Received the message into my mailbox that they tried to deliver my package but failed. I was at home whole day waiting for it! Now I need to wait for 4 days more before I can go to the packet station myself to claim it because the packet will be delivered there only on Monday. Ridiculous.

Less than Zero

It's baffling that one of the largest sunglass retailers in the world uses such a garbage delivery service. DHL should be out of business for how bad they truly are. Ordered a package last Monday under the express option to get the package in two days but I decided to save some money and be patient. Order was shipped on Tuesday and has been waiting in the same place in transit since Wednesday morning. It's criminal that shipping companies can just withhold products and take their sweet time with no repercussions.

Terrible, I have had to use this service 3x. I have never received a package on the delivery date. It's always about 2 weeks thereafter. Customer service has been rude every single time I've spoken with them. They also lie. On Monday said you should receive a clearance email today, now Wednesday They have said it'll take 3-4 business days. I sent in the extra paperwork they wanted a week ago... does anyone actually do their job at DHL, I think not

DHL Plan 1. Set up a business where cheating the customer is not done ad hoc or because of incompetence but as a fully incorporated business principle. By cheating the customer in every possible transaction profit can be gained where other businesses cannot find it. All you have to do is carry it through without ever admitting to it. Deny. Deny. Deny. Gaslighting all the cheated customers effectively. Specifically avoid actually delivering to the customers door whenever possible. Cause the maximum inconvenience to these customers so that they become more willing to pick up at locations of DHL's choosing. Even if only 30% comply one of the main costs to DHL will be massively reduced.

Sucks beyond beleive!

Waited all day for a delivery and it was attempted at 7:30 at night. I was at my location but they just left and never delivered. Said location was closed but it was not. Lights on, cars in parking lot. REALLY? Called customer service and no one cal help. Everyone said I need to send a message to my manager and they will call you back. No wonder they no longer operate in the USA. Only deliver international deliveries. No idea how they are still in business.

I will not purchase from vendors who use DHL especially Surepost. I would like to see this shipping company no longer be an option. Shipping takes weeks and the packages look like they were drug behind a horse. Zero pride in their work. They are the poop stain of the delivery world.

A headache
July 8, 2021

Every single time I see a parcel shipped through DHL I know it's not going to be a smooth process. From being late all the time to somehow being unable to find an address that has never been an issue for any other shipping company. If you actually choose DHL to ship through for your business you are definitely losing customers.

At least with DHL I've never had a parcel stolen. So that's a 1 star!

This is my 3rd day waiting and third attempted delivery. 2nd time driver didn't even bother to deliver. Now 3rd time he attempts at the wrong county miles away. There is no access point in all of Brooklyn he can drop off. I am enraged at this point. There is no excuse for these levels of sheer incompetence. This company should just save thousands of customers further grief and pull out of USA. Those morons overseas save a penny but lose a dollar when their stooge dropout workforce of the lowest societal denominator driver clocks in.

Doesn't let customers know when packages are expected to arrive. Then force you to pick up the package because you weren't informed it needed a signature... this is not how a delivery company works. NEVER AGAIN!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

If i could rate this company a negative 5 stars, I would. I paid for expedited shipping and my package was delivered to the wrong address. When I called customer service, they were NO help. The representative actually told me it would take a couple of days to dispatch the driver. Seeing that I paid for expedited shipping, you'd think they were a little more help. Nope. Instead I was called "crazy" and hung up on because my bridesmaid dress has been shipped to the wrong address. I would certainly NOT recommend this delivery service.

I've been waiting on a package for three days now and haven't received it as of yet. I keep getting text saying sorry they missed me while there never coming to my door. I even put in to have it go to there lock box hub, but the lazy driver still saids he's tried to deliver the package to my apartment but as I'm waiting he's never came to the door so how hard is he really trying just he's just lying! Then I call customer service and they lie and said there going to contact the driver which their not. I feel the whole DHL team are lairs at this point and won't ever order online from a company that uses DHL for there deliveries.

Holding my package
March 7, 2023

Shipping from Indonesia went well until my package arrived one day away. They are holding the package indefinitely. Called 3 times said it should arrive today. Tracked the package said tomorrow or until the 18th. Customer service is people at home on their computers doing what I can do and are useless. If I don't get my plants soon they will be ruined. Never again.

Do not use DHL

Please do not use. These guys suck at what they do. Thier tracking systems dont work. No customer service and cannot get a hold of anyone. Its been 2 weeks and haven't got my package and no one seems to know why. Finally got a hold of Ken B. Via email and he certainly didnt help at all. Still stuck here without my package in the dark. Holding package ransom
November 25, 2020

Overpriced shipping cost then claim twice that amount as due in duty fees. These fees were NEVER disclosed by DHL or the retailer. Nearly $55 in shipping/duty fees on a $100 order. Are you f***ing kidding?!? They ran once and ran, saying no one was home. Someone was home. They never planned on confronting a human being for their bulls*** RANSOM in the first place. Criminals. Zero stars wasn't an option.

Worst agency i ever used. My first issue was a lost of 4,500. Dollars because my packages got held by DHL customs, and somehow got set back to the shipper by DHL. And now they just lost another package of mine. When I called them all I can say rude is an understatement and somehow it is a joke to them in Arizona DHL. There ratings on this site is a reflection of there service.

Horrible company, Horrible customer service people.
Missed my daughter's graduation item. Customer service lied saying it was going to be delivered by the end of the day even though was not on the truck. I could arrange a pick up if I had known. So the item I requested express and paid 70 for shipping will be delivered the day after graduation. Ruined a once in a lifetime experience.

Useless tracking info

Sent a $700 piece of art and the tracking on day of delivery says "with the courier for delivery" but it was not delivered. On line bot says "being held for pick up" come on that is ridiculous you can't have an on line tracking that's updated now I have to wait until tomorrow to talk to someone

Package was shipped DHL but to be delivered by USPS. The package just sits at one DHL locacation for 5 straight days with no movement. Then gives the excuse of bad weather and poor road conditions. It's May 19th and being as I'm only 1.5 hrs. From my package location there isn't any snow or bad weather conditions on May the 19th! This place is a joke!

DHL SUCKS! Communication is horrible, drivers are incompetent, inconsiderate, and suck at managing time. If you're looking for you package to be delivered at your direct time time stamp, I suggest you take your business else where. This is my LAST time dealing with a $#*! hole considered to be a shipping company! The consistently lose packages and do not care about you as a customer

Lost packages, wrong addresses, broken packages, speeding in neighborhoods, late packages and all around just a $#*!ty experience.any company whom uses DHL for delivery service I won't use…. I avoid these people like the plague.
