Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.

Well... I called to try and reach someone human and first of all their phone system kept hanging up on me. I finally got through to be in a line... on hold and there was a minimum of a 60 minute wait. I then thought... ok I'll send an email and then got an instant response from a system saying that customer service would "try" to get back to me in 24 hours.
Awful... awful experience all the way around.

You get hold of them easily but they are not helpful in resolving issues.

NO SERVICE WHEN YOU CALL / THEY JUST REDIRECT YOU WITH NO END

Its NOT, there's no way you can actually speak to a human being. Pathetic.

In Saudi Arabia it's not easy at all. You might spend 2 hours on the line with no luck.

Employees telephone extentions are internal only.

They don't respond to emails in timely manner

Managed to get no response, phone, email etc. All ignored because the poor customer service staff are probably in shreds just listening to complaint after complaint. I was on hold for 28mins then the line went dead. Email address yielded no response even within their own given time frame of up to three days. The company are rubbish.

Yes, you just have to go to one of their premises to explain your concern.
