Useless
April 15, 2020

Ran bunch of a bunch of donkeys who don't know how to do their job. Delivered to the wrong house. I am in unit 1 of my complex, and it ended up at unit 6. Two very different looking numbers. How exactly do you mess this up? Blind rats. Its a complex of about 10 houses, and the numbers are clearly visible from the road. Thank you to the kind gentleman at unit 6 for contacting me, but to whoever delivered my package, go to hell. Also, customer service was useless. "We will look into it". Yeah my $#*!.

Been waiting all day for delivery that needed to be signed for. 'Attempted delivery' at 11:39. Was home!

12:58 parcel will be with you soon.

No delivery. Customer services now says Tuesday delivery. And delivery times are 'estimates' so basically hang around all day again

Useless service. Documents needed for travel

Worst company ever

Worst shipping company known to Man. Worst in everything, speed, customer service, manners, package care, customer satisfaction etc. I think you genuinely are required to have some sort of medically diagnosed mental illness to work here

I had a good experience with DHL. My package is complete and secured. It arrived ahead of time. They have a great hotline staff and helpful, fast and courteous 3rd party courier (W Express). I would definitely recommend DHL to my friends. Well done!

I ordered 1 month ago my package and they didn't inform me about it. They have not been able to trace the shipment. Since there are no further investigation possibilities, they said that were forced to close the investigation. I want a full refund!

The driver did not even make an attempt to drive to my door. The road has been salted and vehicles are able to drive on it. I was waiving the driver and walking down towards him when he just drove off and left. Customer service claims they have no way to contact the driver.
This disgraceful and unethical behavior is not acceptable. I took today off work to wait for this package and tracked it and was walking down to the driver when they just pulled away from me without even attempting to take it to my door. I'm spending the rest of my day trying to find every review website I can to document my experience. Shame on you.

I purchased a $1,000 watch online. I have had to call 4 times so far and send 3 emails just to supply them with the Watch / Clock Worksheet they requested. The seller of the watch is a watch dealer and provided them a Watch / Clock Worksheet but they also wanted the same form from me. After all that was over (8 days later) now they emailed me to tell me I need to pay tax/duty. But there is no way of doing that on their website, so I had to call them again! After getting transferred to 2 people they tell me it is going through clearance and they do not know if anything is due. What a waste of time dealing with these idiots! Unbelievable. I would never buy any product from outside the USA if it will be shipped through DHL. Stay away from them! The worst experience ever!

DHL Sucks

I paid over $100 to have a shipment sent to me in Hungary.

Monday the driver said we were not at home. We have not left the house since Saturday.

We called the office here in Budapest Monday night and gave detailed instructions for the driver to return today and call us through the security phone at the door. Again he reported we were not at home. The driver had both my phone number and gate code and he did not use either. The people in this office have very poor English and my meeting is over where I lost a lucrative content because the marketing materials did not arrive as scheduled.

I would like m money returned to me for the shipment and this delivery made as scheduled ASAP.

The sad thing is I get deliveries through DHL all the time from Amazon to this address and for some reason now they can no longer find my home.

Never Ship with DHL

I run a startup business. We have had about a dozen shipments come internationally via DHL. About 3/4th of the shipments are not delivered as promised. I am so frustrated with DHL that I'm investing my time to write this review. Their Customer Service is worse than terrible. Their Customer Service does not exist. You can't get a person on the phone, and their website doesn't provide enough detail to let you resolve the problem yourself either. The most recent issue is apparently there was an import duty due. They never informed me of this (even though the shipper provided them my contact information), they simply let the package sit on hold. I finally requested the assistance of my lawyer and he was able to get a person on the phone. Never ship with DHL. Even if UPS or FedEx is more expensive, go with UPS or FedEx.

My first time ever dealing with this company and they delivered my package to someone in a whole different city from where I live and someone signed for it and still didn't recover my packages that had $200 worth of items in there. The customer service is, horrible with communication and following up and also I still haven't got my money back from the careless mistake this company driver made.

Do not contact DHL
November 17, 2021

They urgently needed to send a small (minimal by their standards) package of documents from the United States to Russia. We paid $ 156, the delivery time was set to 6 days. Tomorrow, according to their terms, it should be at the addressee, and the package is in the intermediate center in Portland in the United States. The employees have any complaints about the contents of the package. Inquiries are answered, we will inform you. Tomorrow turns a week, and they report everything. I am sorry that I have not previously read the reviews about the work of this company. I do not know how it will all end, the documents are urgent enough. But I know for sure, you can't trust DHL.
P.S. An hour ago, they said that they were looking for documents, they could not find it. The mood is at zero.
A few years ago, a friend had exactly the same story. No documents were found.
So welcome to DHL. You can be more specific, but the moderator will not miss.

My item was sent by DHL from London Croydon. It was collected and scanned and then never delivered. I have written an official complaint but I have never received any compensation for that. Instead, I have received an email that my case will not be proceed any further because my item was of "sentimental value" - it was s birthday gift from my mom, a handmade embroidered brooch with the image of her daughter on it. I don't trust this courier company anymore. The item was collected, scanned and then stolen, because the track was lost after collection. I have written complaint but never received any compensation because I do not have receipt for the birthday handmade gift.

Quick as Lighting

I do a lot of cross border online shopping... I just don't know how they do it... but my purchases get to me, through customs, I get quick billing, I also pay quick and bingo in no time the parcels on my doorstep.

Have $4000. 00 worth of uniforms that was suppose to be delivered on Wednesday 9/8/2021 and we are sitting here on Friday 9/10/2021 at 6:34 and still haven't got them. They have been saying they are coming since Wednesday and we have a football game Saturday! Worse delivery company ever! Will request to never use them ever again! We always get UPS or FedX and DHL some how got this delivery! This is a nightmare!

After having my package in their facility for 5 days and also late for the original delivery date I called to find out why. After being on hold for over 30 min i got a guy on the phone who had no clue what was going on he kept tell him it had been sent to usps and to track it there on the usps website it shows they have not yet received the package.

Unfortunately I have had packages delivered from DHL twice! Both times the delivery drivers have lied and said no one was home at the time of delivery I have been tracking the package all day and sitting all day I can literally see when someone is approaching my door these drivers are just lazy! I called customer service and all you get is attitudes I'm sick of it I will not use this service ever again!

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. It happened with my last 3 orders. Every time they deliver 1 week late of the expected delivery date.Don't order through DHL if you want timely service and your delivery contains time sensitive items.
Never attempt second delivery attempt and you will end up continually calling customer care service to reschedule your delivery and then never take a step until you call them 5 consecutive days and don't ask me about the wait time in the customer service.
Really fed up with their service.
Want to give 0 stars if I can

Everything time I have a package delivered by this company they leave it at anyone home in my conversack. And if you request that you sign for the order the driver come Into my conversack drive the u-curve and drive off then report that they were unable to deliver package. This happened twice with the same order. And also they have left my package at the wrong building before and took a picture to allowed me to try to find it. This deliver company is absolutely horrible! Don't use them for your business or delivery.

My shipment left Belgium 36 days ago and it still did not arrive to another country in Western Europe. Why can't DHL deliver for such a long time and this is only within the Europe? It's such a shame!

Never use this service
November 23, 2021

As you guys can see, they gave me number to call their team. Nobody gave me answer about my shipment. Called them since9 to 3 in a evening. Waiting for their call. Cut the call without listening me. No supervisor or no manager to hive clear answer. They are just sitting in a customer care and transferring my call here to there. I used express service, this is even not regular service.
