at any given moment. I am very worried about someone leaving with my shopping cart. Trust me I live in that kind of area. If you can please make it so that shoppers can choose to use food stamps or pay in the store. It would be great.

I've lived in PTC, GA for over 10 Yrs., and Store#1435 Emanuel, Ryan, Michelle & entire crew give nothing but excellent everything, they are professional, friendly helpful they all go above and beyond Great Team Great place to shop. I visited the dollar tree again today. The workers were loud and ghetto like my last visit, I got followed around the store like a true thief until I noticed and let them have it! HOW DARE YOU! But see the real problem was I was actually purchasing all of my items... do they? It's an Spanish or Caucasian looking lady that works there that's on meth! They are the theives check yourselve berkeley ca dollar tree! Your insulting REAL PAYING customers! 1 star is too much of a rating for the employees and store that don't seem to be cleaned or stocked the 2 times I visited it!

The Dollar Tree in Geneseo, NY is not a pleasant place to shop! There are always boxes in the aisles, shelves that are not organized, dusty shelves, and the bathroom is disgusting most of the time! I wish something could be done to make this store a more pleasant place to shop! Most of the other Dollar Tree stores that I have been in within a 25 or 30 mile radius are cleaner, and have a much better selection of merchandise! I think this must be a problem with the manager... most of the time that is it. Please look into this for all of us shoppers in that area! Thank you!

I have only been to this particular shop 3 times. The first time was when it was first open. Everthing was so clean, everything in its place and all and the management and crew were friendly. The last time I went the place was filthy beyond reason, the floors were sticky and nothing was in its place. I mean it literally looked like a hurricane of kids high on sugar ransacked the shop the day before Christmas. And the cast and management were anything but friendly.

I was thrilled to find out that I could make several centerpieces very cheap, for my son's wedding. Only to find out that, several of the items I ordered online, were broken, and dollar tree will not re-ship the same item. They will only issue a refund. Therefore, I was left to try and find the same items in my local dollar tree. Which I did not.

$1.25 is a bad move and dollar tree will fall. Greed makes people lose at the end... I used to shop loyalty at dollar tree not anymore! Now it's $1.25 online through their website a 36 case of the moisture eliminators is now $45.00 make it make sense I can see 45 case for $45.00 that's reaching so I'm no longer buying in bulks anymore. This ridiculous I don't care how you look at it. Bad enough most of these stores are falling apart, dirty and nasty... and most products don't cater much to pocs. I'd rather spend money elsewhere instead at dollar tree.

One of the best stores to find nice and CHEAP items, especially when your on a fixed income and you have small kids or grandkids. Alot of little ones love getting toys, and today's kids are really rough on them so why pay out the Ying yang for a toy when you can get them something with a decent price that when it's destroyed your not losing alot of money. Plus I love their picture fames, cups, glasses I mean these stores have alot of things that are really more valuable than the price they charge,. I love going to this store.

The store on maynardville Pike in Knoxville TN does not have heat. It's like shopping in a freezer. They also have no working phone. Not a great way to run a business.
