This site has everything it seems and at really good prices, Ive gotten powerful lasers, stuff for my girlfriend with free shipping to Lithuania, I get most of her gifts threw this site so it gets to her at a good pace and for free, I've even gotten stuff I've made profit on I'm just overwhelmed when I browse this site I always find something new. Compared to AliExpress, DHGate is more efficient and focused on customer service. Their dispute system could use some work though.
You can not get ahold of this site. When you try they send you in circles. It sucks. They also say 5 to 7 day delivery, but took 3 to 4 days just to verify the order. There tracking site also gave no information.

I bought a dress for a wedding A MONTH in advance. 2 days before the wedding the dress hadn't shown up or shipped. I requested to cancel the order and get a full refund. The seller then declined my cancellation request, SENT THE DRESS ANYWAY, and now won't give me a refund. The dress came 5 days after the wedding, even tho I had cancellled the order before it had even shipped.

Good page for buying some items cheapest for everyday. When looking for something if you need, it takes some minutes to find it and get it. Easy for everyone.
I have purchase several thousand dollars worth of merchandise and it has. Even a pleasant experience.
DDHgate sellers way of doing business:
1. To get on the daily deals the seller set a price reduction for 70%
2. I order things
3. The seller sees that he made a big mistake and hadn't rised the price 70% before he did the reduction in price
4. THe seller doesn't try to negoitate with me, but instead give me another buyers tracking number I wait for the deliver 1,5 months
5. I track that number that tells me its in another city and I drive to the city and the post office inform me that that package doesn't belong to me
6. I look in the DHgate system, that states that the seller has given me the wrong number and that I should ask him for a new (the system detects that 2 separate orders has the same tracking number)
7. Even since the seller has scammed me and tricked the system and don't send me my products, and I have proved it beyond a doubt, DHGate does a refund in direct violaton to my demands and just let him slip away.
8. Numerous escalation from my part to DHgate (with evidence) to get the seller to honor our agreement (he has the products in his store) DHgate acts that $#*! happens and treat me like a fool
They say "If you have suggestions for our service, please dont hesitate to let us know as we are always willing to make improvements in all aspects. We appreciate the support and we are always here to help you."
No help then the $#*! hits the fan
I have taken my business to eBay and Aliexpress instead:-(

"Thank you for the order numbers. We have checked on the details of the dispute and the reason why a refund has been processed to you is because the seller was unresponsive to the analyst. In order for us to protect you from fraudulent transactions, if a seller will remain unresponsive to the analyst handling the case, a refund will automatically be decided by the analyst.
As for the seller, they are looked into and will be reprimanded by their actions accordingly."
YEAH and now I happy customer again... NOT, no responsibility, no sense at all for acting upon agreed deals, no sense for customer care
