How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at DHL?

Its NOT, there's no way you can actually speak to a human being. Pathetic.

In Saudi Arabia it's not easy at all. You might spend 2 hours on the line with no luck.

Employees telephone extentions are internal only.

They don't respond to emails in timely manner

Difficult. automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
