As you guys can see, they gave me number to call their team. Nobody gave me answer about my shipment. Called them since9 to 3 in a evening. Waiting for their call. Cut the call without listening me. No supervisor or no manager to hive clear answer. They are just sitting in a customer care and transferring my call here to there. I used express service, this is even not regular service.
Dhl alleged to have delivered to parcels containing a 1000€ pram. I was home they never rang and security camera footage shows nobody from dhl ever came to our building at the alleged time and date of delivery! Thieves!
My shipment coming to USA was on hold for over a month, they claim they needed correct delivery information but after package was delivered ALL information on the waybill were clear and correct, even phone number but they didn't bother to call and after waiting for hours on their phone "customer service" line they would simply hang up. Their website is even worst it is completely useless, you can see package is on hold and now what?!?! This is last time they got my business.
I paid extra to have my product delivered on a Friday vs. Monday. There was NO estimate on how much they were going to charge me to not deliver my product. They were happy to take that. Now my product DID NOT show up on Friday, That is the theft. They said they would deliver, but they did not. The out for this is the word "estimate" although there was no estimate in the price. Then I got an update saying my product was going to be delivered on Sunday. I waited and watched all day. Second lie..
I had to pay customs duties that were not owed due to an incorrect shipping configuration. Communication was very difficult. I waited on the phone for 1 hour and 50 minutes without being able to speak to anyone. Responses on social media arrived after 4 days, and I was charged additional storage fees. On the chat, they provided incorrect information about the types of goods subject to customs duties, to the point where I had to inform them about the regulations. The service was terrible!
Does DHL have a Customer Service or are they just money grabbers?
Sending a parcel abroad, a mistake was made on the customs form(drop box error). Can I get hold of anyone to rectify the error of course not. Have tried phoning(only for people receiving parcels) emailing, no response, messenger(FB) no response.
I have asked my bank to stop the payment which they can't do but they will put in a claim for money back(I used Mastercard).
I have not sent the parcel and will use Royal Mail as I can deal with humans and have used them before without a problem. Will just have to send 2 parcels instead of one.
For such a big company their customer service is nonexistent for something that could of easily been sorted.

I tracked the driver's progress when he got close, only for him to mark that there was no response at our address when he had not even set foot here. Customer service had no customer service to offer. If I was DHL I'd be embarrassed.

I and my friends have lost our packages multiple times due to the irresponsibility of DHL workers. We live in a building with about 30 households and DHL usually just leave the packages at the building door and call that "delivered to recipient". Most of the time the people are nice enough not to take our packages, but sometimes some people did. This is so frustrating because we were not aware of the delivery since the shippers didn't always ring our bells, and when we noticed that the goods had arrived, somebody had already stolen it. On the other hand, DHL customer service is useless when it comes to lost goods. They don't seem to have any better information than you do. They just ask for your tracking code and get the exact same info that you already have. If you try to blame them they will always say they will have someone to call you back, but no one will ever call.
Seriously, DHL are a JOKE. The tracking number says it's been delivered. Well, guess what? I work from home and it has most definitely not been delivered. Just like the last time. And, just like the last time, I'm probably going to have to drive out to your office near the airport and manually pick up the package because your delivery person was too lazy to actually deliver it. It's not an exaggeration to say that I hate DHL. They are pathetically incompetent.
DHL claimed that my address "didn't exist" even though their tracking map clearly and accurately showed my address. When I called their customer service just minutes after the driver "couldn't find" my address, I was informed that they have no way to contact the driver! So I had to change to a different address and it will not be delivered for at least two more days (if it is delivered at all). How is it that drivers cannot find a building that is clearly marked on their own map? Or that there is no way to call the drivers and have them actually do their job?
I do not recommend DHL service. My parcel was damaged and had a big slit. Customer service claim it was damaged during transit and they can't do anything about it, typical push their responsibility away response. Driver delivered item without informing me my parcel was damaged and strategically hidden the cut parcel so I couldn't see. Spend your money on better services.
While DHL MAY have lower prices, you pay for it with the total absence of customer service. I recently had the misfortune of needing to speak with a human being to solve a problem. There was a mistake on some shipping paperwork that needed to be corrected before the parcel was collected the next day. Sure, just give them a call... so I did. I listened to a computer prompt me for the shipment number, then for the originating postcode... I entered the postcode 15 different times, but the computer didn't go any farther. Silence. There is no replacement for a human being and if DHL refuses to give us a way to speak to a human being, then they don't need my money and will never get it.
The worst company for deliveries. Never once have they actually delivered to the address. And more so they then send you to one of their posts which has no information on google and their schedules are a joke.
We shipped a PC, screen with a quick delivery fee. It took way more than expected. Once it arrived screen was smashed, the PC was dented and the motherboard didn't work anymore. When we asked if they could do anything; they say to complain in Mexico. Never again.
They make false promises that try will deliver in 7 day now it's the 7th day I have to contact support they say it will take another 10 days before I can may package this is the worst company
I have never ever received a package being shipped by DHL. If I order something and it says it's coming on DHL I already know I'll never see it. Are they a real company? Has anyone ever received a package from them? Seems the all get lost the day after they pick the package up from the seller. I ordered $700 in car parts from the same seller it came from 3 warehouses. The 2 that used FedEx showed up on time. The package from DHL got "lost" and now I'm waiting on 2 more orders coming via DHL, 1 hasn't moved in 4 days and I expect the same situation from the other. I really am not sure this is a real company.
Never consider dealing with such poor service providers. If you entrust them with your package, you'll likely encounter shipping problems. I had a very urgent package shipped through them, and they claimed to have handed it over to USPS midway. However, according to USPS records, they never received my package from DHL. Now, DHL has closed my file, claiming they've handed it over to USPS. I'm left helpless as DHL, the original shipper, isn't taking responsibility. Their customer service is extremely poor - I would give negative stars if I could. I'm not someone who typically leaves reviews like this, but trust me, their service is the worst. I strongly advise against using them.
Paid extra for early delivery and during tracking it stated wasn't delivered because there was no response at address. Home all day. Found out later there was a problem with drivers too many stops. Contacted DHL and person refused to give name or employee #. Spent 1.5 hrs+ trying to get rectified. Promised delivery between 9 and 11 tomorrow. Now I know why they disappeared for several years. I will never use them again.
Worst company ever.
Showed the delivery date of January 6th. On the 7th I get an email from DHL agent about additional information needed. Provided it to her right away. 2 days later they are telling me that they are sending the shipment back to shipper for undisclosed reason. No one knows why. Never had these type of problems with any other carriers. Never using DHL again.
Last March I sent a parcel from DE to Hungary. As a private seller, I had all documents, proof and insured 1004 value till 500.
DHL stole, or and damaged it: got a letter that your parcel is destroyed!
And more rudely, I got explanation that it was my fault not to wrap it correctly! 100 percent lie, when I confronted them by facts, the watch had 2 hard cased, wrapped in an standard amazon pack, they shut their mouth but found one excuse after another... Each document we uploaded was lost and needed to be 10 times uploaded! After 6 months, they said sorry the case is closed, it was only till 500 insured hence we won't pay any cent!

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
