If you write the slightest thing that they might be offended by they delete your comment. If you look at the people in charge you can tell they are so far left they can't even conceive of any new ideas. EX: I wrote, "so many comments deleted." It was removed. I wrote, "this president can't win no matter what he says" REMOVED. Like really? No freedom of speech.

Wish I had seen these reviews before opening an account. Several months ago I came across a site with blatantly false and potentially harmful information that I felt should be corrected. Since I had deleted my Facebook account over a year ago, I needed to open a Disqus account in order to post a comment making a correction. There was nothing hostile or inappropriate about my comment. I merely stated the facts. I didn't sign in again until recently, only to find that my comment had been "removed" for no valid reason. I promptly deleted my account. After reading these reviews, I realize that my post had probably been blocked from the beginning, unbeknownst to me.

Every single time I post, I get marked as spam, and when I send it back for review to have the mark of spam removed, they dont do anything. I just see this next to the comment for weeks "Thanks, we'll work on getting this corrected.".

POS chat software. Do not use!

Biased censorship.
April 25, 2017

Why does Disqus keep blocking my comments? They are not spam, hate or racist; nor am I a troll. This illegal censorship must stop. If they give me a good reason why and not just because they simply disagree with my viewpoint. Tthat will be fine. If not I am going to the department of Justice and ask for them to appoint me attorneys. Also look for my negative comments everywhere online.

I respectfully stand by my contention that there is no free speech on Disqus. All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others. A proclamation by the pigs who control the government in the novel Animal Farm, by George Orwell. You need to look no further than to my blocking on TMZ for my daring to comment on behalf of O.J. Simpson. Even though my comments involved the reiteration of facts within the public domain. While every other post of his personal vilification was allowed to stand. So their claim that only abusive or ad hominem posts are removed proves the contrary to be true.

You'll be banned
April 11, 2017

I got banned because I said I am a woman who voted for trump. I didn't think it was a bad comment but I would not recommend this site! I think it's who you like. If you say something they don't like or even use exclamation marks they won't post it. Don't waste your time!

We need no more hate in this world. Maybe disqus needs an overhaul, get rid of trash sites, Raw is prime for the garbage can, when a place promotes hate against our police force, they need to be dropped

Disqus is a cult of pro-Left, pro-Marxist corporations who are using Disqus on as many platforms as possible for maximum possible censorship. These people are as Satanist as they get, if you mention ANYTHING about Jesus Christ, God, or TRUTH of Human History they will DELETE/FLAG your comments as spam.

Spread the word as much as possible! Google is even deleting posts that expose the FRAUD and ABUSE of this company... We must ALL rebel against them; Google; YouTube; Facebook; Twitter; Reddit; Voat and now Disqus...

Infowars.com was my favorite place to go and now it's loaded with pay-to-play troll comments, most aren't even legitimate but completely artificial!

THERE IS A POLITICAL AGENDA AFOOT TO RID YOU OF YOUR FIRST AMENDMENT! PLEASE SPREAD WORD, DISQUS IS THE PRIMARY POLITICAL TOOL TO FOOL MILLIONS OF AMERICANS INTO BELIEVING ANYTHING THE MARXIST ELITES DESIRE!

ALEX JONES IS AWARE OF THE CENSORSHIP. LET IT BE KNOWN ACROSS THE ENTIRE WORLD, WE ARE DEALING WITH SATANISTS AND THE OCCULT! PLEASE EXPOSE THIS FRAUD!

Godbless. Farewell. And Expose These Lunatics for What They Really Are!

Spam? Spam? Spam?
February 4, 2017

If you don't mind having debates with people who delete your posts as spam, when you've made a point they can't dispute... You'll love it!

I'm only giving it a 1, because 0 isn't an option.

Twice now I have had my account blocked because it was recognized as "spam". Nothing I have ever posted resembles advertising or spam. I have noticed that if I make comments that tend to be liberal on political discussion boards someone usually have my posts deleted as offensive, which they aren't. It seems the moderators for this discussion board are just lazy and don't actually read the posts or comments. What's worse is, their "fix" is just get another email address instead of them actually correcting the problem. Just lazy.

I made a comment regarding a show on TLC, which was about an obese woman, that started the show to encourage others with her addiction to lose weight, but to maintain and not undermine their self esteem. I thought her efforts were wonderful and much needed. I work in the education system and there is a common deep concern for the escalating numbers of children that are obese. The second season was a complete turnaround. The young lady had gained 150 pounds and according to her was, "happy being fat". She bullied thin people and encouraged other over weight people to do the same. She and one of her friends on the show, participated in stalking a thin person, bullying her at a restaurant and calling her names, including the C word. I made a comment regarding the behavior and added that our PTA had put the show on our banned viewing list. I also encouraged the young lady to revert to her initial intent, as it was a worthy and much needed cause. Some Moderator from there blasted me with every kind of insult they could conjure, such as homophobic, Trumpster, moron, B word and much more. I never mentioned sexuality of any kind, didn't mention politics of any kind and did not call anyone a name of any kind. I deleted my account with them immediately, yet the Moderator stalked me to another site and started railing verbal abuse at me there too. The site had nothing to do with the previous one. A few weeks later, I attempted to make a comment on another site and received a message that I had been banned on all Disqus sites. I will not even read material on any site that uses Disqus services anymore. I consider Disqus to be irrational editors and dangerous online stalkers.

Blacklisting
November 21, 2016

I wouldn't think that outside sites that use the Disqus interface would be very happy that Disqus is also blocking their traffic by blacklisting. That takes revenue away from everyone.

Disqus is cutting its own throats by this practice.
No wonder they have lost half their traffic this year alone.
If you want to avoid headaches, avoid Disqus.
If your goal as a site owner is to make money, avoid the Disqus chat interface. Disqus will rob you of your revenue.

Lame sight
November 21, 2016

I would have rated the site zero if I had the option. I replied to a comment about the white lives matter versus the black lives matter and I simply asked, "How have I oppressed people simply because I'm white?" The comment was removed therefore I consider Disqus to be a communistic website.

Marry Disqus.com? Nope..
November 6, 2016

I wrote in one of my reviews that there possibly could not be a way that review sites would get lower than Yelp.com, GlassDoor, and Indeed.com. Well, Disqus topped them all.

If the troll is an employer? Oh, hell yeah. Disqus will back that troll up 100% and delete your post for calling them out.

At Indeed.com, there was an male administrator who literally trolling under several names. Posing as 5 or 6 females, and about 2 or 3 other male personalities. How Indeed allowed that is beyond me. On that forum i had posted a link to another website stating that employees should be able to voice their opinions there.

Sure enough, here comes the radiology director of Harris Health Systems in Houston, TX. This time he used the pseudonym "Dimples". If you go on Linked In to check him out, and if you can see past all that blubber - you'll see he has Dimples.

He went in on the attack on the OTHER website, and ripped into my post about what's it's really like to work as a sonography in the medical field.

"Negative A**" was one of the few choice words he used.

Just so people won't buy into the "dream job" of working in sonography? It's not "challenging and rewarding" - it's a business. The Hospital administrators are only after one thing. Their year-end bonuses. How they obtain those bonuses? Overworking personnel, low pay, day and night, long shifts, having them on call for $1.50 an hour while on pager, etc. Having them called in for non-emergencies because the ER physician doesn't have the balls to tell a patient and their family: "No you can't call the tech out in the middle of the night because you didn't get baby pics while you were getting your ultrasound at the doctor's office." Yes, folks. There are people that do this constantly. And sonographers do not get paid that well on call to begin with.

All of a sudden here comes that director name calling, and belittling. I didn't have a problem with that but i ID'd him, and called him on his crap. And sure enough, him being an employer? He hit that report button. And Disqus deleted my post.

I found it so interesting, that when i researched Disqus. Since Donald Trump has been running for president, the racist trolls have gone crazy on that website. They use the "N" word, making racial threats to members, calling people monkeys, gorillas, anything that comes to their small minds. Anyone hits that report button - Disqus doesn't do anything.

But say something to an employer that gets butt-hurt? Disqus will delete that post faster than Donald Trump can say "Grab her by the p***y"!

I love the fact that I can go on Disqus and not constantly be set upon by whiny trolls who constantly spew hate speech because I can just block their constant vitriol from my sight with the handy blocking feature! Not to mention that most of the moderators there are wonderful people who know and ban a troll immediately when they see one, thank god.

You can even make your own forums for free! What more could you want?

As soon as you try to mention zionist globalists and their nwo secret societies you get banned. Disqus is just a speech censoring website that promotes nwo zionism by protecting it from criticism but doesn't mind discussion about jihad and death cults.
