You can not get ahold of this site. When you try they send you in circles. It sucks. They also say 5 to 7 day delivery, but took 3 to 4 days just to verify the order. There tracking site also gave no information.

We are sorry for the experience you had with your order. We checked on it and for the verification you mentioned, you may be referring to the processing time of the item.
Most of our items in the site are made-to-order or needs to be ordered from the seller's suppliers. That is why there is a processing time for each item. You can check on this detail in the item page.
As for the shipping, we noticed that the seller has uploaded the new tracking number LM297122813CN on 2017-03-06. We tracked this and the package has left Shanghai on 2017-03-07 and is on its way to Toronto. You can continue to track the order here:

We also encourage you to keep your communication with the seller open. Since they are the direct supplier and shipper, they can give you additional details of the item and can contact the courier directly. And get real time updates for you.
