Received goods damaged in shipping. OfferUp said I needed to return by January 6. I shipped on January 6 and have the USPS receipt to prove it. On January 6, OfferUp denied my refund, saying I missed the deadline and had zero interest in proof otherwise. Their customer service are the same overseas scammers who phone you all day long. They want me to provide my confidential information to TruYou to remain on site. Why? They've already proved they are inept or thieves. Plus, they already have my financial information. So I cancelled my credit card, I got my refund through a VISA dispute and will never to business on OfferUp again.
Tip for consumers:
Buy local. Once OfferUp is involved, beware. Read the reviews. Everything is fine until it isn't. This company violates the law and their own rules.

OfferUp customer service doesn't understand customer service. My guess is English is not their native language. By the way, I asked OfferUp to delete my account. They disabled without deleting. I cancelled my credit card since they have my financial information.
