I pre ordered a blu ray disk of Solo a Star Wars story. 3 days later I got N email that my order shipped. When I tracked the item I got a notice from ups that an order for my label had been created and when they received the merchandise they would ship it. I called shop Disney a few days later as I still had not received it. They told me it would take a while from a third party vendor and they couldn't ship out a replacement until three weeks had passed. At the three week point I called to tell them to let them know I didn't receive it. They said it was out of their control, as it came from a third party vendor. I had to insist on being put through to a supervisor who said that they could send me a replacement and rush it. It would be about 1 and a half week because it came from one of their "trusted " third party shippers. I asked if it was the same third party shipper that never sent the first order. Since it was and this movie was available everywhere now. I asked to have my money refunded. I used a disney gift card and a credit card for the tax and shipping. I asked that the refund could be used at Disney store. They refunded me with a digital gift card that can only be used on their site. I asked for this not to be the case as I plan on NEVER buying fro their site again. By the way I then ordered it from Walmart.com and got it in 3 days with free shipping and saved $8 as well. I hope people read this before buying anything at shop disney.
I purchased a backpack for my grand daughter from Disneystore.com and never again.
I spent about 2 hours on the phone in total and on my last call they advised me that I would receive the package on Dec. 8th plus they would drop the $40 shipping cost and also send me a $20 gift certificate for all I've gone through.
Well it didn't arrive Dec. 8th and is still in Memphis TN.
I called again and this time the lady advised me its not there problem, I must contact UPS.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER ON-LINE FROM DISNEYSTORE.COM!
I ordered a coat for my grandson which didn't arrive before we left for our Disney World vacation. We saw the coat in stores there. We didn't buy it because it would be waiting for him when we returned. I hadn't heard from Disneystore, com aside from the initial "Thank you for your order" email. We got back home and there was no coat. I checked my email again and received nothing indicating an issue with the order. I finally called, 20 days after I placed my order, to learn that the coat is out of stock. It was in stock on the web site when I ordered it. I also learned that they were aware of the situation and never sent me a follow-up email letting me know about the issue. I get it that things get sold out. But their inventory system should align with availability on their web site. And where was the communication? If I had known when they knew that the item was no longer in stock I could have bought it in person. Aside from their web site being difficult to use, this not so small blip doesn't align at all with the rest of the Disney brand and will stop me from shopping on their site in the future.
Bought a Supreme leader sweatshirt hoodie at the Disney store washed it and it was all dull from the black die bleeding onto the white fabric :( what a disappointment not cheap!
I shopped Disney's Online Store to purchase gifts for my family Christmas Party. I took my time finding the perfect items. The time spent was around an hour and a half. I purchased $550 worth of products. It was 18 days before our Christmas Party.
Ten Days later I called Disney to see where the merchandise was since it states 7 to 10 days online for shipping. They said my order had been canceled and that they had attempted to reach me. Nobody emailed me or called me.
They said, they would provide priority shipping which would guarantee my products to reach me the Friday before my party. I took another hour finding the products again. Some of the products were no longer available.
Today is Friday and my products have not arrived. I called Disney and they said, "Well, I see your priority label, but your products were just shipped today" "We are very sorry"
Now I do not have any of those gifts for the party on Sunday. Hard to tell kids that the presents are coming.
Will never shop Disney Online again.
I placed a order on December 14. For my two nieces and two nephews. I called almost everyday to check on the status. And every time I was told I would have by Christmas. Finally on December 19, one of the representative checked for me and said it was not shipped but it would ship the next day. I asked to changed the shipping but I was told I couldn't, it was to late but not to worry I would have by Christmas. I received tracking the next day with two emails that said they were out if two of the items. I said ok, at least I would have rest. But again I called on Thursday and Friday because I had tracking but it showed it never arrived at the post office. After sending over a hour on hold last night. Was still told I would get the order today, that the post office is slow on updating their website. Well the tracking was updated doing the night that the package was just received at the post office and it would arrive December 29. Six days after they had promised delivery. Called again this morning, was told they are sorry and that I can return the items once they were received. Are you kidding me! I received they are backed up but be honest. I would have. Gone out and bought other items instead of waiting all week.
1. When you enter your rewards card or gift card on the Disney.com web page you are only allowed to enter one card. To enter a second card, you have to call a number. Disney must never have run into people who have multiple children who both get Gift cards for Xmas.
2. When you enter a gift card or reward card the disneystore.com web page does not tell you how much your gift card deducted from your order. You need to track that and make sure your Credit Card is charged the correct amount.
3. If you have a disney credit card beware. You are only allowed one reward card per order on the Disneystore.com. However they dont tell you this anywhere.In fact, I placed my order, called in the second reward card, then a couple days later I got notice that I was only allowed to use on Card per order. It would have been nice when I called in the second card if I would have been told that information. But when you give them the numbers, the person must not know you cannot use more than one rewards card since I was not told that information.
Disney recently updated the Its a small world ride in Florida, maybe they should also update the Disneystore web page. I think they were built in the same year.
I would not buy gift cards from Disney family members.

I love these cute collectibles, though they might be a bit pricey but it's definitely worth the price. Also great quality!
I used to have high regard for Disney, but now it has gone away. Their prices soar, and the service is lacking. I ordered a limited pin set and got order confirmation. The website kept saying the item was available for several more days, then it was finally marked sold out. In the past the item would just be removed from their site. Anyway, after several weeks go by, I follow up with their "Guest Services". I was told the item was sold out and would not be shipped. So, they sell me an item that is sold out, then don't even bother to let me know that it was sold out.
More recently, I have been getting e-mails from them cancelling my orders after they have confirmed them. And the best part is, they ship in a box that is-and I am not exaggerating- at least 30 times bigger than it needs to be. Items that could be shipped in a small (5x8?) padded envelope are shipped in a 12x12x6 box.
3/10/17: Perhaps Disney pays some attention to this site... my most recent pin order came in a padded envelope instead of a box 40x the size it needed to be. We'll see if they keep it up.
I ordered a Christmas gift on the 2nd of December. I received an email saying that it had shipped, with a tracking number from UPS. On the 10th, I started calling them because I had not received it. I checked with UPS and the tracking number was invalid. I call Disney and was told they would try to locate the tracking number. Finally today, after calling several more times and being told the same thing, I tried again. This time I was told that the package had been shipped FedEx, but they did not have a number. Not once did they offer to replace the item, since it was obviously lost. I have very frustrated. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP WITH DISNEY!
My mother was trying to order some bands, she tried once and said that the card she was using was not valid as incorrect address (even though it was correct) - so no payment taken you would have thought? She tried in total FIVE times to get these bands as she is desperate to get them as my granddad is going and he has been very poorly and it's always been a dream of his. Each of the FIVE times the same thing came up saying the card wasn't valid so my mum placed the order via customer services and the order went through. Later, my mum got a message she had gone over her overdraft by over £1000. Somehow Disney had taken the money each time for the bands even though no order was generated. My mother called to resolve this but the customer services team on the first occasion calling were very unhelpful and wouldn't even email her to confirm there had been an issue. To their credit they were better when chasing a refund a week later, however it shouldn't have even got to that! It has been over a week now and still no refund. I am, and my whole family is disgusted that we have been treated like this considering Disney is meant to be one of the most family oriented companies! P.S. It's not even possible to order the bands six times as you can only order a certain number, so she has been charged for orders that have never and will never be dispatched. Disgusting and disappointing. P. P. S Due to a computer glitch she was charged over £1000 when the card was declined when the original order was for only £168.
Worst service possible. I ordered on November 24th with Disney policy stating it would be delivered 6-8 business days after purchase. It is Dec. 11th with no ship date and customer service has no idea when my items will be shipped. They assure me nothing in on backorder. They also state everything will arrive by Christmas day... reallly? If you go online, disney.com is offering free shipment today. HOW CAN THEY OFFER THIS WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE tells me they are swamped and can not get out purchases made weeks ago? Plus, customer service stated I could not cancel my order because it is in distribution?/? What happened to the Disney service? POOOOR Service... NEVER will I EVER purchase from DISNEY again.

Difficult to resist buying something. But that might be where the positives end. Long wait, no contact, awful package... Really wouldn't recommend and probably won't buy there ever again.
I created my order on a Thursday but your website was down. I logged back in every day from Thursday to the following Tuesday trying to place my order but could not do so due to website issues. During this time, I also tried to call in my order but could not do so because I had signed up for a new Disney Chase VISA and did not yet know my card number. I finally received my rush shipment VISA and called my order in Tuesday only to find out that two of my items had gone out of stock during my wait. I was then advised 5-7 days for shipping but not advised that this 5-7 days was how long it would take Disney to ship out the product and it did not include transit time. Received one item from an alternate Vendor then had to call in again for an update on the remaining items since the online tracking function did not work. Finally got a notification that my other items were shipped 8 weekdays after my order was placed only to get another email the next day stating yet another item was out of stock/no longer available and I would not be receiving it with my order. Four phone calls to Disney, a broken website for over a week and three missing items. Most likely my first and last DisneyStore.com order.
I FINALLY received my order on Friday. It was supposed to contain 6 items. Only 3 were in the box. When i called, they advised they would get the others back out to me in another shipment "no shipping charge" - duh! I told them to please cancel and refund me for the items... I AM DONE WITH DISNEY.COM!
Disney promissed to deliver my order in 4-5 business days. The order only was delivered on the 10th business day. I tried contacting Disney, but my problem wasnt solved. Never again
I love the online sales and clearance items. They ship fast and accurately each time I've ordered thus far.
Answer: Yes you should be, their normal processing time is 15-25 business day before they ship their products to you. The items may even come separately in later time.
Answer: My advice is to NOT do business with Disney.com. I tried to cancel my order after a few days and they refused to cancel. This order showed up FIVE WEEKS after I ordered it.
