Apartment hosted by Julia at ul. Warszawska 5A, Modlin, Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki, Poland does not allow guests to:

1. Sleep with open bedroom doors
2. To stink with alcohol (as per exact words of the owners)
3. To make any sounds by voice (even with medical condition)
4. To walk around apartment (contrary to their welcoming message)
5. To wake up when you wish to wake up.
6. To check in "late" (after 9 PM)
7. To check out after 10 AM (respected but unusually early).

Otherwise you will be disturbed and approached by the owner with dog who will let her dog "kiss" you early in the morning in order to wake you up and ask you to leave andf she will cancel any other nights at her apartment you may have booked.

Multiple orders with them went smoothly, never a problem, except once, when the registered mail was lost (apparently lost at the USPS), they advised to use FEDEX and so my order was reshipped and arrived just fine with all the material in excellent shape.

The shipping, tracking, delivery and packing are ok, but the glasses can't be used because they "float" in my eyes and despite the support advising the need to get used to them (like all the normal glasses do), I can't get used to them, so I end up storing them and not using them. I tried to get used to the glasses over the days, but I can't.

They post b/s info on people and businesses and refuse to remove or correct it. Do not use any services of these scammers.

Ordered multiple garden machinery equipment from them. I guess my order was not 100 units so they did not bother to sell to me even that they said even 2 units is a good order. None of their "merchants" bothered to sell to me.

So unlike Bing.com, Twitter.com, Amazon.co.uk, Banknotes.com, Ebay.com, Instagram.com etc. etc. That have great service, Indiamart.com is not. Don't bother with this website. This is the people who have no respect for anyone including their own selves.

Been their customer for many years. Designed my own business cards and had them stored on my Vistaprint account for years without significant problems. They recently made changes to their website which messed up my business card layout and it was all lost. After attempting to redesign it I realised the interface is not as good as it used to be. I would still recommend their business card designer and printing. Just make sure to check them all after receiving as they tend to occasionally print low quality or misprint, but usually their business cards are quite fine.

Now regarding their other products, I would not recommend and here's why:

POSTCARDS - their postcards may be good as promotional cards, but not as view Post Cards for mailing, since the sizes are odd (too short) and do not match that of a typical Post Card or envelope and the paper quality is too thin and too low, while the print is also of a low quality and unattractive.

INK STAMPS - The rubber stamp shifts easily and you have to keep on readjusting it. The glue is too weak to hold the rubber pad in place. The ink supply of the rubber stamp wears off extremely fast and almost always a new rubber stamp only lasts for just about 25-100 impressions. All of them are like that. Their rubber stamps quickly lose impression quality as well and become extremely uneven. Absolutely not recommended. I would even say - Avoid.

STICKY RETURN ADDRESS LABELS - while it is convenient to design your own and they are quite of a larger size (I wish there were several sizes available, to fit on smaller envelopes as well) and the print is of a quite fine quality, but the GLUE is too weak and a lot of mail I received back had these labels semi-detached or even missing. Not recommended at all, because of the glue, unless you use extra glue and secure them with a tape!

I would only stick with Business cards and ignore the rest of their products, even the ones I did not test, as they may be of a low quality. The requests, cries and demands to increase quality of their products fell on deaf ears. Instead of that, they would rather offer and send you free extras rather than listen to your cries to improve quality of their products, so you could in turn order more from them in the long run.

One good thing is, if they screw up, they will most likely send you replacement of the product and extras, if you ask or demand it.

So unlike Bing.com, Twitter.com, Amazon.co.uk, Banknotes.com, Instagram.com etc. etc. That have great content VistaPrint.com is just average and is barely recommended.

Therefore I rate them 3 stars instead of 2. Although I would rate their rubber stamps at just 1 star or rather No star. Hmmm, wait, is there a Black Hole Rating (for rubber stamps)?

AsianDating.com (yes Dating, not Date, it is with an ING at the end) is a scam. They scammed me twice and they also have double standards and are racist. They will reject your photo because you are male, same photo of a female they accept! For example: face in profile. Male: reject, female: even with dark sunglasses and in profile: accept! I tested it many times and they do it all the time, also with different races as well. They favour Asian women and they reject male and other races a lot. For no reason! Don't feed these scammers your money.

This is a review of the International Property Swap or www.internationalpropertyswap.com which is a website where at this time I could find about 950 properties worldwide that are looking for swap-barter cashless permanent home ownership exchange deals. This is not a report of a scam or any kind of rip-off, but just a review of a website and the service based on a personal experience.

One must pay the 29.99 British Pound fee (~US$51) in order to list their property and to contact the property owners. My experience with their website was less than positive. The website is ridden with bugs and inconsistencies that prevent people from finalizing all the most important tasks, such as having their listing approved and contacting other members. Some of the properties listed for swap appeared not really for swap or were sold long ago although they do have a Disclaimer on that. Data entry fields on the website do not work properly, as for instance the email address field always "saves" the phone number instead and the password recovery function almost never sends the recovered password (even if we check the TRASH box, check the upper/lowercase rules and do all other stuff that we are instructed to do and from our own extensive knowledge).

After paying the fee one must still wait for a day or two until they are able to contact the swapper (which is very rare in today's internet) and there are only several hundred properties on the entire site for the entire world! The fee is way too large for this industry as per our opinion as it comes to a whopping US$51 for viewing just 900+ properties around the world. Contacting property owners is another matter. We were never able to achieve this task as our account was never activated due to the hidden attitudes that the site owners have.

There were multiple problems on the website, which we addressed (selflessly with screenshots and detailed descriptions provided to the webmaster) and yet they treated us as an annoyance (and not as sincere helpers) and refunded the fee without activating our listing and without even letting us login to their site. Very early in the process the login to their website was stopped and we were unable not only to edit our listing (which for some reason they kept), but also were unable to contact any swappers nor log into the account. Every attempt to spot and point out the multiple problems of their website were met with offers to refund rather than to fix the problems. So instead of addressing the problems on their webite they chose to refund and keep their website ridden with bugs and problems. Since the current existing listings do not get much traffic due to all of the above, this website is NOT RECOMMENDED.

As per their correspondence:

"We like our clients to be 100% satisfied with our service, and
Understood from your earlier e-mail that you were not, and had requested
A refund of our fee of £29.99."

So if you spot any problems on InternationalPropertySwap.com keep in mind that they will refund your fee rather than fix the problems, because you MUST be 100% satisfied (kiss their shoes or leave attitude), otherwise you're out. So if you still want to use their website, make sure you have already a 100% satisfied subservient attitude, and keep in mind their website may not work for you, and keep quiet, do not complain, but simply take the refund and leave. So, in any case, it will not work most likely, so why bother going there.

Final conclusion: NOT RECOMMENDED.

NO STARS is best review for these CRIMINAL SPAMMERS! Never used their blatant website yet they keep on spamming all my email addresses with utter impudence. My lawyer sent them a legal letter.

Suspicious activity, abuse of power, unfair. Seems to be teeming with paid shills, mass media, government and military trolls, hasbara agents, people's opinion guidance operatives that want to control what you say and when you say it.
