I set at home waiting on delivery for me to get text and email which stated that my address was wrong. I checked my email and my address was correct. Driver didn't put address in correctly and too lazy to look, because address is clearly on my house and garage. I called customer service right away for them to tell me driver can't come back. This is unacceptable customer service.
Absolutely ridiculous they have my package for two weeks now and won't send off to me. They have not even attended to contact tack me to let me no why they still have it. I have tried countless times to find out what is going on and all I get is a runaround
Ive had to use this company 2 times now and both times I've been disappointed. Slow service, high fees, hidden charges, they stole money From me and refused to refund, inconvenience in payment, the website is slow, the customer service is terrible etc etc.
I received an email stating my package was delivered. Three problems, first I was at home, no one knocked on my door. Second I live in an apartment with a locked lobby and only 10 units pper building. Third, packages were already on the floor that were not picked up by tenants and had been there a week or so. Being a holiday, tenants were out of town. Fourth, when you go to file a claim, you have to do all the work for them as if they have no records. You have to contact the shipper, give them a tracking number and they will do whatever they do. Fifth, their onl;ine filing process is designed to drive you crazy because it accomplished nothing. I assume everything is designed only to pretend to care,
Dallas is the worst. They have not delivered any of my packages on time and the last time I had to go get it after days of broken promises. They are vindictive jerks and lost the contents of my package because I called and escalated it. I can only guess management is lazy and stupid! They are soulless and irresponsible.
Dhl people are stupid - they don't think outside the box- they are uncaring and unprofessional - their communication is not align and no one will give you a straight answer- I almost lost my health insurance and Disabilty benefits because they keep going to businesses at 9pm even thought I've calling every day at least 3 times to talk to them!
I'll never ever use dhl again in my life and everyone I know will never use them or stop using them!
Really useless customer service. From the delivery man to the people on the phone. They delivered late, and asked me to come and pick it up after, if no they will send it back to the shipper, I said go ahead cause due to late delivery I had to come up with a plan B and these guys 'forgot' to register my comments. 4 people 'forgot' to register... Every time I call they say it's waiting for you in the locker, I say but I don't need it anymore, they say Okay we'll send it back to the shipper and it's just not happening
Package was on hold Nov 29th called to get it resolved they said no action needed package will be delivered and of course nothing was delivered. Called again next day to complain they wrote a ticket someone one call me and let me know updates to release the hold. Nothing happened no call receive then I called throughout the day 6 times and each representative which was HORRIBLE at helping me said the exact same thing. Now on dec 1st I called again they said supervisor will call you 3 times and I am still waiting for the package to be released. On top of them 4 out of the 10 representatives hung up on me while I was talking. DHL worst shipping carrier on earth.
These people are so stupid. I had an order rushed and paid 40$ in shipping to make sure it was here today and they couldn't find the house so now instead of calling me or emailing me I will not have the Easter dresses for my daughter and I Tommorow. Thank you DhL you suck!
I constantly read that DHL is great for delivering things to overseas, unfortunately when it comes to domestic delivery services in the USA they are lacking and sometimes even worse than the post office when it comes to snail mail or packages. Thier lack of Infrastructure makes them reliant on using the USPS for the rual delivery services. So it pays to just use the post office or other delivery service. And using the tracking service is laughable at best. Buyer be ware
Ebay purchase lost in space ( "in transit").2 1 hour on holds with no answer. 6 enter phone number and we will call you back with no response. 1 text message with no result. My guess is that they must have 10k complaints daily and 2 CSRs? Stick with Fedex and UPS, hell, even USPS.
These people are the fukicking worst l. Held my manifold and downpipe for over 11 days i paid for 1-3 day shipping. Sent them out for delivery not together and had to wait an extra day to get the complete set. Also i had to pay some bull$#*! fees for importing taxes. This was by far the worst experience i ever had ordering something. If you can do bot use these guys because they seriously suck and suck miney from you for no reason. If i could give them negative stars i would.
Needed a small package sent to my wife and daughter in the Philippines. Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to send the package. My wife just called and let me know the courier for DHL just hand delivered the package to her! Fast service at a far price. Very professional for professional!
Packed box with protective foam to prevent my sunglasses from to be damaged. After asking me everything DHL representative opened it up - removed out of my box and removed protective foam - excuse- "to decrease weight and shipping coast!
WTF?! I pay for my package and it would be nice to ask me FIRST before making any decision for me.

I was trying to find out where my order was since it had been nearing a few hours passed the planned times so i went to customer support to ask about it. My customer support agent was a man by the name of Josue and boy! Was he great! I mean he was completely professional the whole time and showed no passive aggression towards me just for asking some questions! But seriously when i tried to type my information immediately im greeted by him saying youve been idle a few mins i might have to close this ticket. It had been 2 minutes max and he did it AGAIN right after answering me to that. Its like youre just a pest they want to get rid of. I wish i never had to deal with these people to begin with.
I had to pay customs duties that were not owed due to an incorrect shipping configuration. Communication was very difficult. I had to call the customer service multiple times. I got different information from the different agents. They do not take any responsibility. The service was terrible! Do not work with them!
They are bunch of liars. They lost the packages and they made up the tracking information and claimed it is delivered. And the funny thing is they dont have signature proof and they said somebody contacted them to deliver without signature. This is an office building and we are here all day along, we dont even see DHL. How could you say the drive went to the right address!

Normally i tell my suppliers not to ship by dhl because they are shocking to use but recently they have improved parcel arrived in-country at 6 am they told me it would be delivered the next day but it wasn't it was delivered same at at 1 pm. very good service dhl
DHL delivered a package I had been waiting three weeks for to the wrong address. Within one hour I notified them of the mistake and they told me that the package would be retrieved and returned to me within the business. This happened daily for the next six days until they notified me that the package could not be retrieved. They then informed me that it was my responsibility to notify the shipper. I told them that they needed to either reimburse me or notify the shipper themselves.This has not yet been resolved.
Driver lied and said they tried to deliver, was home the whole day and have a ring camera. I called the next morning to make a complaint and they said my package would be delivered today. Package was never delivered at the time frame they gave me. I called again the same day and they said a manager would call me. No manager called, six minutes before they close they text to say driver couldn't get in gate. I don't even live anywhere that has a gate. They won't allow me to pick up and they won't deliver my item. I'm highly frustrated and needed my item today

Answer: Difficult. Automated system. Rip off phone charges. Cost so far to track our parcel, possibly missing has been around £25 in phone charges. Still trying. They wont phone you back and yet it is their error.
